I had a narrow driveway in New York, but they use a forklift to bring the cubes in so it fit the narrow space. I also wasn't sure of my delivery date so they had an option to hold my relocubes in storage that worked perfectly for me. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone going through a long-distance move. Almost everything in my one bedroom apartment fit into one cube, but I ended up using a cube and a quarter due to some larger furniture items.

Because of their inefficiency they did not fully or properly load the truck forcing a second trip again wasting more time and money. We have moved three times with the same amount of stuff and the packing and unpacking took no more than three hours. The owner is rude and unwilling to work with me on a refund due to wasted time and damages. They were subcontracted to us and we were told by the company that subcontracted them that we would have to discuss a refund with We Get it Done, when we called the first time we were told by the owner that we had to call the company that hired them. Both companies are blaming the other and no one is keeping up the 100% satisfaction guarantee that is shown on the paperwork that was sent to us. This company is very unprofessional, rude and not at all concerned with the customer.
