The two-person staff did a fantastic job. One person in register and one on drive-thru. They kept things rolling and did not sacrifice service whatsoever. I tried a chai tea latte with vanilla flavoring. I think I arrived too late for some of the other baked goods, but I was able to try a delicious blueberry muffin. I suggest getting it warmed up. Everything was delicious and priced fairly. Special notes: they only accept cards. My only recommendation is adding more outlets where possible. The coffeehouse is a little out of the way for me, but definitely worth the trip. I can't wait to bring my hubby for a visit.

The food display was empty. All the tables were dirty and had crumbs and even empty coffee cups on them despite me being in only person in there. I waited for about 5 minutes for someone to appear, and nobody did. I turned right around and walked out the door without any acknowledgment. Maybe I picked a bad day because of the holiday, but, from what I saw, it was dirty and nobody was there (employees or otherwise). Don't have the open sign on if you're not ready to serve customers.

They are all knowledgeable about the products they sell. The store is clean and well organized. They offer so many different products they have to be organized. They offer different teas and complimentary products. They have spices, diffusers, sugars, honey, and other related items. They have a tea bar that serves individual servings of their teas. They have blends designed to target different areas. I get the sleep blends and the anti inflammatory blends. I have also purchased high quality saffron there. The store is cool place to shop.
