The bubble tea is very good and the place is great for studying or getting work done! The staff are very nice and would recommend for a chill place to finish up tasks!

Very cute boba tea shop. There is plenty of room to gather with a few friends. I love the cute modern decor inside. They had lovely chairs and sodas. They had a great selection of teas and treats. You order at the counter and there is a pick up spot at the same counter. I ordered a small and quickly regretted not getting the large...lol The tea was refreshing and the boba are always my favorite. They had delicious looking desserts in the case. They had hearty snacks. The cashier was super nice and helpful. I plan my next visit to be a dine in visit.

Visted here for the first time today. The music was turned on very loud so not an ideal place to study unless you may have ear buds you can use. It was also difficult to have a conversation because the music was on so loud. I ordered a bulogi sandwich it was good but the presentation and service could have been better. We did not order it to go, and it was given to us in a to go bag, leaving us feeling a bit rushed and less than welcoming. Good, but I think there is room for improvement. Can I just say, I love restaurants with plenty of parking. This spot in the university area in a plaza at Tryon and Harris Blvd. definitely has plenty. There are 4 10 minute parking spots right in front and then plenty of shared parking with other stores. The vibe is nice with comfortable seating of couches, and chairs plus some tables. Came on a Thursday night, lots of folk just hangin out. I came for boba tea but there are a few hot foods on the menu as well. Boba tea runs about $6. My niece got strawberry coconut which she absolutely loved (I did not) and I got the mango with rainbow boba. It was ok. Boba tea is really my nieces jam and she really loved hers so there you go. There's also a wide variety of desserts. Mostly cake slices. Looked yummy. Boba tea lovers you may want to check them out. Service was quick and good.

My family and I have been frequenting this spot for years, and it never disappoints. We love exploring the wide variety of teas and delicious food on the menu. On our latest visit, my son and I tried the Thai milk tea, which was the perfect treat after a long day. We ordered online for a quick pickup, and the service was excellent as always. The atmosphere inside is relaxed and inviting, with comfy seating and plenty of tables. Whether you're coming with family and friends or enjoying some quiet time alone, this place is always a great choice.

Went on a Saturday around noon. I was the only customer, before a few followed after. Service was quick and to the point. The inside was pretty cozy and modern. I ordered a coffee tea with coffee jelly ($6.45) instead of boba pearls. It was absolutely delicious. I really liked the coffee flavor, and the coffee jelly was just a great combination with it. For food I ordered the beef bulgogi báhn mì (toasted - $8.99). It had some great flavor on the bulgogi, but I feel it was overpowered by the kimchi. I also thought that there wasn't enough meat on the sandwich (which might help the balance). And next time, I'd for sure get it not toasted. I'm not a local, so I think if I'm able to come back, next time I'd probably just get a different sandwich. -------- Overall: **Bulgogi báhn mì: 7/10 **Coffee boba: 9.8/10 Total rating: 8.4/10 (or 4.2/5, rounded to 4/5 for Yelp) Total spent: $16.71

Been coming to Tea Fusion for a long time and their boba and food items (banh mi, appetizers) are pretty good. I was upset that they don't carry their butterfly pea tea anymore but it was fine since their menu is big. I got the Thai tea this time and the boba was fresh! It was warm, soft, and chewy. It wasn't as sweet which is odd and didn't give me as much boba, but it was still enjoyable to finish off. Be mindful when arriving here on weekends 'cause this place can get packed! You'll see tons of college students here since it's very close to UNCC campus.

Cute little cafe in the university area. I ordered the bulgogi banh mi and and it was so good! The beef was really flavorful and I loved all the veggies on top. The bread was amazing as well. I also got a mango slushie which was really good. It was pretty big and not overly sweet.

First time- ambiance was nice- so many flavors choices - price is nice-popcorn chicken delicious- a must try.

Stumbled across this absolutely adorable cafe and I can already tell you I can't wait to go back. I had already had lunch so I didn't try any of their sandwiches but did get a yummy frozen peppermint treat and a cheesecake to go and both so dang good. And the atmosphere in there is a whole vibe. So chill and chic. Can't wait to go on a wkend when I have time to sit and relax.

Came on a Sunday afternoon and it was relatively crowded. I'm giving it a 3 star rating because the drink wasn't very authentic, but again, the name is "Tea Fusion". The regular black milk tea was powdered and the boba was hard. Got a large but only finished 25% of it. However, disclaimer is that I love boba and have tried many boba joints, so perhaps I'm biased.

On the afternoon/evening of 8/4/25 my husband and I came in. We ordered rose bubble tea, and lavender bubble tea, both large, oat milk, double boba. The second we came in we saw the girl peak her head out and rolled her eyes. "What do you want." With no energy and heavy attitude. I was polite and said my order. And she seemed upset about something on her mind. We decided to tip her I think 15-18% to see if it would make her happy or brighten her day. She didn't say thank you and she just turned around and walked away. I was not expecting her to say thank you for the tip, but I was expecting her to say thank you or your order will be out soon as a customer service note. There was another guy behind the counter/curtain and he mentioned something which made her go. "Oh well it's too late now, and then she shrugged her shoulders. " and we heard that as we left the building. Got home and within about 20 minutes my husband and I threw up. I have no idea what happened to these drinks, as the curtains are closed behind the counter. I no longer trust this place to make me SAFE food.

The drinks came out first, then the ramen and then the noodles and rice. The drinks were delicious, and the galaxy teas were so pretty!! It was definitely difficult to select just one option to try. If you go with a large party and they're willing to share, I would definitely recommend going that route!! A must try spot if you're in the area.

They also have a great selection of drinks and house made teas. We got a traditional Bahn Mi, which are sort of Vietnamese cold cuts with their relish, cucumber and jalapeño's. It is a taste of Vietnam in every bite and that soft flaky bread is the icing on the cake. We also got a BBQ Pork Bahn Mi, same style just savory pieces of pork in place of the "cold cuts". They have other types like chicken or Korean Beef available as well as vegan ones. They offer noodle bowls, empanadas and other types of appetizers. I got a Lychee tea to wash it all down. It has bits of fruit in it, it was a bit sweet so I watered it down. You place your order at the counter and get a # that they call out and you pick up your food and drinks at the counter . As a San Francisco Bay Area foodie who's been steadily eating my way through Charlotte, I had…read morebookmarked Lee's Sandwiches and was excited to finally give it a try--and overall, it did not disappoint. The concept is refreshingly simple: a straightforward menu of banh mi sandwiches, summer rolls, chips, and prepared foods ready to go. They also offer beer on tap, traditional Vietnamese iced coffee and tea, and fresh fruit smoothies. No frills--just solid, approachable Vietnamese fare. I ordered the #8 Chinese barbecue (char siu) banh mi and requested light pâté and extra vegetables. The sandwich was made to order and came out quickly. One of the owners kindly let me know that pâté typically isn't included on that particular sandwich and didn't charge me for it, which I appreciated. The sandwich itself was good, reasonably priced (around $8-9), and filling. I also ordered a Vietnamese iced coffee, which delivered exactly the caffeine kick I was looking for. It wasn't overly sweet, had beautifully crushed ice, and came with a proper lid--not the plastic film seal you sometimes see at boba shops. Combined, the sandwich and coffee came to about $15, which felt like a great value. The interior is charming and thoughtfully designed. There's a small tuk-tuk display with retail items, traditional Vietnamese decor like bamboo hats on the walls, and even a seating area with low stools that gives a nod to the street-side dining style you'd find in Vietnam. I also loved the creative touch of repurposed Café Du Monde coffee cans holding napkins and chopsticks--simple, clever, and memorable. One small note for authenticity seekers: as someone who grew up with traditional Vietnamese cuisine, I've been searching for the classic old-school imperial rolls made with rice paper that fries up bubbly, crispy, and slightly chewy. The owner confirmed what I've been noticing--that many restaurants in the Charlotte area adapt recipes to American tastes, so that particular style is harder to find here. It wasn't a dealbreaker, just an interesting cultural observation. For my personal taste, the char siu wasn't quite as rich or fatty as the Chinese barbecue versions I'm used to, and the pâté had a slightly bitter note. Next time, I'll likely try the lemongrass pork banh mi and skip the pâté altogether. Insider tip: This is a great spot for a quick, affordable lunch with authentic flavors and fast service. The iced coffee alone is worth the visit. Overall, a cute, well-run neighborhood shop with solid value, friendly service, and a menu that does a few things well. I'll definitely be back to continue exploring the offerings.
