I waited to review because this company gave the vibes that they would retaliate by some bogus charges . C. Woods technician also set out water heater on continuous VS demand which continually heats the water instead of when on demand-which depletes your gas much faster. There was no conversation about this. I found this company reckless and indifferent to this project , probaly because we are not in an affluent neighborhood and I believe they have some corporate accounts. Luckily, I was able to find the names and emails of the general managers of this company in case they try to send a delayed bill. Just like many established companies, poor attitude/work ethic will eventually run this company into the ground. I will try to post a picture of the original job.

It to 5 phone calls to get someone to repair the damage, and all he did was get a can of spray paint and spray over it. It was back stained in a month. The we had a home inspection to sell and the inspection said it was not draining properly. The attic was getting wet the unit was not level and the furnace vent was crimped and could cause a carbon monoxide issue. Husband called they were to come the next day. I call at 5:30 next day to ask when they were coming. He told me the issues were a problem with the house not their work Inspectors were asshole and don't know anything. He kept screaming at me I said 2x we need to end this conversation but he kept yelling. I hung up. 10 minutes later he called back with a blocked number and screams for about 4 more minutes so I hung up. He called a AGAIN and left a very hateful voice mail. I will pay someone new to fix the issues they caused.

I have had a very hard allergy season this spring, and the inadequate furnace filters they use have contributed to the difficulty I have had, including needing to use medication I have not used in over 20 years! We changed the Coy Dodd filters today to Filtrete MERV 13, and I am already starting to feel the improvement in my lungs. In the future we will ALWAYS make sure our HFAC service providers use MERV 13 filters!
