I had to go purchase replacements but the first attempted was no charge even for the correct ones, but right so. Odd that the proof was correct but the finished items were incorrect. I located replacement sweaters then we tried again. No proof this time. I did pay a fee for the replacements, which I thought was odd because I had to locate and purchase materials at my expense due to their error but the good news was the price was do-able. I'd use them again but be very clear about what you want done, especially if it is a non-replaceable heirloom item.

The hats that are offered by every other embroidery shops weren't offered here for some reason. I got out in the cold weather, rang the doorbell, waited, but no answer! By the time they responded nearly 30 minutes later, I was already gone. If they weren't available at the time we agreed on, they should have had the common decency to communicate that in order to respect my time. Hank also generally seems to be a pleasant person. When there was a mistake in the number of items in my order, Hank offered me a refund on the missing items. He also removed a mistaken charge on my order when I brought it to his attention. If you are a church/school, he will also give you a slight discount. However, I personally will not be using this company again because of the level of frustration I experienced due to the lack of communication that made me unsure up until the last minute if my order would be completed on time. I did not get a quote on pricing and confirmation on my order until the morning of my event despite attempting to finalize it about a week before. Because of everything being so last minute, I missed the fact that the wrong logo had been printed for half of my order (something that is partially my fault because I did confirm the final proof but was focused on a different mistake being fixed, and I thought I had listed the name of the correct logo file on at least three previous emails). The order was completed despite the rush, but left me in a frazzled state in the days leading up to the order. To me, the frustration and anxiety was not worth it.
