We had unexpected schedule changes and were completely unprepared for what needed to be done. Team Costello arrived right on time - while we were in packing chaos and I was mid-freak out. Chuck took one look, said relax we've got this and sorted it all out in under 2 hours. John just stepped in and started wrapping and packing, while Chuck fit everything in and strapped it all down tight. Absolutely amazing job. I still can't believe how efficient and professional they are. Potential disaster averted and my sanity restored. We will definitely use them for round two if our cross country move. Rude owner who purposefully was pushing for the service to be paid in full prior to the day of and on arrival the service was switched. On top of this, this man told me over the phone that since I refused to pay for a $100 deposit that he purposely didnt include boxes. However, both invoices were for the full amount. Jacob & Will with Team Costello was absolutely wonderful! They were personable, helpful and packed our 2 bedroom house in a little over 1 hour! They packed it so well that nothing shifted after we drove it 6 hours back home. I would highly recommend them for your move. read more

Just got done with unloading from Team Costello. The owner, Chuck, was easy to work with for set-up. Day of move, Shana and Zach arrived on Fort Drum, made their own arrangements through the checkpoint, arrived early and then immediately got to work. Excellent service and delightful people. Won't quote price because it'll likely change and I don't want to set you unrealistic expectations, but they were also the cheapest guys I could find. 10/10 will use them again. They did not show up. I emailed back and forth with Chuck Costello Jr over the course of 9 emails to confirm the service with a date, time, price and location. I received a confirmation email from Chuck Costello Jr "All set on my end". On the date of the move, we called after they were 15 minutes late. Chuck Costello Jr answered and seemed confused and unaware that we had been expecting their services. He said he would call us right back with more information. He never called back. We tried re-calling the same number numerous times and he did not answer again. We left a voicemail, stating that we would appreciate a call back to clarify whether or not they could fulfil our reservation so we could plan accordingly. We never heard from Chuck Costello Jr again. We wished we would have followed the advice of the previous reviewer Alyssa on Yelp who indicated not to book with this company because they also were stood up. We spent many hours unloading our moving truck with my elderly parents, after which we were all exhausted. I hope to warn others in the area to choose an alternate, more reliable, moving service. read more

Shana and Zach not only made our move easy, smooth, and low stress, they made it fun -- which I didn't expect! The owner Chuck was super easy to work with -- we had a last minutes switch from Uhaul, who we booked through, to Pods. Chuck kept out appointment and was relieved a lot of stress! Day of, Shana and Zach arrived early and made the process go smoothly. We had two bedrooms, an office, a living room and a kitchen packed and ready to get into a pod for a cross country move. When we moved in the service we used had a very difficult time getting furniture into our apartment (we had a difficult staircase) and some pieces were damaged. Not the case with Shana and Zach. Honestly, my jaw dropped at how easy they made it look. Obviously, they know what they're doing. Our pod was packed carefully and safely, and they checked in with us regularly about fragile pieces. Through out the whole process, they had such an upbeat and wonderful vibe and the time flew by. All that on top of the INCREDIBLY reasonable prices they offer -- it seems too good to be true! We rented a u-haul and hired Team Costello Moving Services to come help us load up. We made the appointment 3 weeks in advanced and they confirmed the appointment the day before. Well the morning of, Team Costello did not show up for the appointment to move us. I called, left a voicemail, texted, all with no response. The owner, Chuck, then blocked my number and Facebook so I could not even leave a bad review on his page. If something popped up and he couldn't make it, I would at least expect a call or message giving a heads up. So after 6.5 hours of loading the truck ourselves all I can think is I really don't want this company or this guy to do this again to somebody else. So whatever you do, DO NOT HORE THIS COMPANY!! YOU WILL GET STOOD UP AND BLOCKED! The only reason this guy has good reviews is because he blocks and deletes everyone he stands up. read more

w Where do I even start? first and foremost, Chuck and his partner were the kindest, most judgement free people I have ever met! from the first hello, to the last goodbye, they provide the utmost professionalism and sincerity. My husband and I were doing a pretty crazy and chaotic move of a house and Chuck kept in touch throughout the morning checking in on us, which resulted in last minute loading help (we only scheduled an unload). This was a HUGE help, and so unbelievably generous. They had everything loaded in maybe 15 minute, and the whole job up two flights of stairs took them an hour and seventeen minutes (holy cow!! We couldn't believe it!). All I have to say, if you're looking for movers, I PROMISE these are the people you should go to, because no one on the planet could compare to their level of pace and service!! HIGHLY recommended!!!
