I had an extraordinary experience with the Assistant Store Manager, Kenny Pinkawa, yesterday, March 17, 2023... I found myself in a horrible, ridiculous, serious situation that I literally had no idea how to fix... I went into the branch at 1215 SE 17th Street, Fort Lauderdale, FL, met Mr Pinkawa, & he patiently, in a beautifully professional manner, took the time to unravel everything and set things right.. He is very smart, kind, patient, methodical, efficient man with an indefatigable work ethic... TD Bank, if this man is NOT on your radar as BEST EMPLOYEE EVER, he certainly should be! If I could give it 0 stars I would. Not sure who thinks they are "America's Most Convenient Bank" because they are anything but. Can barely get anyone on the phone. Their website is very 20th century. Have to go INTO The bank to do a wire transfer. Can't do ACH to a business. I could go on and on and on. I chose them because I needed a bank with locations in So FL and CT. I use and love Chase for my business and wanted a different bank. I will be closing this account within the next month or two. Prehistoric, pathetic, useless, difficult to get on the phone, apps that are primitive. Etc., etc., etc. This location and all of them. read more

Wasted an hour there after my card was sent to wrong address. Tried to move my direct deposit there but the associate couldn't get the online banking to work. Nice enough but if you need anything other than basic banking avoid this place. read more

People underestimate tiny acts of kindness. I know going to the bank isn't everyone's favorite thing and I just went into the bank stressed out of my mind to get either a money order or cashier's check for an Application Fee (we all know how stressful moving is!!!). Sharon at the front took me right away (no wait!) and took the time to explain the differences between the two, help me find my best option, and then go above and beyond to calm my nerves. Great bank! I had a horrible experience at the TD bank in Adventura hours before I came here. I went here & opened in account in less than a hour. Kris was a very big help. Nice, & friendly. Way better than most td banks! They were actually staffed 4pm on a Friday and I saw a customer service rep in less than 5 min

Lazy employees that have not a single clue. They sit at their desks making personal calls while people wait to be helped. I've returned on many occasions due to errors on behalf of the workers at this location costing me countless hours of time and money wasted. I leave with a bad taste in my mouth from the extremely poor service every single time I go.. Avoid this branch at all costs. If your experiences here are as bad as mine have been then please write a review explaining to others why you feel that this location is lacking. Hopefully someone from the corporate office will notice the poor reviews and make some much needed personally changes. read more

Love TD Bank. Tellers and account personnel are always cheerful and helpful. Grateful they are open 7 days a week. The facility is always clean and there is always parking available. Only draw back is that they are only on the East Coast and Canada. With all the traveling I do, I really wish they were nation wide, at least. read more

TD is the most INCONVENIENT bank in FL. The staff needs to be retrained, too many fancy titles and they are all idiots that don't know how to even spell a last name correctly. DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH. I had a appointment with the Branch Manager Marlon Gutierrez. The meeting was confirmed by the TD Business banking and Marlon was copied in. I sent 2 email with information to him prior to the meeting and no reply. On the day of the appointment he never showed up to the meeting, and the girls behind the counter tried call him but he never showed up. 45 min late I got to talk to another guy. After the meeting I have sent email to Marlon again with the information they asked for but he not even reply to any email. TD Bank advertises they are the most convenient bank in the country. That may have been true before they updated their online banking system. It is a disaster. I tried logging in for 2 days, my user name and password were correct. They said that my answer to their security question was incorrect. I knew I was correct. They gave an 800 number for customer service. I tried this number many times and was told that there was at least a 20 minute wait time. At 2:00 AM they said there was a 15 minute wait time. Visiting a local branch was a waste of time as they could do nothing. Unable to use online banking, I hand delivered my payment to avoid a late fee. I think it is time to find another bank. read more
