Called our insurance company for a tow. The towing company called for our location and informed us that they were 1-1/2 hrs. away and that they were only able to tow our truck, not the trailer, and they were not able to carry any passengers either. That meant we were going to have to leave our trailer on the side of the road, find a ride to the nearest town and get a hotel. What a NIGHTMARE! Since we were only approximately 4 miles west of Quanah, Tx, we decided to Google "towing near us" and Quanah Service Center came up. So we called them and explained our situation and location. Trey and Jeff were there in less than 30 minutes. They towed both Truck & Trailer and pulled us up to their store parking lot. They plugged our travel trailer up to their shop so that we could use it to sleep in and be comfortable. They made it a point to make us feel comfortable and safe. They told us they would order the part needed to repair the truck first thing in the morning and would have us back on the road by noon. They came by later that night to check on us and to see if we needed anything. The next day the part arrived, they repaired our truck, inspected it, and the trailer, checked and filled our tires and had us back on the road before noon as promised. Not only did we receive the BEST SERVICE ever, the cost of that entire ordeal was unbelievably lower than we had expected. The entire staff at Quanah Service Center are the Best in Texas! All were super friendly and accommodating and we just can't say enough good things about them. I called the local U-Haul location while trying to figure out what to do, and they referred me to Hills Motors Towing. That is when I met Jeremy, the owner/operator. I can honestly say I have never met a more family-oriented, customer-service-focused business owner. Jeremy agreed to pick us up and tow us, and he arrived within under 30 minutes. Once he looked at the vehicle, he was able to quickly identify the likely issue. Even more impressive, he had the knowledge, experience, and parts inventory available to get us taken care of right there. Within about two hours, he had my family and me fixed up and back on the road. The pricing was more than fair, so much so that I felt compelled to leave a tip. I cannot thank Jeremy and the team at Hills Motors Towing enough for what they did for my family when we were complete strangers in a difficult situation. Words truly cannot express our gratitude.
