When this place first opened, it was one of the best car washes. However, as you can tell from its rating and everyone's photos, this place has gone down hill dramatically. I won't be surprised to see it close within the next year or two. I visited this car wash 2 and this past Saturday April 30th, being my 3rd and Last time. I purchased a full service and upon reaching the drop off area, I informed one of team car wash staff to that I has lifted the arm rest area so they can vacuum that area and the staff opened my door rush me out of my vehicle knotting his head No and my drivers window open I proceed to tell to please close the window before entering the car through the wash and he gassed the pedal and driving my car as if he was going to drag race right into the car wash leaving my window open. At this point I'm telling him my window is still open and he totally ignored me knotting his head no with a very bad attitude. I walked inside the waiting area to see my car going through the car wash with my window open and all the water entering my vehicle. I could not believe what I was seeing and experiencing. I immediately informed the cashier and she picked up radio to inform the guys my window was open. I voiced my anger regarding the employee's attitude and customer service was totally unacceptable. She asked me for my ticket so that she can waive my car wash charge and although she was trying to make it right it does not take away from the fact that the employee was out of character and with a very unpleasant attitude. Upon receiving my vehicle the rest of the staff on the receiving side were doing hand towel drying my car but my interior especially the rugs were totally saturated with water. No effort was made to bring out drying equipment to remove excess water but instead they returned my car with the inside rugs completely wet. Leaving me with no other alternative, I had to drive my car back home under those conditions and water vacuum my interior to remove as much water as possible and then not drive for the rest of the day so that I can leave my doors open so that it can airdry. Team Car wash did nothing to compensate this horrible car was experience except waive a $15.00 charge. I would had rather pay my $15.00 and in return take care of the mess that their staff made. Went for an oil change, no problems there, same price as old place and I was in and out in 10-15 minutes. The problem is , 2nd time here and car was still dirty in and out. My biggest issue is the prices, $32 for a full service car wash and $21 I think for the 2nd service ..... NO WAY !!! I get it l, they are trying to get you to buy a monthly package. read more

Place was recently upgraded and they sent out free car wash coupons. I thought it would just be a basic exterior wash but they did the "works" which includes everything. Truck came out looking brand new. I look forward to going back. read more

Not impressed, went there for the first time, didn't get the top of the line most important car wash I just got ur basic full service, I would call it half service, I had to wipe down my cup holders there were still stains on on my door , the back seats barely looked wiped down, didn't even look like they vacuumed the back , I had to go to the gas station and re vacuum out my car, take care wipes and wipe down my seats and clean them myself , so I paid for a car wash and then immediately had to wash my car myself right after- kind of defeats the purpose. I paid to basically have to clean my own car I would not recommend this place I decided to try them out because I heard they were good I guess I heard wrong. Is it possible to give zero stars? The old owners ran a great place. The new ownership is all about pressing you to join their monthly car wash plan. I may have considered it until I got my vehicle home to see that there were water spots ALL over the car (sides, rear etc.). You'd think by ordering their most expensive wash that they would give care but it's a mess now and they never even did my tire dressing. Avoid this place at all costs it's a rip off run by people who clearly don't care how bad their services are. read more

Terrible car wash! Took my car and it came out without being vacuumed and the outside was still dirty. When I yelped about my experience , the owner, Jim B., assured me the manager of the Westfield location would contact me and make it right. To sum it up: bought the priciest internal/external cleaning job. They did a very poor job cleaning it (see the photos I posted), but quickly and easily remedied the situation. Warning: The interior of the car I brought in was disgusting. Lots of use and was not cleaned in a veryyyyyyy long time. Seriously, it looked like a college student had been living in my car for 6 months. Bought the "The Works" for $23, which includes interior and exterior clean. Was done very quickly. Got home and realized under the seats were barely touched and still filled with dirt. The area under the arm rest was also not touched and still filthy. Called back and the woman at the desk told me to come back and the manager would help me. I pulled in and immediately one of the other exterior cleaners asked if everything was okay. When I told him the issue, he went back in himself with a handvac and finished the job. read more

This was my first and last experience at this car wash. I always go out of my way to try and support local businesses and today at 11:33 AM I gave the Auto Spa of Westfield a whirl. An immediate regret. My first concern was when the attendant didn't remove my antenna, I had to, but that's okay everyone makes mistakes. My car went through the 'wash' and when it emerged there was dirt in all of my wheel wells, on my driver side mirror, and driver side back corner panel. So what is the next logical thing to do as the consumer: bring it to the attention of the staff. I chose to tell the woman working at the front desk. She walked outside and looked at my car and replied, "The machine doesn't take off dirt." (I would also like to add that the dirt on my car was from a puddle that kicked up some mud when I drove through it earlier in the week). So, what are you paying for? I wish I read the reviews before I tried this place after work. Paid 26.60 for the wash package. The outside of the car looked fine. HOWEVER, the inside of my car was BARELY wiped down like the service states. It was such a waste of money. They also ripped part of my trunk area off and just threw it in the backseat of my car. I paid for the works and my car barely looks like it was cleaned. The "dashboard wipe down" looks barely done and there is still dust on it. Lots of dirt still on car and dead bugs on the front. They washed the mats but still have food stuck on some. I would rather a thorough clean than a quick clean. Going elsewhere for now on. read more

Since Team Car Wash has been under new ownership, I have been truly impressed by how well it is run and how enjoyable the experience is -- yes, I am talking about a car wash. Everyone is efficient, kind, and helpful. The "store" is spotless, and everyone, including those cleaning the cars in the hot sun wear masks. What has impressed me the most was the owner - he not only makes sure that his team (who work well and quickly) are doing what they are supposed to and performing quality control, but he is working WITH them - every time, no matter how hot it is out. I am not one to usually write reviews, and I've never written one about a car wash, so that just shows how impressed I am. do not leave any open container in your vehicle while the staff has total access to your car when you walk away during your car wash, i had left a bottle of water in my car and tighten the cap as tight as i can purposely and had my girlfriend check it and she could not open it, she handed it back to me to re-secure it. when the car was done being washed i got back in my car and immediately checked the water bottle and the cap was removed and put back on loosley and on crooked, it was 100% tamperd with, staff must have spit in it!!! drank from it!!! or put something in it!!! only after i was polite from start to finish and even left them a tip read more

Dishonest workers... they charged me extra for having an SUV/wagon when in fact I have a hatchback! I've tried a lot of carwashes and my impression of this place is that they will nickel-and-dime you every way they can. Only reason I went is because I had a coupon. This is the 2nd time I've been there, and most likely my last. Service was mediocre. A lot of dirt left on windshield and carpet. Wiping of interior was just a few strokes and no spray was used. Prices are expensive compared to other local places offering similar - if not better - service. The cashier at the entrance cannot be trusted. He charged me a small extra fee, but it adds up if more of us get suckered into it... (Good thing the lady cashier inside was very nice and removed the extra charge.) The cheats of this "Spa" should be put out of business - especially nowadays with so many unemployed, more deserving people out there! read more
