Victoria C Lascelle- needed to do an emergent wire transfer. Very clearly said address is CluffCrossing, C-L-U-F-F... literally messed up and put Cliff, delaying the wire transfer. Only went there to get some change while on an errand for my job and the bank manager there gave me an attitude and was completely rude towards me. Saying I need an account with them in order to do that. An account for just change? Are you kidding me? Me and other drivers are usually here at least twice a week just so we could have change for the business we work for in town and you all of a sudden tell us this today? Very uncalled for. Small branch. But you get the good customer service feel of a local credit union or bank. Hours are great for a bank. They also deal with business accounts but there can be a wait because they do not have a lot of account managers on hand. There are usually enough tellers and almost never a wait. Never tried the drive thru. It most be popular during the winter! read more

NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN. I deposited cash into the ATM like normal and it did not spit my card back out. Screen says "contact bank to get new card issued" this is the SECOND time this has happened. I called the 1-800 number and they told me there was already a maintenance order out but was going to be another 4-6 hours. So WHY is it still open when it's broken?!? I was able to save two people in line behind me. Wish someone was able to warn me. Now I have no card and can't get a new one until the bank opens. But since this is the only location near me and this is the SECOND time this has happened to me here I'm closing my accounts and switching to somewhere that will actually be CONVENIENT read more

I honestly can not rate , I arrive this morning teller says hello, she looks busy I appreciate the acknowledgement continue to wait. She say hello again i proceed to window explaining my needs entering my card. She continues doing her other task and unforms .it will be a few minutes shes just finishing up. I softly said why did you call me over, to tell me to wait i was completely fine waiting over there. Not to mentioned explaining everything for nothing. She now getting stressed and her facial expressions are evident. All because I kindly spoke. I few minutes went buy she apologized and asks me what I need , im thinking a different teller inside my mind. I explaining again, she in loud fashion says my account # aloud i kindly sat please there is a lot of phishing and fraud. She now getting angry and say $8.00 charges for bank checks, omg im nervous but i said its included in my account she is over the edge now. She is sweating, breathing heavily and absurd eye gestures (Kim). She is so angry now over nothing and ask me again what I need while apologized, I kindly said Kim I'm not sure why you so angry and speaking so aloud. She now the whole store is hearing her she calls me rude, I said kindly I was in a fantastic mood until I have been mistreated by you saying rude should not be in your vocabulary mentioned i went to school for business, thats it Kim snaps yelling im harassing her, in my educated mind its me who is being humiliated and harass and being called rude all for trying to do my banking transactions. She continues aloud saying you can go down the street She refuses to give me service. Wow im so disappointed at how people in customer service are aloud to act, i did nothing wrong. Next teller immediately using eye gestures mocking me out , im mortified now. He calls me over , after this mocking tries to do the right thing but he should never cast me out especially in this circumstance sometimes we can not support our colleagues. He says he cant log in, im like really not believing at this point. Then finally a young lady named Payton is amazingly good at customer service even heard my needs from several windows away, she was so kind I commented several times trying my best no vent my previously frustration she was fantastic i said are you the manager thanking her. She replies no, im pretty new. I said well you should be the words rude, and denounce your harassing someone in 2024 is unbelievable. She must have heard everything, i was very low key, reasonable go there all the time. I asked who is the manager she informed me it was Kim the lady who caused all my embarrassment a d stress I looked at her and said im reporting this I can believe the way she disrespect me, calling me rude then saying im harassing her. Anyways this teller explaining i don't have enough to cover what i need . Im shocked as i checks my account day before and had more than enough. I thank her leave go outside check my account and the amount was withdrawn from the first teller and supervisor Kim, . I go back in wait in a long line so happy i received Payton again explaining this and I was right. She explains to Kim she needs to reverse this, and Kim lies saying she did. And tells Payton to write the bank check i went in for. Sorry for all my typos my hands are shaking im an older guy. So yes Broadway street, Salem NH the store further up heading to aroma Joes . This was a sad day in customer service an embarrassing moment i won't forget. This is happening more often we enpower and trust people and they feel they are invincible and sadly they lie and they are. Absolutely awful service and very rude staff. Everytime I ask for wire services staff and manger start to show attitude. Staff has no knowledge of wire transfers and due to their mistakes wire was rejected and they wouldn't refund the wire fee even though wire kept getting rejected due to their own staff mistakes. Worst branch ever!! Avoid this place like the plague!! I've been a td customer for 12 years and bc I didn't have my id or bank card on my they wouldn't break a $100 dollar bill for me!!
