I've wanted a Mann Made wraparound bridge for longer than I care to admit. Never met him, spoke…read morewith him by phone briefly only once years ago. John was always available to answer questions, and his email response time was same day. The bridge arrived today and is everything I had hoped for and more. Absolutely beautiful work, and without going into detail, John had to do something extra on this to make it work. In short, he's a stand up guy, and delivers what he promises. Whether you're looking for one of his custom parts to upgrade or considering buying a PRS from John (he has a long and positive history with Paul Reed Smith personally), do not hesitate. Thanks, John...I'll be back.

"Sorry you feel that way" -- John Mann…read more Update: John made a comment on my Google review (screenshots below). He has also chosen to comment on my Yelp review and referred to me as a "vindictive, angry young man" rather than answer the actual concerns I had raised. I saw they had a listing for a used retail display rack on Facebook. I expressed my interest and explicitly stated that I was on my way and that I would be able to provide an accurate ETA soon enough. I live in Maine and traveled an hour and thirty minutes away. I was 20 minutes away and ready to send my ETA, but before I could, I received a message that the rack had been sold. I was not told or informed that anyone else was interested or on their way to pick it up. I contacted John Mann with the hopes that he might understand the situation and provide any type of apology or explanation for the inconvenience. I was frustrated by the situation but hoped it was a misunderstanding and was willing to give John the benefit of the doubt, that he didn't know I was on my way. Instead, he says: "Sorry you feel that way." He never told me at the time that it was an old listing posted by mistake. He only offered that explanation after the reviews were public. He had the opportunity to clear up any miscommunication privately; however, he chose not to do so. Had he apologized for the inconvenience at the time, when I stated how the situation made me feel, I likely would have let the situation go. Instead, he took no accountability for his mistake, ignored my actual criticism of him, and shifted the blame onto me for no reason other than to save face.
