Any time she has an issue with her Apple phone she simply walks in and they show her what she needs to know, or simply fixes whatever she "accidentally clicked". These employees are SO nice and they never rush or talk down to her. It's hard to find customer service like this. Whoever is managing this store, kudos to you and your team! Keep up the good work!!

Something that I didn't even approve that ended up costing me $400 for a one month phone bill I went in to speak to the manager (short blonde lady) about it And she basically said she couldn't do anything for me and I was out the money because It had already been taken out of my account. All because her employee made a mistake by starting a process for a trade-in device that was literally stolen and I didn't even have. there's got to be some sort of fine print of not having the customer being held accountable for your own workers mistake because he processed something I didn't approve. I ended up getting a credit on a month and half of a bill, then backdated that credit in one month a $400 phone payment came out. Again, because their employee tried to start a trade in on a device I don't even have. The West Lafayette, location and employees are 10 times more customer oriented and helpful.

My kids have been injured tripping over this line as it runs across our driveway, and everytime I try to get help I get the same garbage about escalation and how they "understand my frustration".
