After waiting to add a family member to an existing account, the employees of the bank just stood around aimlessly. There appears to be several employees, yet no one is really willing to be helpful; it almost appeared that every employee was waiting for the other to assist customers. One employee in particular asked if we were being helped and before we could explain what services we needed, we were told to wait in lounge area. Banks should be in the business to help customers who are leaving money in their care. The bank managers in this branch seem to be some of the most unpleasant and miserable looking people I have ever seen. This bizarre experience will have me visiting other Bank of America branches.

RealFi DOES NOT RESPOND TO EMAIL inquires regarding how much more time will the process take, and what needed info may be missing, nor what we can do to speed up the process. RealFi simply could have told me after reviewing my application that I did not qualify by calling one of two of the numbers I provided, or simply taking a short moment To email that I was missing more info.
