Food and drinks were amazing. Love the atmosphere this little place offers. Cute little coffee/breakfast spot to come with family or by yourself with a good book. Will definitely be returning.

If you're in lexington, NC, The factory is a must! What a fun concept of coffee and waffles. They had savory options too! If you know me, you know I got the one with fruity pebbles we all got a different waffle and shared so we could taste them all. 12/10 recommend! Oh to re-live this pleasant surprise experience again! My friends and I decided to make a trip to Lexington to soak in the local flavors, and after seeing some pics from someone of this place, decided to include it in our foodie journey. This was a GREAT decision. If you are looking for a treat that blurs that line heavily between breakfast and dessert, or just for a nice cup of coffee, the Factory has you covered. We really took the shotgun approach, everyone ordering a waffle from the menu and then doing things family style (after living that #PhoneEatsFirst life first and getting all the pics). It would be hard to find a waffle they've missed. From their special fruity pebbles waffle, to an incredibly beautiful blackberry waffle, and probably my favorite from a taste perspective... the nutella banana waffle... there was not a miss in the crowd. You just need to check out the pics and you'll see real fast how this place just hits different. This will not be the last time we visit the Factory, that is for sure!

I loved this coffee shop located in Lexington (population 18,000). MENU AND DRINKS You can pick some good savory and pastries and cold and hot coffee drinks. I had the macadamia milk latte, and it was great. LOCATION AND PARKING This cute city is located in central North Carolina, 20 miles south of Winston-Salem. The Factory is located in a nice area with its own free parking lot. Staff was friendly and the vive is definitely cozy and friendly. I can't wait to come back!

The service at this Christian based coffee shop is unmatched! They could not be more kid friendly and my daughter loves their kids menu items as well as their yummy waffles!

The Gigi's Fresh Squeeze waffle was excellent. A perfect balance of warm decadence and fresh fruit flavor. Perfect for any fruit lover! The waffle was also beautifully fluffy with a nice crunch on the outside. The butter butter waffle was nice and filling probably could have gotten half a waffle as it was quite dense. The London fog was with notes of lavender. Amazing indoor and outdoor seating. Free WiFi is available. There is a restroom open to the public as well. The staff have classic southern charm friendliness. The ambiance is a hip Christian cafe.

A not so secret small town gem although it was my first time visiting and we were very well impressed. Such a cute little breakfast spot with small town charm. They have a variety of coffee items and breakfast treats from cinnamon rolls, waffles, and French toast. My daughter got a BYO waffle with fresh strawberries, chocolate and caramel drizzle topped with whipped cream. I got the delicious wafflewicb with bacon egg and cheese. My husband got a redbull zinger which was refreshing. The Lexington legend was my daughters favorite drink - white chocolate, caramel and vanilla I believe. I can't remember what mine was called but it was good as well! Definitely going to make this a regular spot.

this place is super cute with lots of options for breakfast. I just moved to lexington from Raleigh and NYC before that. I've been pleasantly surprised with all the good coffee options in this area. The factory by far had the strongest coffee and I tried the sausage gravy waffle with bacon and eggs. Will def be going back.

Campfire Crunch and Cherry Blossom Soda Mixer w/ Pepsi

We tried the Welcome location. I got Cherry Blossom soda mixer with Pepsi which is exclusive to Welcome. My girlfriend got the Campfire Crunch! The owner was super nice! She even offered to make us something different if we happened to not like the drink. 100% recommend!! Let's support her so we can bring the waffles to Welcome!!

Congrats to Lexington for opening another local business! Stopped in one morning to grab a coffee. Hoping to bring myself back to actually try a gourmet waffle when I have more time! I got the "shot in the dark." It wasn't bad! Good flavoring, and the rest of the menu looked amazing as well! They offer hot or iced lattes, also frozen drinks! The lounge area was cute! Perfect for a brunch date or solo visits. They have a play room for children, as well as outdoor games and seating. Customer service was a little slow, which I'll give it was only their first week of being open. Hopefully it improves! Can't wait to visit again!

Amazing workers, atmosphere, drinks and food! We recently found this place and decided to have our baby shower here. It was absolutely perfect and everyone couldn't wait to come back! Highly recommend for a coffee date, breakfast or small event.

We loved the make your own waffle and biscuit options. My husband made his cornbread waffle with fried chicken, eggs, pimiento and bacon jam, and I made my biscuit with fried chicken, eggs, arugula, gravy, and pecan crumble. Both were delicious, I can't wait to go back and try another combo. However, they are massive so definitely shareable if you just do one or take half home for dinner. The portions are truly generous!

It's small, you order cafeteria style before being seated, you seat yourself, and it can get a little noisy. We visited on a Sunday around 2:10 p.m., and there were still plenty of tables available. Then I tasted the food. The menu is built around customization. You can build your own waffle by choosing your waffle, meat, toppings, and sauce. Or build your own biscuit or grit bowl the same way. There are enough combinations that you could come back several times and order something different each visit. I ordered the Chicken and Red Velvet Waffle. It comes with crispy fried chicken, a red velvet waffle, cream cheese drizzle, syrup, and cinnamon butter. The chicken was crispy and juicy, although a few bites were a little salty. Not every bite, and the syrup balanced it out nicely. The cinnamon butter was a nice touch. However the waffles literally disintegrated under the chi My daughter ordered the Crab Cake Benedict Biscuit, and we shared it. It comes with a crab cake, sunny side up eggs, arugula, spinach, and hollandaise on a flaky biscuit. We also shared an order of Crispy Brussels Sprouts. Both were delicious, and the portions were generous enough that we still had leftovers to take home. One thing I liked was the variety of toppings and sauces. I had never heard of bacon jam before seeing it on the menu. If you like to customize your food, you'll have fun here. I came in expecting average and left planning my next visit. Must order: Crab Cake Benedict Biscuit, and the Crispy Brussels Sprouts. Tip: Don't skip the build-your-own options. There are enough combinations to create something every body likes.

However, if you need to eat gluten-free due to a medical condition like Celiac disease, please be very, very cautious. Although this establishment claims to offer gluten-free options, there seems to be a concerning lack of understanding of what "gluten-free" actually requires. I asked detailed questions before ordering and was assured that my selection was safe. After the food arrived--and after I had already started eating--I was then informed that while the crepe itself was gluten-free, the filling was not. That kind of distinction should be clearly communicated upfront, especially when a customer specifically asks about gluten-free options. Unfortunately, the same situation happened with my daughter, who also has celiac. To make matters worse, we were charged for both the incorrect meals and the replacements. In hindsight, I should have asked for a manager, but we were there to visit with a friend and I didn't want to make a scene. Our total for three people ended up being over $80 with the tip I still left. I understand that eating out always carries risk when you have dietary restrictions, and I ALWAYS try to approach it with patience and kindness. We were traveling, so we didn't have much choice. But if a restaurant says they offer gluten-free items, there needs to be a basic understanding (by the wait staff AND the kitchen cooks) of ingredients and clear communication. What should have been a fun outing turned into a weekend of being very sick. Just something to be aware of if you have to eat gluten-free for health reasons - this is probably not the spot for you.
