Remaining calm, sweet and very professional While taking care of 2 to 3 customers at a time getting them out in a timely fashion with much confidence. Im not sure how long Angelica worked at the car wash for but I would have to say regardless Team Car Wash should be very grateful to have her. Her knowledge, Staying calm in a fast pace environment answering 100 questions asked to and of her all at once, EVERYONE was satisfied and walk out the door satisfied, I was truly amazed!! The car wash is not great. It never looks completely clean. I have these berries that get on my car and after going through the car wash you can still see the residue from the berries. You would think when they're drying the car someone would spray something and do a good job rubbing that out. But no there's blotches all over the car and the windshields. Look at my pictures to see what I'm talking about. Even the mats don't come out super clean. I'd actually rather go to their self-serve locations and vacuum myself. They hand dry your car. Five or six people hand drying the car and not one of them thinks to rub out and he left over dirt or burp poop or treeberry marks? I can't imagine letting a car leave my car wash with that much crap still on it. Someone should have the common sense to spray something on there and scrub it out! read more

I specifically asked the worker if vacuuming is included and they told me yes. After my car is done, I still have crumbs on the driver side floor, my dog seat was not vacuumed, and there is still dirt and dust on my dashboard. The best part was when we got back into the car it wreaked of weed. They were very busy, but if I'm paying you do to a job, why half a** it? I will never be a returning costumer that's for certain. Absolutely terrible experience. I paid $37 for "The Works" option, and my car still looks dirty!!!!!!!!! inside and out!!!!!!!!!!!!! The vacuum job was AWFUL, they didn't clean properly at all!!!!!!!!!!!! The whole thing feels like a complete waste of money. What made it even worse is that they tried to sell me a membership plan after doing such a poor job. Why would anyone pay for a plan when the service is already this bad??????????? I loved the Westfield Team Car Wash until they changed the man that drives the cars out to the rudest meanest man. Constantly, honking, yelling and intimidating the employees and customers. I HAD two cars in the Superior wash. My plan is to look for a new car wash in the Westfield/Cranford area where the employees are not rude. Paying $50/month, I certainly don't need to be made to feel stupid and embarrassed in front of the other customers, because he didn't see the key--was in the top console. He has moved the car before in the same situation at least six times before. I also put it up there, when I first started going, I was asked to put it in that area so it was out of the way of the employees cleaning the interior. I have also noticed since he has been there that interior isn't being cleaned well anymore, and the mats are never put back correctly. It is expensive, but a good value when the interior is done correctly and there is not a incredible amount of noise (yelling and honking) up front. My suggestion is pass on this place until they get a new Captain at the exit. read more

We use the Summit Location... can't say enough great things about this car wash... the detailers are amazing... such a well run organization... we go there often and they never disappoint. They are inconsistent. I always ask for my rims to be wiped off, I've even written them and told them for the monthly price I pay I shouldn't really have to ask. The don't really dry the car off completely and that's when they aren't busy. I still go for convenience more than being happy. Sometimes they do a great job but as I say it's not consistent. If you don't have enough staff to do quality work then hire more staff. The customer is already paying for consistent quality work they should get what they are paying for. read more

Had all sorts of bird droppings on my car and one right on my driver side door. Opted for the middle choice of wash out of three options. Comes out of the cleaning bay and the bird droppings are still there! It wasn't even cleaned off while they attempted to dry the car. I don't understand what they were thinking. What a rip off. Ordered the works which includes interior. First a piece of trim came loose. I get it that happens. But I got home and realized there is no way they vacuumed the interior. There was dirt on the rugs. They clearly charged for work they did not do. Can't imagine that was an accident. I was not paying attention so they got away with it. I took my Subaru Forester for the first time to try it out. Paid $27.95 for the Wash, they did a nice job on the mats inside and cleaned the dash etc. The Wheel rims, especially the front, were still very dirty in the grooves. The roof of the car was still very dirty, but didn't notice it until I got home and looked out the window to see the top of the roof since it is high up on an SUV. I had to get a step stool to clean it so it matched the rest of the car. Also had to clean the rims to. Regular cars looked like they were getting clean, but if you take an SUV, check the roof before you leave. I will probably try again to give them the benefit of the doubt, but maybe a different location. I used the one in Westfield. read more

TEAM CARWASH HAS NEW ISSUES NOW, New service manager does not return calls, or except complaints. He will attack you or denies the issue exist if you complain about an issue with service. Does not address the issues and denies, denies , and denies. I complained about the oil on the ground as the cars come out of the carwash. It looks like the oil from the cars running thru from the oil changes they do. If they don't clean the bottom of the cars after they do an oil change well that might be the cause. What happens is , after they wash the car, all the people drying your car climb in with oil from the ground, leaving foot prints of oil inside the car on the rug and on the seats sometimes. Very hard to get off. Regie, the car detailer is awesome at cleaning the cars and suggested that they have him see for himself. maybe he could address the issue. I had shown the drying crew guy there the foot prints to tell the manager as well as the person at the register, and it went ignored for several months. I had called and left a message for the service manager, never received a call back. When I went back to wash the car again I had asked for the service manager and he was not there. I had mention it to Regie in the detail area and the guys in the oil change group. SO they are aware and don't care to address the issue. I called back the manager and left message again. No call back. I called back a few days later. Finally able to get him. I told him what was happening and wanted him to be aware. He says to me "where you the guy that was complaining about the oil in your car", I said maybe do you get a lot of complaints? He said we don't need customers like you. So be aware.He the manager says it's from the tire shine. What ever the reason is the foot prints left in the car are unacceptable. I had to cancel my membership. Service is going down hill. I don't think that was a good response to your customer who see this issue. He should have addressed the issue and try to resolve this for everyone. Instead he took a different route and denied and says they don't need customers like you. Others where also complaining about this also. They will need to deal with it in the long run. Customer will realize and see for them selves. and decide what they do. I am not going there.They were good when John was there. He was responsible and good. read more

Terrible car wash, must be an April fools joke. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Hear me out. Went here 4/1 around 12:30 PM and got "The Works" car wash. I split a juice in my backseat earlier in the day and was really just looking for that alone to be cleaned up. You would think it wouldn't be a hassle cause I have weather tech floor mats (the liquid was literally just sitting there and not even a lot. I cleaned what I could). Exterior looked fine but when the car wash was done and I got back in my car I noticed my center console still had streaks and drips of when the juice was spilling. On top of that, my screen display wasn't even wiped. Gave them the benefit of the doubt because it's not a detail obviously. But no. When I got home I noticed the back two floor mats were not even cleaned, let alone anything in my back seats? The entire juice spill was still there. But the front driver side and passenger mats were surely sprayed down and left soaking wet. Seems stupid to clean 2 out of 4 of the mats. If this was the first time I received a poor car wash, I wouldn't be leaving the review. But every time I waste my money coming here I am never satisfied. Would never recommend this car wash to anyone. There are better on Route 22 or Rahway. read more

We've been taking both of our cars here for car washes for the last year and they always do a great job. We typically get "The Works" or "Shine and Protect " and the car comes out looking spotless. There are certain places that other car washes often miss but they catch those as well, like under the rear window. And the interior cleaning included in every wash is an added bonus. Not impressed, just left the car wash and the inside of my car is barely vacuumed and the inside of my car is wet, like water dripping on my feet while i'm driving wet. I even discovered a scratch on my hood by my windshield which is confusing me because i've never seen it before driving into this carwash and it's no where another car can reach. Tried Team Car Wash for first time today. I had a horrible experience! Not only was the outside of my car dirty, but the inside was never vacuumed and was absolutely filthy! How could a "team" of workers do such a terrible job of cleaning. They put car through wash again but I have to say the inside was still poorly vacuumed. 02/28/22 - Just had my black 1999 Camaro SS detailed by detailing manager Reggie Debnam at the Team Car Wash Detailing Center. The Camaro required a much needed paint correction, scratches and swirl removal and some parking lot door dings remedied. After six hours in the hands of Reggie and to my amazement my 23 year old Camaro looked like it just came out of a showroom. Incredible. The car being black that is no small feat. My car is spotless inside and out, I would definitely come here again. I went on a Saturday and it was pretty busy but they're very quick. I just got home from my $30 car wash. Yea I paid extra to have mats cleaned but didn't realize til I stopped my car NOTHING WAS VACUUMED. Dirt still in seats and around/under mats. And the inside wasn't even wiped down all the way, dust lingers all over dashboard. Oh and the outside still dirty. I mean what exactly was the $30 for?? Never again. When I first moved to Westfield, I visited this location a few times only to be dissatisfied. I stopped going. So when I heard a few months ago that the car wash was under different management, I was excited, as it's very convenient for me. So, I've been to Team now three times and I'm always disappointed. Here's why. They don't actually clean your car. Oops...that's the whole point of a car wash. Ok, to be fair they run the car through and the exterior comes out clean enough. It won't be perfect I can guarantee that. That's ok if I'm not paying $25-$30. For that price I might make sure I have a couple of people with brushes making sure you get the top of the hood or where the dried bird poop landed. The bigger issue is the lack of cleaning inside the car. I can tell you they don't care about getting that sand off your seats or wiping down the interior. They do the mats and that's it. Be prepared to have roughly the same cleanliness you had when you dropped off your car. Last time I checked it's a full service wash, not an exterior wash. And again you will pay between $25-$30 to have a good (not great) exterior wash and zero interior cleaning. There are better places folks. Although it's less convenient for me, Showroom in Scotch Plains is way better. I very rarely post. Only when I feel that I got really scammed. I do feel there is a lack of consideration here. I wish new management good luck, but I won't be coming back. read more
