The gas station maintenance man Jack (great guy) recommended I call Steveo at Quanah Service Center. 30 minutes later Tommy arrives and tows me down to the shop! That was a Friday near closing time...they gave me a ride 30 miles to Vernon, Tx so I could rent a uhaul and finish my journey...week later the trucks done...getting back to Quanah on greyhound was an entirely separate disaster (greyhound sucks, neva will I ride again) but the very kind lady working at Quanah Service Center was super patient with the 24-48 hour bus delays and cancelations but I did finally pick up my truck! Called our insurance company for a tow. The towing company called for our location and informed us that they were 1-1/2 hrs. away and that they were only able to tow our truck, not the trailer, and they were not able to carry any passengers either. That meant we were going to have to leave our trailer on the side of the road, find a ride to the nearest town and get a hotel. What a NIGHTMARE! Since we were only approximately 4 miles west of Quanah, Tx, we decided to Google "towing near us" and Quanah Service Center came up. So we called them and explained our situation and location. Trey and Jeff were there in less than 30 minutes. They towed both Truck & Trailer and pulled us up to their store parking lot. They plugged our travel trailer up to their shop so that we could use it to sleep in and be comfortable. They made it a point to make us feel comfortable and safe. They told us they would order the part needed to repair the truck first thing in the morning and would have us back on the road by noon. They came by later that night to check on us and to see if we needed anything. The next day the part arrived, they repaired our truck, inspected it, and the trailer, checked and filled our tires and had us back on the road before noon as promised. Not only did we receive the BEST SERVICE ever, the cost of that entire ordeal was unbelievably lower than we had expected. The entire staff at Quanah Service Center are the Best in Texas! All were super friendly and accommodating and we just can't say enough good things about them. An extremely nice gentleman stopped to check on us and gave us B&J Tire info. Now we're covered triple with roadside assistance between Forest River, Good Sam and our own personal auto insurance but at the nice mans recommendation, we decided to just call this company up SO GLAD we did! Brandon arrived within 15-20 minutes of us calling, did an expert job of changing out the tire quickly, resecured our blow out tire (up under our TT) and even tied up some metal parts of the underbelly that got damaged. Extremely friendly, efficient and only charged us $100. hoping we never have another issue but if we do and we're passing through- this company will get our business.

We were on the road with our RV from Colorado and heading back to Texas when the brakes decided to…read morelock up on our RV. There's no way to carry on after that. We didn't even know how we were going to get it somewhere to get it fixed. We found Jim's Auto Repair and thought, Jim sounds like a nice guy who can probably fix anything. Fortunately we had a reprieve in brake locking and made it to his shop. He dropped all he was doing to take a look at it, and ended up spending 30 minutes with my husband, and some of his guys, just trying to figure out how to get us home. After some collaboration and scoping out the system, he found a way and off we went! He was a life saver! He spared us so much time getting home, much grief in having to leave it in Quanah to get it fixed and then returning to pick it up weeks later, and made our day, and the end of the trip, memorable because of his kindness. He was all about helping a person, and not all about the money. Thank you Jim! You really did so much for us, and saved us days of worry, money and frustation!
