(Plus other more elaborate teas.) They also have a selection of baked and other good and goodies for carry out. We took home 3 blueberry scones and Devonshire cream, and had tea service in house with delicious lemon scones and apricot preserves. And of course a selection of teas to choose from. Note that we live in Mocksville but it took us a long to drive here from Hanes Park in Winston-Salem (17 minutes) as from here to our house. Can't wait to get back here.

I highly recommend the strawberry tea...taste like summer. We started with the cheese ball sampler. Not my fav as the flavors were not there. It came with 3 mini cheese balls; pimento, goat cheese and a garden veg with pineapple (IKR). Again, great presentation but none of the cheese balls had much flavor to match the name. For entrees we opted for the chicken salad sandwich, the chicken pot pie and the country chicken casserole. My sister loved the chicken salad, my mom just ate most of the filling of the pot pie, I was not a fan of the casserole (one note, no veggies and everything was mushy except the "herb" bread crumbs on top). Next time I will stick to tea and the lovely finger sandwiches and room for the lovely desserts from the bake shop.

I was asked what I was feeling to experience energetically out of the various programs available and I chose "Release". I didn't know what to expect and it turned out to be quite profound and healing on many levels so I want to share my experience. I was taken to a beautiful dark teal room with Tibetan prayer flags overhead...tranquil and inviting. I put on some padded headphones while the program was being initiated, and made myself comfortable on my back on an ergonomically sculpted bed. Resonant music came through the headphones as the bed began to vibrate and undulate, my back and legs receiving a massage-like experience as my entire body felt the resonance of sound healing. My first impression was feeling I was a garden being tilled...old stagnant energy was being lifted and shaken and I felt a renewed energy pouring through me. In time, I connected my experience with the elements, grounding energy of Earth, sinking and flowing as Water, lifting and moving in spirals as Air, and the warmth and blaze of Fire...as these blended into Spirit I began to journey and fell into what felt like a sleep state. I came out of the sleep state as the resonance shifted, and it gently brought me to stillness over several minutes, softening and slowing until the program ended. I felt refreshed and renewed and was already deciding that "Oh, I have to do this on a regular basis!" And, the fact that there are programs to access many energetic states is so exciting! Overall, the session received participation from most in attendance. For the small fee, each attendee received a pot of tea of their choice. You get to select from the myriad of vintage tea cups to drink your tea. I noticed the unique tea pots used to serve each of us. The staff member was very helpful in helping me make a decision. My tea was okay. It didn't have caffeine so I enjoyed one cup. It was served with biscotti (I believe) that went well with the hot tea. I had hoped to be more inspired to journal on a daily basis, but that hasn't happened.
