Still, staff are pleasant and efficient; they totally understand your wait frustration so please don't take it out on them! If you must meet with a financial products specialist, you can book a future appointment or just walk in and wait in the seating area. I prefer online banking. Sometimes I must use the Green Machine self-serve banking ATMs at the Kennedy Commons branch. My time is valuable! Bank hours are quite broad so that's a plus!

It's on the northeast corner of Highway 7 and Warden Avenue, next to Booster Juice. It's cool that Markham Town Centre has two drive-thrus. The other one is McDonald's. Tonight, I needed to deposit some money. I hit the drive-thru. The option to withdraw money wasn't available. However, depositing money was there. Yay! I like that the ABM is able to detect how much money I want to deposit. It was correct and straightforward. I have only been in the branch to use the ABM once. The ABM area was clean and bright. I like that you can use the drive-thru ATM without any around-the-building or strange curves that can potentially ruin the left side of your car. I don't recall ever having any issues at the ATM. It's always functional when I have needed to use it. The only downside is that once you are done with the drive-thru ATM, you have to head out on the road. If you want to shop at the other stores within the strip mall, you need to cycle back. With the bank located in a strip mall, there is plenty of parking. (15)

This is a Ukrainian Credit Union that was established to meet the needs of this community, however, you don't actually have to be Ukrainian to bank here. The staff here are very friendly, I actually have only need to come in to the brands a few times as everything can be done online. Plus the nice thing is that they are open on Saturdays, which has been quite convenient for me. I realize that credit unions may not be for everybody, however, this one is pretty good. With great customer service, convenient hours on weekends, and online backing so you never need to see no one's faces ever! Unless you want.

I decided to check it out on a Saturday afternoon after I had got a haircut at Great Clips and then did some grocery shopping at Walmart. This CIBC has a drive-thru. I used it to check my balance. I don't do a whole lot of banking with CIBC these days, but I do have an account. It was straightforward entering it. Deposits are envelope-free at this ATM. You can withdraw CAD or USD, depending on your needs. It's similar to the CIBC ATMs that are at Pearson International Airport. It's nice that the bank has opened it up to more ATMs that aren't at the airport. This branch is closed on weekends. You can still go into the branch to use the ATMs if you won't want to do the drive-thru. Regular banking hours are from 9:30 am till 5 pm on weekdays. The branch has accessible parking, which allows a wheelchair to go up a shallow ramp to the main doors. There's a button that opens both doors for access into and out of the branch. There is plenty of parking around the building. I parked in the back aisle to take a look at the branch before I left. I'm glad that I took a closer look at this bank. Should I be hitting a new drive-thru to do a bank transaction under the circumstances? I was good. It simply felt like I was in heaven with so much light coming into my eyes... haha! I needed to do a transaction. I don't bank with CIBC often these days. Once in a while, I do, like I did today. I was driving northbound on Brimley Road. This branch is at Chartwell Shopping Centre, in a plaza that I used to frequent often when I worked in Scarborough eons ago. Back then, this plaza had a Shoppers Drug Mart and a Price Choppers. Both are gone. My friend, who was also my colleague, and I came here during our lunch break regularly. She banked with CIBC. Back then, this branch was next door to Price Chopper. With all the changes that occurred at this plaza, it's now a standalone building at the corner on Brimley Road and Huntingwood Drive. I had no problem finding the entrance to the drive-thru ATM. Even with my dilated eyes, it was straightforward. There was one vehicle ahead of me, which gave me time to fetch my bank card out of my wallet. The ATM was clean. I had no problem entering my PIN and performing a straightforward cash withdrawal. Easy peasy! There is parking in front of this branch. It was a bit busy, as it was just before noon. There's a Tim Hortons and a Pizza Pizza a few doors down from this CIBC, so be careful driving over to this bank. It looks like this bank is the only business with a drive-thru here. I asked about global transfers before at the very same branch and they said the bank I want to send money to was not supported (which was proven not true), money wasted. Jessie went above and beyond when I visited yesterday and asked about it. Unlike other tellers and even ones in the offices, She was the ONLY one who was even care to give it a try and help saves a customer's money which was ABSOLUTELY unnecessary for the wire transfer from before. She was also very professional, patience and understanding. From the details and suggestions she had for me yesterday, you can tell she was highly dedicated to her work and was just on it, at the very moment you decided something. The speed of her service was fast, more staffs like this and hopefully there won't be long line ups and wait time at banks. CIBC needs more staffs like Jessie who can actually help the customers, the branch and the image of the bank. I rarely nominated a certain person in a review, but I strongly believe she deserves a credit. If I was to found out about the global transfer from another branch. There are teller services at this branch during regular business hours. I saw traditional Chinese characters on its signs. I am guessing that you can speak to a teller in either English or Cantonese.
