This lady was polite and nice but seemed to know nothing about any of the bank accounts we asked about. We finally asked about a checking account and one of the older ladies said you know you have to actually have money to earn interest, and if we want to know anything call customer service. Apparently we did not look rich enough for them and they are too lazy to know there own job. This is why bank branches are closing and going online.

Some causes for concern recently: 1) all but one lane on the drive-thru have been replaced with ATMs. Again, one of the reasons that I like this branch is the personal HUMAN attention. I believe that automation is the wrong way to go. The new ATM machine also malfunctions frequently, requiring me to go inside the branch. 2) PNC needs to be more judicious in assessing fees to long-term clients.

There was another employee who said she was too important to work as a teller. Her job was to order customers around and she became very abusive and insulting. She was horrible. The windows are at the entrance to ShopRite and it is a very crowded and dangerous location as shoppers come in and out pushing carts. I had to quickly dodge carts. There isn't any way to social distance in this crowded space. I don't understand why this isn't a fire hazard. They cook food in the back of ShopRite. If there ever were an emergency, I don't know how shoppers could be safely evacuated.

After 22 years of being a customer with PenFed they are refusing to protect me from their ATM…read moremachine's malfunction. They are stealing $100 from me. Back on June 3rd I went through the drive thru ATM, it was moving slow but going through my $100 withdrawal, right at the end when it was suppose to dispense the cash, the machine completely shutdown and started rebooting. I immediately went into the bank and they said it would take 8 days to refund my money. I went back after 9 days and they put the money back in my account. A week later I got a letter stating that they only temporarily gave me my money back pending a review. Knowing that the camera on the ATM would prove I never got the money, I thought nothing of it until today, when I got a letter stating the ATM owners are denying my $100 and PenFed will be withdrawing $100 from my bank account. This is stealing, I never got the $100 and the video footage should prove that. I will be withdrawing my money and closing all my accounts. If this is the way my bank of 22 years backs up their customers in the first issue I've had in 22 years, I don't want to be associated with them.

I made one quick cold to a neighboring business while waiting for him. It's one thing if the lot was packed but not one car was in there and about 5 other spaces were open. I informed my client to meet me at another bank and he will not be opening and account here now. Lesson to be learned - pick your battles and define what's worth driving people literally away!

In the warmer months the inside temperature is sweltering and if there's a line for the ATM, waterboarding is preferable. Sometimes architecture and meteorology just don't mix.
