    Coconut milk tea

This review is based off of poor customer service. There were several people who ordered after me that got their drinks, so after that happened 2-3 times plus me waiting probably 10+ minutes I asked where my order was and then the employees looked around and the order was on the counter and no one had ever called the number. It doesn't help that there were probably 6 employees behind the counter none of which who was asking on behalf of where my drink was (and I was sitting directly in front of where the orders are placed so it was very clear I had been waiting a while). If I hadn't asked, who knows how long I would have been waiting.

I came in on Memorial Day and the store hours was the same... so it was great! I ordered and got my drink after 6-7 minutes. Inside was clean and has cute pictures of customers on the wall! Very chill vibes so you can definitely bring your date here. I got the brown sugar milk tea with crystal boba. The boba was just right for me. The crystal boba was smaller but also tasted great. My husband got the signature milk tea and that was really good also. All drinks come with boba. Drinks are definitely on the sweet side so make sure you adjust to your level.

I had just grabbed a huge lunch in the area (Fire Stone Chinese Cuisine is SO GOOD, 100% recommend!) and needed something refreshing to quench my thirst! Aka, BOBA. I was about to head back to Dunwoody and noticed Queen Tea was on my way home. The girl at the register didn't seem super knowledgeable about traditional milk tea options but I let her give me the spiel on what was popular. I ended up ordering something she didn't recommend to me: the rose oolong milk foam tea, since while I usually prefer milk tea, I was looking for something lighter and refreshing after the heavy lunch. I ordered the tea with little sugar and little ice. Overall, the tea was ok. The tea flavor wasn't too bitter, the milk foam was fine and the boba were bland but chewy. Borderline soapy, but that tends to be the case with most rose flavored drinks. If I were in the area again and craving boba, I might stop in again, but definitely wouldn't drive all the way to Kennesaw specifically for it! Also - I was reading other reviews while typing this up and WHAT they do customizable art in your milk foam?!? Didn't even know this was a thing and they definitely didn't offer this to me!!!

I don't know what to say but definitely a FIVE star! I wish I can give them 10/5. I've been to SO MANY boba places in the Metro Atlanta area and North of Atlanta and I keep getting disappointed. I just moved here from California and I think we are pretty spoiled with great boba shops over there. I was looking for something as great or better, and I have to tell you QUEEN TEA is it! Boba wasn't hard and is very chewy! I felt like it just melted in my mouth every time. I could never finish the bobas in my teas unless it came from this place! How do they even make these!? BOMB. The teas taste great, I always order a lot from this place to stock up in my fridge. I'm weird, I know but I live 45 minutes from this place so I always travel just to order from here because it's worth it! Of course, I don't put bobas on the ones that's going to be in my fridge. I like their brown sugar tea the most with boba in it! Can't forget the dimsum! I like the shrimp and pork siomai the most! They're just as good and freshly cooked as when you're going to a DIMSUM restaurant. Highly recommended!

The first time I came here it was not good. Tea taste was watered down and it was incredibly sweet for the house milk tea. The second time it was good! It tasted stronger and I ordered the oolong one

Cute boba tea shop! Modernly decorated and a very relaxed atmosphere. They had a variety of bubble milk teas, fruit teas, and yogurt drinks. They also offer dumplings and pork buns. Pretty good customer service. All employees were friendly. Clean location. Located in a busy shopping center but tons of parking available outside. Thai tea was good with just enough sweetness.

Randomly decided to try this location because I was in the area and craving bubble tea. I ordered a Brown Sugar Bubble Tea. The inside was pretty empty when I arrived. Parking is free and it's located in a plaza so there is plenty parking. I was able to place my order right away and it was ready pretty fast. The brown sugar bubble tea wasn't my favorite so if I do ever visit this location again I would try a different bubble tea

Ordered the Rose Oolong bubble tea. The tea was watered down and had no flavor. Not the worse tea I have ever had but it's down there.

Ask the Community - Queen Tea

Are the milk teas made with real milk or non-dairy milk powder?

All of our milk teas are made with non-dairy powder creamer. Drinks made with milk on top can also be made with almond milk instead. Thank you for the question :)

Having been at least once every couple months for years, it's our Chinese comfort food as dim sum is meant to be. Although I would recommend arriving at anytime they are open, we find the absolute best time for dim sum is to arrive right at opening on Saturday or Sunday. This time lets us beat the wait, get a great table fast, and the food is super plentiful, hot and fresh out of the kitchen. The chrysanthemum tea is a must have and complements the food as a perfect, tasty, and just sweet enough palate cleanser (although I would prefer to add the rock sugar myself to my tea, they serve it with sugar already inside the pot). For the absolute best pairing with your chrysanthemum tea, make sure to save room for the awesome pineapple buns while supplies last. They were out today and we all collectively cried (will be going back just for the pineapple buns soon...we are just not complete without them!). We love all the dishes, but our absolute favorites (outside of the pineapple buns) are the pork spare ribs with black bean, the beef rice rolls/noodles, shrimp dumplings, and turnip cakes. Add some spicy sauce to the spare ribs and turnip cakes to really set them off! For iced coffee lovers who like it really strong, don't pass up on the iced coffee. It has legs that are strong enough to walk, but completely complements the dim sum with a little extra boost to help you enjoy the day. So, I challenge others to find a better dim sum place in Atlanta. That is why Canton House earns my 5th star and looking forward to getting my pineapple buns (really) soon!

We started with the flower tea, amazing choice! Sweet and warming, nicely aromatic. Perfect start. Then the dim sum carts rolled in and we chowed down. DISHES I ORDERED - Siu Mai: Not the best I've had. Quite oily on the outside, but the flavor isn't bad. It does...taste like siu mai. It's just nothing spectacular - Chinese Broccoli: A classic! Very good - Beef Chow Fun: A very chewy and bouncy home made flat noodle dish. Savory, salty, and flavorful! Good amount of tender beef too. - Shrimp Balls: Crispy and fried on the outside, yummy, with good big shrimp ball. Yummy classic sweet and sour sauce too. Delicious - Egg Rolls: Good, not too oily, a normal egg roll - Spare ribs: Possibly my favorite dish! Tender, not too chewy, good savory sweet flavor. -- Overall, it's not bad but it's nothing to write home about. My favorite item was probably the spare ribs. The rest were standard in my opinion. However, service is fast since it is dimsum, so perfect to eat when hungry! Also great ambiance for big group parties or hangouts!

The parking lot was a little confusing since it shares space with the sushi/hibachi restaurant next door, and it seems like they're connected somehow. Inside, the dim sum side was pretty empty with only a few filled tables, while the hibachi side looked much busier. The two restaurants are separated by a glass wall, so you can clearly see both sides. Right away, service was rough. There was no host or waiter around for over five minutes and we were honestly about to leave before someone finally came to seat us. They give you a paper menu to mark what you want, which was easy enough, but everything after that moved very slowly. Waters took forever, food came out sporadically, and it was obvious the dim sum side wasn't getting much attention. I understand it was a Saturday, but most of the focus seemed to be going toward the hibachi restaurant next door. Food-wise, it was OK for AYCE. The shumai was tasty, pork buns were probably one of my favorites, and the shrimp dumplings and rolls were a good size. The chicken lo mein was flavorful, sesame balls were good, and the spring rolls were decent. The Chinese broccoli tasted good too, but it came out cold. The biggest issue was the wait and lack of communication. After our first round, we waited a long time for our waiter to come back because he seemed to also be serving the other restaurant. We were still waiting on two dim sum dishes when he finally returned and asked if we were finished. When we mentioned we were still waiting, he casually told us they were out of those items. I just wish someone had told us that 20-25 minutes earlier instead of leaving us waiting the whole time. To be honest, we wanted to order a lot more food, but we knew we would be sitting there for another hour till we got it. Hence the lack of my pictures. Our waiter himself was friendly and smiley, and honestly I felt bad because it looked like he was trying to manage both sides. But overall the dim sum area felt completely neglected. The food was good enough that I wanted to like the place more, but the service and long waits really affected the experience. Sadly, I probably wouldn't come back.

But for the cost of providing endless items, quality dips for quantity and much like buffets, you don't get the best but in the case of this place, bottom tier for unlimited is literally what you pay for. WIth cash you pay $25, with card you pay $29 The interior is tiny compared to their next door neighbor. Seats about 70 people and it looks like it's just a tacked on extension of Volcano sushi/Hibachi. Now let's talk food. They give you a paper menu and you look at the items and you put a number on how many servings you want. Serving sizes vary like the Shumai gives 4 peices while the soup dumplings are 3 so if you put "2" down for the soup dumplings, you'll get 6 total dumplings. Some things are great, others are horrid. I decided on a few popular items. Everything is pork based save for the beef short ribs. The Hong Kong style meatball, the soup dumplings, the chive and pork, the wontons, the shumai; all pork based and some combined shrimp with it. I don't know what it is but there is a window where things are great piping hot and once it hits a cooling point, it just sucks. That being said, order one item at a time, eat it hot, and quick because cold pork/shrimp shumai just doesn't cut it. There was also the Chou Zhu or something that had a distasteful flavor and texture. The Hong Kong style meatball also had a very off putting flavor. Everything that was shrimp based left a bad taste in my mouth and things sat real heavy. The Tonkatsu ramen was delicious and the lo mein was extremely flavorful to be fair. I did like the soup dumplings but I wish they had more soup. It's definitely one to visit just once to get that all you can eat experience but that's it. Your best bet can be to find an a la carte dim sum place or play it all you can eat one at a time

So I didn't try too many dishes. But my dad loved everything he had, especially the century egg congee. I love the shrimp hargow, basically like shrimp dumplings with a transparent dough. My favorite though was the shrimp steamed rice roll. The shrimp were big and plump, and the sauce they pour on it is really good. Like a soy sauce with a touch of sweetness. I also really enjoyed the fried rice and the hot tea. Everything I tried I can wholeheartedly recommend, but honestly I didn't try too many dishes. I would definitely come back again!!
