It didn't take long for me to realize that the person on the other end of the line felt more like a friend than an agent. The ONLY GOOD THING about this location is it is less than 20 feet to the boardwalk. Great location. No wonder why the contract has a clause "tenant assumes the units condition sight unseen". The place was far from clean. Sand everywhere. Black tub, and furniture stains. Had to clean the whole thing. Sign in the unit stated to contact the realtor if it is not in order. So I did. He said he would contact the owners and get back to me. 4 DAYS AGO. Also advertised WiFi. The WiFi is centrally located and NOT per unit. My brand new iPhone and my Xbox could not connect and stated the issue is with the router. Please remove WiFi from the listing as it only works OUTSIDE OF MY ROOM IN THE HALLWAY. The pictures in the listing hide all the dirt and dinginess of this unit. The keys we were given to get into the unit after hours did not work and we got locked out and had to wait for someone else living there to let us in. We were not given a parking permit for the numbered spot so I hope our car doesn't get towed. We booked this from June 1-8 and will be leaving a few days early because of the mess of this condo. The whole thing is in dire need of a renovation. Our specific realtor was of zero help and the "owner" of the unit pretty much told us to pound sand. Stay far away from this condo complex and do not use this Berkshire office on 34th.

This bank does not accept checks that have a background design on them. Several times when I have…read morewritten checks from my PNC account to EHT school for lunches, the checks are sent back because the scanner at this branch can not read the check. Instead of improving/replacing their scanner, the bank returns the check and charges the account holder a fee. So if you have an account here, expect to have problems with receiving checks from people who have the audacity to have checks with pictures. I went in there to complain and they said there was nothing they could do and admitted that it happens all the time. What kind of bank just randomly denies people's checks because of their own lack of technology and then charges you for it. This is the only bank that this has ever returned my checks for this reason. Stay away from this incompetent bank.
