This is a little late (my apologies Beau), but as anyone knows even though you buy the house there's soooo much still to do. There are not enough synonyms to convey how seamless, easy, simple and stress-free Beau and his team made both the home buying and selling. We recently hired Beau to sell our house in the Torrey Highlands area, the process could not have gone better. Beau spent a tremendous amount of time with us before we ever put the house on the market advising us on minor things we could do to assist with preparing the house, such as relocating or moving of furniture, and personal effects. We were prepared to offer a carpet allowance to the new buyer at escrow, instead of just saying okay to that, he opened his rolodex and introduced us to a carpet repair and cleaning group that made the carpet look like new. That saved us a couple thousand dollars. Once the house went on the market, he generated multiple offers (by advising us to "price it right") and had it into escrow in eight days at a price above our listing price. Well done.
