TDQ Steaks was founded in Amsterdam as a high-end steakhouse with a focus on premium steaks from around the world, sourcing beef from countries like Argentina, Japan, Canada, Scotland, and New Zealand. From the start, the concept emphasized quality and variety, offering Wagyu, bison, and classic premium cuts, prepared with care and served in a modern, stylish environment. TDQ’s philosophy—“We bring the world to your plate”—reflected its international approach to fine dining. Following its success in Amsterdam, TDQ expanded abroad, opening its first London branch at Albert Embankment/Vauxhall, funded with £2.3 million, accommodating 120 guests and creating new jobs, marking a significant step in its international growth.
