My van blew a head gasket, got the run around for several weeks on time frame that was originally told 2 days tops. Upon attempted pick up, the van ran worse then when I brought it in. Towed it back to Colorado and had a real mechanic look at it, the old blown head gasket was still in the van despite the fact I paid over $1,300.00 for repair. Attempted to contact Bubbas and tell them and got nothing but lies including a fake email account from a make believe CPA stating that the van refund for repair was in its way...I am leaving out key details but I'm not trying to write a book. But please for the love of your vehicle, DO NOT take it here. You would be better paying a high school kid to rebuild your engine and prob would do a better job than these thieves. To date we have been able to spend a total of 2 nights in it as it has been back and forth between Spearfish and the dealership for repairs. We have made a total of four round trips of 102.4 miles to have essentially the same problem fixed. To make matters worse, the trailer still is not functional so another 102.4 mile round trip is in the works. We purchased this camper expressly to get away from the insanity of the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally only to find ourselves having to tow a trailer through the madness four times. My advice is to think twice about purchasing a state of the art camping trailer from an automobile dealership. We will update this review and rating next week upon satisfactory completion of repair work and compensation for our time and mileage.
