Absolutely amazing tea house. The quality surpasses any bubble tea establishment I have ever been to hands down. I stop here at least 4 times a week. The service is awesome and you actually get a full glass of tea instead of a cup of ice like most places. I noticed that some reviews comment on the wait, but I've never experienced that and usually have my drink in under a few minuets. Even if there were a wait, it would still be worth it. If you love boba, you have to stop here and if you have never had it before then you owe it to your self to give it a try. Thai Tea with original boba is my go to. Don't forget to shake it completely up before you stab your straw through the top. I learned that lesson the hard way. read more

We have been going to teaco since they have opened. We used to love teaco, the owner and staff are great. The quality of their tea used to be one of the best around the DFW area. We are happy on how close their location is. But lately, we've been noticing a decline in the quality of their drinks. We stopped ordering boba here because we don't think it is worth the extra $0.50. I'm never one to complain about how much I have to add for boba but the amount of boba is so little that you can finish it in four sips. We frequent many boba cafes in the DFW area so we use that as a comparison. Another thing that we've noticed is how there is no consistency between the bobaristas. Some of them make excellent drinks while others make the tea either lacking the tea taste/strength or lacking sweetness. I hope these concerns will be addressed because we love supporting local businesses. read more

My #1 go to! So happy to have such an establishment in our area. The drinks are perfect (I had several different, I couldnt help myself). The food was hot and crispy ( we got the egg rolls and chicken wings), not to forget to mention, TASTY. They have board games and such, to play while you wait or dine in. It's a sweet milk tea (has a yummy Caramel flavor which they had described so they are accurate). They offered a variety of foods. They had WiFi here. They had games you can play. Great tea but for the past 2 weeks they've been out of boba. The young kids that work here just laugh and say "yeah we have a new manager." Came back this week and they have it but waited 25 minutes for a tea. Customer service is lacking. Very unfortunate that this is the only place around this side of town for boba tea. read more

I had very high expectations of this place because I saw the good reviews. when I came in there was no one out front to help me and had to wait for the dude to come out. I ordered a taro milk tea which is a staple for most boba places. this is probably one of the most water down drinks I've had in a while. The Boba itself wasn't really that soft or flavorful didn't taste like it was soaked in anything. but I'll give two stars because the environment was nice. read more

So glad we finally have a local boba place in town. The place is clean and everyone is so attentive. You could easily stay there for a while and chill playing games or surfing the web on your laptop. Been a loyal customer ever since this place has opened and even considered a "regular" customer. Last Sunday, I decided to bring my daughter in for our weekly drinks as I ordered i was not greeted with my usual cheerful greeting. The girl that took my order leaned over the counter like she had better things to do instead of her job. As she took our order she was very passive and made very rude facial expressions at me for asking questions about the drink. While taking our order she turned and snapped at the other employee working and seemed like she was giving her a very hard time for just doing her job. i ended up waiting 20 mins for our two drinks but when I went to grab my drinks, I decided to let her know that it was very unprofessional the way she took our order but all i got in return was a disgusted look so I decided to ask for her name, she told me it was Macy. the drinks are great but not with a side of disrespect. read more

I came here almost 3 years ago when they first open and was so excited to have a boba place nearby after moving from an area where there were tons of selection of shops selling boba drinks. The drinks were ok. My family wasn't impressed and we haven't been back. I recently decided to give them another shot since I drive by the place every day and my wife was craving boba. I also noticed they were still around and their menu has expanded so maybe they improved since they opened. I got the jasmine milk tea boba and a mangonada with boba. It was alright. The ratio of the tea and milk were off. However, it was not as bad as the mangonada. When I first saw it, I was thinking that's a lot of tajin, but maybe it's just spread on the side of the cup. Once my wife shook the cup, the drink was dark red. It more became a tajin drink with a subtle taste of mango instead of the other way around. It was disgusting! At least their boba was good if that's all you care for. Maybe I'm bad luck or the girl that made it was new since they do have many good reviews on here, but I'd rather make the drive to other places to fulfill my boba cravings. Too bad. This place just opened. So excited that a boba tea place opened close to us. It's right off 380. Lots of parking, decor is trendy and cute. They have good selection of drinks and small selection of appetizers type snacks. We tried the milk tea selections and one of the fruit slushy. Drinks and boba were pretty good. We were also given samples of the chicken wings...also very tasty. Owners came and talked with us..very nice and friendly. No issues with the wait...few minutes wait for our 4 drinks. We'll definitely be coming back...for the drinks and to try the snacks as well as to support the new business. Stopped in at 7:24 Saturday night to get my husband a treat of Macha Tea with Boba and an order of Dumplings. Two young girls working said they were out of Boba and they don't cook anything after 7:20. I know we have stopped in later than that and were served food before, so is this a new policy or lazy work? Regardless, if you are going to have a policy like that BEFORE closing time, then you need to post this somewhere. I loved the convenience of this location, but I will not be stopping in anymore due to the inconvenience of poor product management and supposed store policies. read more

I've been to TEACo three times since they've opened. The first time, during opening weekend, they ran out of boba so I canceled my order. The second time as well as the third I was unimpressed. Both times were extremely slow. I understand that employees are likely still being trained so I try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but waiting 10-15 minutes for tea is 10-15 minutes too long especially compared to like locations. I've had both the passion fruit green tea, which was good, and strawberry black tea, which was a bit on the bitter side. read more

The customer service here is amazing and drinks and food are great(try the chicken wings!)! I've been going here since they opened but had my first DoorDash order the other day. My DoorDash driver neglected to make sure there was a straw so I could drink my boba. I tried contacting DoorDash and they don't have on call customer support, so I decided to call and the owner brought a straw to my house. This is a great family run business. read more
