We made a reservation for a trailer at this location. We arrived at the location to pick up and the…read moresign said open but the door was locked. There was a piece of paper in the window that said to call a number if picking up a Uhaul. We called and called, at least 15 times over 15 minutes leaving a message, but no one answered. There was also another customer trying to drop off a truck and he was calling as well. I called the main Uhaul number and they also called multiple numbers for the business, but they did not get an answer either. Eventually, we heard through a camera speaker someone talking. The man had an attitude and said to call the number, the same one we and Uhaul had been calling. We tried calling it again and he still didn't answer despite just then telling us to call. I was on the phone with Uhaul and had them change our reservation to a different location. I would not recommend this location.

Since they opened, they have gone through two service managers now. The first one failed to follow up with me for two days only for him to finally text me that he was no longer there. My car has been there since Nov 27 to have a check engine light diagnosed and a clutch report done. Communication with Troy the service manager has been poor since I took the car in. Called and texted him numerous times only to be told he would follow-up with me. The last time was on Tuesday the 3rd. He promised to contact me on the 4th with a status and recommendation. Had not heard from him until today the 5th only to receive a text from him letting me know he is no longer with the dealership. This was after I attempted to call/text him and call the dealership numerous times, only to get the Sales Managers voicemail. I would think that if they are losing services managers the priority would be to immediately contact the customers with vehicles being serviced and let them know the status and who they should expect to be contacted by. Although they had to remove a skid plate to do the oil change, the dealership failed to accept responsibility for this event. They disputed responsibility by showed a picture of the front skid plate hanging a little low the day they did the oil change.  While defending the experience of their technicians, Service Director James Waite, did acknowledge that the technician should have pointed out the need to replace a few of the clips. And that if the clips were new that the skid plates would not have come loose. He stated that they were somewhat "complicit" so he would consider refunding part of our deductible if we filed with our insurance company.  Had Robert, the technician, cared about being thorough and pointing out the need for some new clips, the skid plates would still be in place. Something that the Service Director agreed was definitely possible but leaving us with thousands of dollars of repair.
