I needed 3x4 cards printed for my small business. The 1st time I went in I got 200 cards and was charged 40$, the second time I went in I got 300 cards and was charged 50$, the 3rd time I went in I got 200 cards and never checked my receipt. The 4th time I went in I got 300 cards again, and once I left and looked at my receipt I noticed I was charged 75$ for 300 cards, so I called back. I was told it was 75$ for 300, I explained that that wasn't what I had previously been charged and was told no you were charged 50$ for 200. I explained, I was not, I keep all my receipts. The owner then said okay you can come get the 25$ difference in cash. Annoyed I went back for my difference. Then when I checked their website I saw that the website states it's 75$ for 500 cards. Meaning this person knew what they were doing when charging me extra. When I sent a screenshot of the website instead of apologizing, I was told the website wasn't up to date. TLDR: they will charge you whatever they feel like charging you depending on who you are or their mood that day. Very unprofessional
