I have been able to call tech support and have gotten their help on any issue. When I bought a new router they helped set it up and it worked perfectly. Now that you don't have to buy a box to transfer recorded shows to your iPad, it makes their service even better. I have the premium and several sports packages. I am totally happy with the value for the dollar. I value my time and I have no desire to buy more equipment and hunt, peck and search for what I want to watch. And then be at the mercy of 18th CenturyLink and their sometimes fast service. I have had one problem with customer service, before they were bought by Liberty Media. They are always responsive and, if you know how, you can get discounts and reduced packages every month. I never have had a technical problem or billing issue that wasn't resolved quickly and in my favor.
