Saw good reviews and I live nearby, so I went to check it out. Definitely a hidden gem. The inside is super cozy (like somebody's actual house!). The barista on duty was as friendly as it gets. The espresso was smooth, strong, and cheap. I also had a slice of pumpkin cream cheese bread that was moist and delicious. I wish I had more time to stay or some company with me. I'll definitely go back! UPDATE: one year later, and I refuse to get coffee anywhere else. The people that work here are wonderful, and you can't get that anywhere else.

We ended with the bread pudding. It truly was like eating a custard. It came out hot and steaming, made fresh. Super vanilla flavor, really rich. This is a shout out for French express and their employees as well as a review. When we were…read moreleaving the coffee shop today, we found a stray dog running alongside the busy road. One of the employees came out to help with dog treats. My wife and I took the dog to see if he was micro chipped and then took him back to French express, hoping that the owner would come looking for the super sweet dog. Not more than 10 minutes later, the French express employee called to say that the owner and the dog had been united. It's so great that people and businesses will go out of the way to help. A big shout out to the French express employee and the business as a whole. Besides being dog lovers, they have really great coffee and it's a nice environment to sit and talk with friends on the weekend. These folks deserve your business, and you deserve their great coffee!
