Best bubble tea in the area! We were just driving by one day and saw this little hidden gem inside a shopping plaza. Since I love bubble tea so much, I had to stop. I was not disappointed! The store is very clean and the staff is friendly. I like that there are tables where you can sit and play board games. The tea was flavorful and the wide selection of toppings available made my tea extra delicious. Before we left, I even bought a couple more cups to take on the road. I went here about 3-4 years ago and the service as well as the drinks were amazing. Went back today and the experience was just awful. Me and my girlfriend walked in and immediately were being stared at by this guy wearing a beanie. He seemed mad that we didn't know what we wanted and then when we approached the counter closer he and the other girl with pink hair started laughing at something whilst staring at us. They were also whispering like we couldn't hear/pick up on what was happening. Like who the hell laughs at a paying customer? You're a dying business in Woodstock having the audacity to laugh at someone willing to pay 13 dollars for your shitty drinks? Not to mention he did the exact same thing to a little girl who couldn't have been older than 11 after we ordered. He also yelled frequently at his employee/coworker. But yes the drinks taste terrible. I got a matcha green tea and it tasted nothing like matcha, just watery green tea and sugar poorly mixed. My girlfriend got a dalgona coffee and it tasted like straight black coffee. The audacity to charge that much should be criminalized as robbery. Tiny Bubbles is miles ahead of this place if you want good boba/tea in Woodstock. The ambiance sucks, empty store with little seating. The vending machines are kinda cute. But I'd avoid this place if I were you, save your 15 bucks. read more

I've been a frequent here for a few years but have had a few questionable and bad experiences recently. After looking at some of the newest reviews I can confirm it's not just me thinking the new staff of the store is ruining my experience every time I stop by. Used to seeing different girls working here but now typically just run into a middle aged guy wearing a beanie who appears to be one of the only staff here. Usually when I used to come in my drinks would taste fresh and have my specifications accommodated, but for some reason this new guy seems to be either cutting corners with my drinks or making them wrong entirely. Last time I had to throw my drink out just by looking at the specks of white all over my cup. Unfortunate to see what this establishment has become, used to be a true gem with workers and taste but with the change in staffing it's not worth it at all especially for the price. Not sure how this place has so many positive reviews? But just scanning through you can tell most of the reviews have been bought out. Best advice is to steer clear of here and listen to the negative reviews that are being badly covered by management. read more

Tucked away, we found this on a nice little drive through Woodstock. Lots of parking and very clean. The ladies were very attentive and made the drinks promptly. The boba is a little firm and not sweet. (I prefer a little bit of sweetness) the kiddos complaint that the toppings were not plenty but the mild and the tea itself were very good. Bad... just bad - Completely watered down - Boba hard like a rock - Just a $7 cup of milk flavored water We received 2 completely watered down milk teas, boba was hard like a rock, all for the low price of $15. Tea has absolutely no flavor whatsoever. Tastes like slightly milk flavored water. If you want a big cup of water with a little milk splashed in there and some chewy rocks in the bottom, then this might be your place. For me, worst bubble tea I've ever had. Best place ever! Reasonable priced kid friendly. Kenny & Cao are the best always very welcoming when I come in. If not sure what something is they do not Hesitate to help me so now I have four favorite drinks but my favorite is the aurora taste like an old fashion orange popsicle reminds me of my childhood. I go there at least twice a week sometimes more. Place is clean so is the bathroom. Huge parking lot & free Wi-Fi. You can stay & sit at tables or take it to go. read more

The actual tea is fine, the boba tastes bad to me, however. It is not chewy and jelly-like, how it usually is, more crumbly and textured. The service was fine, the employees were nice, no problem with them! I think what got me was there was a group of kids in front of me hanging out there and one of them grabbed my drink (we ordered the same flavor), however I don't remember if the employee called out the wrong names or if the person who grabbed my drink just didn't hear correctly. GO SPEND YOUR MONEY AT A BUSINESS THAT APPRECIATES YOU!!! I used to love coming to Tea Time and would always get the Brown Sugar Milk Tea at 25% sweetness. The vibe in the store is ok and has a good bit of seating. The last time I had gotten my normal drink it had been just straight sugar and I was getting big chunks of brown sugar up through the straw. When I walked up to the counter to ask if they could possibly remake my drink, the employee had told me that they have no way of controlling how much sugar is in the drink and told me there was nothing she could do?? Her and her other coworkers were also giggling at the fact that I didn't like my drink and wouldn't even give me a refund since I had "taken a sip of the drink". Like hello? How am I supposed to know I like it? I work at a cafe and am ALWAYS happy to remake someone's drink when they're unsatisfied, especially when they pay over $5 for it. Overall very unimpressed. It's nice to find a decent boba place that is not in Doraville or Duluth. They just open so the shop is not that crowded but don't let it stop you from trying it out. The brown sugar latte was really good, better than I expected. The matcha one is made perfectly, not bitter, not too sweet. Overall experience 9/10. read more

This was my first time here but I got my classic at every bubble tea shop: Per Brown Sugar Boba Latte with no ice, 25% sugar, and brown sugar pearl ($4.25). First time here and it was lovely. This is one of the most balanced bubble teas I've had. It was rich and sweet without being overpowering. I do wish I got the regular black boba because the brown sugar pearl didn't have the chewiness I liked. I definitely recommend it! We've been to Tea Time on numerous occasions (over 15, I'm sure) with great results. On Sunday, we ordered three teas - ALL OF WHICH WERE TERRIBLE. My husband felt like maybe the milk was spoiled. I'm not sure, but I tasted all three and they were bad. We LITERALLY poured about $19 down the kitchen drain. Nevertheless, because we'd been so many times, we chalked it up to just a fluke. Today, my husband ordered two teas. While they weren't as bad at Sunday's, they were still not great. I'm not sure what has changed, but something is very off with the taste. While the drinks are pretty good and the employees are polite, I have a serious bone to pick with this establishment. On several occasions now, when I have paid in cash, employees do not give me back the proper change back. The reason? They don't carry coins! If you can't give the me back the correct change, don't take my money, or please put a sign up that says "we don't accept cash". Simple as that. On another occasion, after my 9th purchase, I was told that I needed to pay tax on my "free drink", which somehow was about $1.50. What the hell is going on here? I know that it is a new place and seems family owned, but the drink I got was so bad I have to give 1 star. I ordered a wintermelon green tea with boba and lychee jelly. Both topping cost extra, but I like toppings so I got them anyway. When I received my drink, there were many things wrong with it, and it was so disappointing I threw it out after drinking about 10% . I hope they can use this review to change for the better. The issues were as follows: 1. The toppings that cost me extra, were extremely low. I'm talking I could literally count both the jellies and boba and there were about 10-15 each. Very sad. 2. The boba was not sweet at all. I have had a lot of different places and I think I can guage the boba themselves pretty well, and these seemed like they had nothing added at all, just cooked and plopped in my drink. 3. The tea itself was also very flavorless. I ordered wintermelon which has a pretty distinct strong flavor, but I literally only tasted green tea. There was no wintermelon flavor whatsoever. I hate to have to write such a bad review, but I was super disappointed. I basically spent $7 to get a super bland green tea. I saw in other reviews that were critical of this place said similar things when it comes to them not giving enough of the actual flavor. Hopefully they can fix this. I'll maybe try it a few more times to see if it was a single incident, but from the few times I've gone, there is a reason I usually end up driving past this place to go get a boba. read more

I wasn't huge on Boba before I tried Tea Time! The staff was super kind and had great suggestions on what to try. I enjoyed the Tea Time Magic Sunrise drink. I'll definitely come by again soon. Definitely give this place a shot even if you aren't a fan of Boba they have other drinks too! read more

Do not go after 9:45 they do not close at 10 they start closing all tea at 945. Do not put a sign that says close at 10. I understand not going in restaurant 5 min before close but you serve tea it takes 5 minutes at most to make. I was there 15 min before u closed not 5. Not good customer service at all you just upset a long time citizen of cherokee county who knows tons of people of the chairman's council and at the chamber of commerce and I will make sure all my community friends know what type of customer service you offer. Obviously you don't care about your customers because when I asked do u close at 10 u said well we start cleaning up and dumping tea at 945 So u don't close at 10 place 930 on your close sign then. A real customer service closes at 10 then cleans up. I guess my $10 was not worth it to you! I will make sure u don't get any of my friends $10 either. I hope leaving early was worth it! read more

My son and I were absolutely thrilled to find this place while we were visiting family. I had the lychee smoothie and my son had the strawberry boba tea with the blueberry pearls.
