We had such a positive experience with Alex at Te Amo. My partner and I were engagement ring shopping and not exactly sure what we wanted. Alex was super friendly, informative, patient, and shared great ideas and suggestions. Alex helped us converge on an amazing concept that she loved. He created a 3D rendering that looked beautiful, then a 3D print mockup, followed by the actual ring. It turned out better than we could have imagined and my fiance absolutely loves it. What a beautiful surprise this was! My loving fiancé custom designed my ring with jeweler Everardo. He said that Everardo looked at his design ideas and worked with him on designing the perfect ring for me. He asked him for it to me square with the halo around, low profile so it doesn't get caught in my hair, diamond band, and that the wedding band be a simple straight diamond band for me to wear when I don't wear the engagement ring. Everardo suggested adding the halo to the 2 settings on the side of the ring and it just adds an extra level of sparkle. I've gotten so many compliments on the arrangement and quality of my ring. The silver items I brought in for repair and redesign were not at all typical of the high-quality jewelry they offer in their store, but I was treated as if they were. They transformed some uncomfortable post earrings into some lovely and easier to wear dangling pieces. They remade an earring who's mate I lost into a pretty pendant necklace. Alex was the person in the shop the day I brought things in, and he assessed everything with the eye and imagination of an artist. His father Alejandro who did the work, called me before he did to check in. I appreciate his artistry. He is a master. They also repaired a broken chain and shortened a bracelet that had become too loose. This Alex was kind enough to do while I waited, because I haven't been without that bracelet in decades. Again went to Everardo, at this new location, which looks awesome, and the name screams ,perfect gift for the wife. So I show up and talk to Everardo, tell him what I'm looking for, he brings out rings and gives me the details on each one, i find the perfect ring, and he gives me a good price on it, while we joke around about trips to Hawaii.
