Today I was in need of a notary in a hurry, and I had no idea where to go. I was talking to a…read morefriend and he reminded me that I am a member of the digital federal credit union here in Nashua, New Hampshire at 379 Amherst St So I called them and made an appointment to meet with their notary. I checked in with the teller and was handed over to Sara GEIB who is a Member Service Representative. She was extremely friendly and extremely helpful. She was able to get my documents notarized and take care of all of my documenting needs. I do not understand why this branch has so many negative comments as everybody I met during the process was extremely nice.

First of all the bank evidently institute new policy that it must say for DCU mobile deposit only…read moreand because I left the for out three checks of mine were not deposited and declined causing me quite a mess when I emailed them they sent me an encrypted email back, which you don't know how to open because it doesn't tell you you need some sort of a passcode which you have no idea how to get DCU themselves couldn't even answer that question so disappointed in them. I will definitely be leaving because I can't run my business this way.

About 10 years ago I discovered TD Bank in Londonderry for both my small business, my personal banking and now for my teenagers banking and this branch has been fantastic for all of it. They are closed Saturdays and close at 5pm M-F which makes it harder to get to their bank. Shame on them We used the same institution to withdraw from our other bank and were charged $4.99 which our bank refunded using our debit card from their bank, we used GSCU debit card and were charged $37.50 So GSCU does charge I dont see any refund of that amount from GSCU

Came here on a Saturday morning with my son to cash a bunch of savings bonds and open up a savings account for him. TWO HOURS of our lives we will never get back. Yes I said TWO. The struggle is real here people. There were 3 tellers behind the counter and only one person in the offices who has the ability to help customers open accounts. So while we waited for over an hour to open an account, we got to hear what each of them did the night before, what they wanted to order for lunch, etc.... Not only was the wait painful, but listening to one of the tellers who was completely full of herself talk about herself over and over, "I can't believe I'm eating this, I have a photo shoot this afternoon" made it even worse. Gross. Unfortunately, when we got there, there was already another mother with her daughter doing the exact same thing. 2 videos later, and a review of every account she could possibly open, it was our turn. While I think it's great that he was explaining all of their options, knowing that several other people were waiting, he should've given them all the materials to take home and review rather than reading through each of them with them! When my son and I sat down he apologized for the long wait, explaining that he was the only one on that day who could open accounts. Yeah we get it, but improvise and make it happen. Waiting over an hour to open an account is ridiculous, period. The next hour was spent opening my sons account and repeatedly correcting the gentleman with what WE actually wanted or what he was supposed to be typing..... I had to remind him 3 times to put in the correct address. Ugh I will never return to this location again, ever. I can only hope I don't have the same experience at another location because I will be forced to changed banks if that happens.

If you want a great relationship with a bank then open up an account, business, cd, ira, loan at this location. They will go above and beyond and explain everything to you. They dont treat you like a number they treat you with dignity and respect. Unlike some banks where you have to call and make an appointment just to talk to someone not like it here. If they are busy a wait might be no more than several mins. They have dog treats for our canine friends and lollypops for everyone else, which i always ask for, for myself and i am 61 yrs old haha. Regardless business or personal drop by and inquire how they can help you be successful in anything and everything you need to get done relating to banking, or a loan.
