I never realized a bank could be this irresponsible until my experience with TD Bank. They closed my joint locker (safety deposit box) without informing me at all -- no call, no message, nothing. They have all my contact details, yet didn't even try to reach out. There was even money in my account that could've been used for any charges, but instead they just went ahead and made decisions on their own. What's shocking is that they reassigned my locker to another person and had no proper record showing that I even had that locker( safety deposit box) in the first place. That alone shows how unreliable and disorganized their system is. I had to argue with them just to get clarity, and only after 4 days did they finally contact me -- not to fix the issue, but to tell me about the charges and that they had already taken out my belongings. On top of that, I ended up paying almost $350 total, including old charges and a drill fee (around $150-$190). A drill fee on me? After opening my locker, removing my belongings, and putting everything at risk -- I'm the one being charged? That makes no sense. What's even worse is that I actually had the key to my locker. That's supposed to mean it's secure. So what's the point of giving customers a key if the bank can just drill it open and access everything inside without even informing them? There was absolutely no apology for the frustration they caused, and no sense of guilt or accountability from the staff -- even though it was clear they were in the wrong. Instead, I was made to feel like it was somehow my fault. At this point, I honestly don't even know who is responsible or who is managing things properly, because no one seems to have clear answers or take ownership. This whole situation is very concerning. I paid everything just to get my own belongings back. That's not how you show safety to your clients. I'm not even sure if anything is missing, since I didn't have a full list of what was inside. Who is going to compensate me for the frustration, wasted time, and stress this caused? Treat your clients better. Goodbye. You charged me fully, added extra fees, gave me all this headache, and accessed my personal belongings without proper notice. This is completely unacceptable. I've never been someone who posts negative reviews, but this situation really crossed the line and left me extremely disappointed. read more

Unfortunately I didn't get her name and i'm sure much won't get done about this but just so everyone else is aware!! The big old lady with the brown hair and glasses who works at this location is EXTREMELY RUDE!! I went in trying to get a check this is my first time with this bank since I switched (really wish I didn't now) I was unsure of what to do and she was so unhelpful and spoke to me like I was stupid! I am a young 22 year old girl my parents passed Im trying to do things on my own stuff is confusing she could clearly tell I didn't know what the heck I was doing and when I have to experience this when all I needed was some HELP it stresses me out 1000x more. I ended up just walking out with out the check because clearly she was going to be no help and at that point I didn't want it anymore and then the security guard in there starts getting super close to me looking at me crazy like i'm causing a scene or being a threat. So ridiculous I'll travel farther to go to another location before I EVER step foot in this place again! Do better it's not hard to be kind ESPECIALLY when it's YOUR JOB to help people!! i came in today to open a new account and i saw a couple reviews on the waiting time being extremely long and .. they are true . i waited for 30 minutes while i watched the employees talk with each other , no one seemed busy but i waited anyway . after 45 minutes i left . Went to another bank and they at least told me to wait for a couple minutes and got help opening my account within 5 minutes . horrible service at td . read more

I've banked with commerce before it was TD and have been a loyal customer ever since. I've never had an issue with any other branch but THIS one. Multiple times I've come in either opening up an account, getting a new card, etc. While I wait in the chair to be greeted or at least told I'll be with you I've received nothing. I've watched the employees walk around and talk to each other while I'm sitting there patiently waiting. This has happened multiple times and multiple times I've left because I was just so aggravated. Today has been the last straw. My card was sucked into the atm machine and after waiting to sit down with a representative I was told I have to wait 20 MORE minutes to have someone go get my card. I've had enough with this bank and I'm sorry one branch had to ruin it for me. I will be switching banks after many many many years of business. read more

The branch is clean and tends to serve the community, yet the CS reps are very nasty and unfriendly. i went in just to get a notary. i sat without any acknowledgement from any of the 3 reps walking by for 20 minutes. i finally walked up and asked if they could acknowledge that i exist and that i was waiting for a notary. every time i come there is a line to the door and CS always has some disgruntled person leaving. The staff and bank as a whole are the most incompetent, and unprofessional people I've ever come across. They act as if you are a bother to come into the bank and ask for assistance. The rudeness is off the charts. I closed my account and left this bank due to these factors. Take your money somewhere else people! read more

I've banked here for about 7 years because of the convenient hours. The bank is clean and the staff is always friendly. I don't frequent often because I have direct deposit but when I do go it's never an awful experience. The guard at the door is always super friendly and it makes me feel better knowing there is security present. The only gripe I have is about the ATM. I feel it should be filled before store hours not as the doors are opening. It's great that they installed a second ATM to help with that issue! I do want to add that one time I was out of town where there were no local branches and had an issue with my chip card and my old card was obsolete. After speaking with a representative she stayed on the phone with me while we maneuvered through a complicated process of allowing me to withdraw my needed funds to finish my vacation. I was never so grateful for their assistance and understanding of my dire situation. All in all I am happy that our community has a TD bank in our area and I'm happy to be a customer with them. read more

I have been banking here for almost 10 years. Do not pay attention to the low reviews here. No bank is perfect but TD is open 7 days a week and later in the day then most banks. One suggestion I have is they should have 2 tellers at the drive through windows. read more
