I visited for a baby shower and had a wonderful time. This is tea in a certain old-world tradition with a whole lot of Southern thrown in. Look, I'm a very large, hairy, straight male. Cute decorations and frilly accessories do nothing for me. What matters to me is the quality of the tea, the deliciousness of the food, and the friendliness of the service. Jessa's team knocks it all right out of the park. We were served three teas for our event: Cambridge, Apple Harvest, and Strawberry Fields. My favorites were the fruity ones, and I'm not ashamed to admit it. Delicious. The food was simply outstanding. Three courses: Course one was a choice of tomato basil soup, chicken salad on a croissant, or cajun pasta. I had the chicken salad, which was served alongside a nice field-greens salad with a kick-ass dressing on it. My wife had the cajun pasta and also enjoyed that. Course two was all the baked goods you'll see in my photos. Scones with cream, lemon curd, and a good selection of savory and sweet treats which made everyone happy. Third course was cake. Because baby shower. And there's cake. So yeah, high tea. I'll happily go back for more. Holler if you're coming with.

It's tea time, and this elegant spot is where you need to come to. This was the coolest birthday gift my daughter gave to me. Her time to enjoy conversation and company. We arrived at our reserved table into a mystical tea parlor decorated with an assortment of seating and china table settings. Beautiful decor with tea cups and teapots aligning the walls and shelves. This is a magical place that takes you back in time. I love the Alice and Wonderland bathroom, it is a clever use of fun. Our meal was the best with finger sandwiches, scones, cookies, brownies, and a sweet cake. All moist and served with lemon curd and butter. The little embellishments throughout our lunch made this the sweetest time ever spent. Anyone who is looking for a unique way to spend time with a beloved friend, bring them here. It's simply perfect

What a great find! The atmosphere is cozy and charming. They have expanded so they have three large areas now with a gift shop and plenty of seating. They use mismatched floral antique dishes, which I love. (None of that modern nonsense. This is tea, after all. ) The food was fantastic. I ordered the gluten-free lunch with gluten-free desserts, and the options were really great. They started me with hummus and fresh slices of carrots, yellow squash, and zucchini. For lunch, I was given a side salad with very fresh and tasty ingredients, a half chicken salad sandwich, and three "scones." The scones weren't like scones at all, really. They were more like tea cookies and very, very good! The texture was chewy in the middle- almost like the texture of a Brazi Bite, but not that flavor at all. They were three different flavors and very, very good. I do miss having a more traditional biscuit-like English scone where you could add lemon curd, jam, and cream, but these were a great dessert. I did preorder the GF dessert tray though, so I received an additional four desserts, all of which were very good. I especially enjoyed the lace cookie and peach vanilla cake. The other two were good but just not to my taste. The tea was good but the first pots were made too weak. So for the second pot, we requested stronger tea, and the servers were happy to do that for us. The kids tea was perfect for my daughter. The sandwiches were PBJ with sprinkles on a cut end, ham and cheese (gotta remember to ask for no mayo next time), and cheese sandwich. With it also came a selection of flavored scones, plenty of desserts, and a pot of tea. She loved everything. And the adult tea that came with the Mommy and Me tea was also fantastic and very reasonably priced. The servers were great and were very sweet and professional. We can't wait to come back.

I had a fantastic experience here! I reserved a table for 7 for high tea for my birthday party. There is plenty of parking, but it may be a little difficult since there isn't a sign for the business. Jessa's is at the end of the row. The food is so good! Everyone gets their own pot of tea, and there are so many to choose from. We particularly enjoyed the herbal teas. Afterwards, is your salad with croissant/pasta salad/tomato soup. Then, the food stands come out. For food, I would definitely recommend the Classy Mrs. Sassy ($30), my friends liked that one the best. Eliza, our server, was wonderful and very elegant. They play light music from a record player - very cool! The little greenhouse to the side of the building is perfect for pictures too!

We had a little miscommunication, but Jessa's Tea Parlor made it right and we had a most delightful tea time. I'm actually thankful we were only given 2 choices for tea that day, because it does add up. For 2 of us, it was close to $100 including tax and tip, and we ordered 1 English and 1 Classy Sassy with no extras. The tea is free refills, and you can pick different flavors on your refill--but it would take a while to get through even the first round :) There was kind of an electic feeling to the place, it was Alice in Wonderland meets old English...? My favorites were the tea sandwiches, and the star shaped scones were not bad either, not as hard as they looked. Emmy was our server and she was totally sweet and they even gave us special cupcakes. We had a grand time and I'd recommend this little place for value, as it was expensive, but still cheaper than MOST of the other places--for the same thing (possibly even more). It was PLENTY of food, and you can definitely just make it your lunch because you'll get a soup or croissant chicken salad sandwich with a salad to start, and then there's all the little sandwiches, and then the sweets. Yea...we were pretty full by the end.

I cannot recommend this place enough. EVERYTHING was amazing. From the staff to the smallest details at our table. First and foremost, I had a reservation but arrived late, fortunately enough, they were able to accommodate me (which thank goodness because missing this would've been a shame!). The hostess was super friendly and answered all the questions I had. We had the "Classy Miss Sassy" and I could not find fault in anything. Some tips: - make reservations ahead - you can order macaroon ahead of time if you want to take some to go (same with croissants) - you can but small pouches of the teas (loose leaf) Shout out to @heebiejeebies928 for the high tea idea TLDR; - delicious teas AND AMAZING food - friendliest staff - GREAT value

The place is very cute. The tea is great and the sandwiches, scones and pound cake very good. The service was attentive and I like everyone in our group wore hats and dresses to match the decor however the staff was dressed in regular clothes.

I made tea reservations to celebrate my adult daughter's birthday. The staff at Jessa's Tea Parlor were very thoughtful and intentional with setting out table so perfectly and personalizing it with a hand written note wishing my daughter a happy birthday. That special touch meant the world to us. The tea choices were extensive and it was difficult to make a choice. We went with a Georgia peach tea and a robust tea. Both choices were great! The selection of antique tea cups and china throughout the tea room and on our table was delightful. The three tiered high tea was an exciting display when brought to our table. We were really surprised how much food came with our high tea for the price we paid. Everything tasted delicious and the Southern Charm High Tea was extremely unique. It would be hard for me to say which food was my favorite because everything tasted so pleasing. The staff was very friendly. This experience was exceptional and very special. We plan to make this a yearly celebration of our birthdays.

Deliciously surprised! This tea shop was recommended by a friend for high tea. The experience did not disappoint! The food was wonderful and perfectly proportioned. The tea choices were excellent. The service was great too. Plan to return with more friends!

We went to this tea shop to celebrate my mom's 81st birthday, and had the most amazing, lovely time! The atmosphere was so whimsical and calming and the decorations were adorable. I had the Apple harvest tea and it was so delicious. Our tea sandwiches and desserts and scones were all freshly and home made from family recipes ... they were so amazing! Our server was delightful and so friendly. We highly recommend this fabulous tea shop, and we will definitely be going back again!

Next time I'll try it heated as he suggested so that it's like a molten lava. So yes, there will be a lot of next times. I baked the chicken pot pie at home and it was 90 minutes of pure torture. The house smelled so good for the rest of the evening. First, let's start with that crust; it was like phyllo crescent pie crust? I don't know but it was fantastic. I mean, who eats all of the crust of a meat pie usually? The inside was packed full of vegetables, shredded chicken and an insanely flavorful gravy. We ordered the small one and split it which was more than enough and would've had leftovers if we didn't have dogs. I figured they earned it having to smell that cook for so long. Needless to say this is definitely going to be on our rotation of places to go. Thank you so much for a 5/5 experience! You are truly appreciated!

I would've loved to indulge, but my friends were not so inclined towards raw oysters. We enjoyed the peel-and-eat shrimp and the blue crab fritters as appetizers. Both had phenomenal flavor, but the portions left a bit to be desired. For my main course, I tried the low country boil as I always love to see an elevated take on a messy classic. The spices were a bit underwhelming for my liking, but everything was cooked very well. I tried some of my friend's redfish, and it was clearly the star of the show. There was a wonderful textural balance between the soft pillowiness of the fish and the crispy exterior. The downside for me was the service. We had a difficult time tracking down our server, and when we alerted another member of the staff that we needed something, there was no attempt to resolve the issue expeditiously. We had to wait another 10 minutes before flagging down our original server. We were dining close to the lunch/dinner shift, so I'm willing to give them the grace that it was a fluke and not a habit. I would love to give Roberto's another try someday, the menu has a great variety, and the ambiance is hard to compete with.
