They use a dual-phase pull/extraction process on the tea leaves, and the caffeine feels smoother and more sustained without the normal coffee crash. The flavors are really good too. My beverage was ordered with no ice, and filled to the top which if you ordered a drink without ice before you know that isn't always common so I was really glad when I received it! No greetings or anything which I'm ok with. Ordered 4 drinks, all with less ice and what we received was... look at the pics. It literally took 20 mins, no exaggeration. I've come here occasionally for the last 5 years and this has to be their worst employee. I asked about the amount of drinks and he just said that I ordered less ice. Told him I've always ordered drinks here with less ice and never resulted in this. He gave a non-response, in fact he barely responded, it was incoherent. Additionally the top cover of all the drinks were way off (check pics). If you see the first drink come out this way... ADJUST THE MACHINE BEFORE DOING THE REST! He said it should be sealed fine and he wasn't sure what the issue was. I gently shook the drink to mix up the contents like I always do with all drinks from all places, and it leaked out and got on my hands. He didn't offer to redo the tops or anything. He didn't apologize, he didn't try to make it right, NOTHING. Was so frustrated I decided to leave. Gave 3 stars instead of less because this place was fine previous times I came. However it's been steadily getting worse and worse.
