January 2026 (6 years after my initial review)... the experience was just the same or worse. Not sure why these guys can't dry a car properly, but I'll likely not go back here again unless I'm absolute pinch. Drove home and dried off about half my car. Plus, the base wash is now $12, plus I always tip a few dollars. For what it is and the fact they don't properly dry your vehicle (2 guys were wiping the car), it was a total waste of $$. read more

Do not come here. If there's an issue you cannot reach customer service. They never answer the phone nor should you sign up for their membership. I was charged 3 times in 30 days for a membership And there isn't anyone I can call to discuss this issue. read more

Though I received a free promo "works" car wash online from them, the quality of their work, especially with vacuuming included with all packages (rare nowadays with most having you vacuum your own vehicle), is excellent! The cas wash is overpriced if you ask me but they take credit card and its local so I go from time to time. They raised the cost for vaccuuming as well to $1.50. The car wash does an ok job with the wash. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. Where on this sign does it state that you need to wash your car in order to use there "free vacuum"? Nowhere, right? I went to the car wash today with the intentions of washing and vacuuming my car. After the owner so rudely berated me for not being sure whether I wanted to wash my car or not, I decided I didn't want to wash my car. The owner then tells me to "go somewhere else next time" and then comes back to yell at me and harass me because I was "taking too long to vacuum my car". Lately, when I got to have a car wash, they make job very sloppy, not well done. I mostly going twice, but sometimes I don't go at all.

The equipment that this car wash uses is sub-par. My car is still dirty after going through the car wash. I cancelled my membership today.

The owner has a sign that clearly says free vacuum. However, that's not the case at all; it's a ploy to get customers to come and use the car wash. My husband went to use the vacuum today and the owner disgustingly told him not to come back because he used the "free vacuum " and didn't want to wash his car. Please do not waste your time and money with these guys and their false advertising. I will be reporting them for their use of false advertising as a means to gain customers. read more

Horrible experience. Took my car to wash here. Paid $15 for a shitty exterior car wash. Had to go through wash twice because it didn't wash good the first time. Staff uses dirty towels to dry your car. If you don't care that your comes out dirty after a car wash then this is the place for you. Posted some pics of their work just to show you what this place charges $15 for. To top it off, staff is rude and have no common sense. Owner might just hire a potato and have the same service. After telling one of the guys that my car is still dirty, their answer was "that's all we can do"..... really? Car wash places like this don't last long. read more

We used to go to SuperWash and Quick Lube on the corner of Stiles and Saint George Street, but I got fed up with the rude attendant who would always try to upsell and overcharge me for everything. We've been going to Posh Car Wash for about a year now and they do a really great job for $5. They also have self service vacuums for only $1 so you can get the inside really clean. read more

Love the price and the staff. I have to admit that I usually bang a left when I exit the car wash and the dry the car myself, but when I don't have the time or it's too cold they do a decent job in drying my car and aren't to blame when water starts coming out of all of the crevices while driving away. It's a $5 car wash not a $50 detail so anyone who expects more should consider paying more if they're searching for perfection. read more

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS ! I just left this place and it was by far my worst car wash experience. I paid for the "silver package" which was $17. My car was returned in pretty much the same condition I brought it in. The rims were still dirty, no armor all which was included, the windows are still dirty, and they didn't vacuum inside. Now I have to go somewhere else and get a completely new wash. Take your money ANYWHERE else. read more

Went to Posh Car Wash today for first time in about two years. I used to patronize them more frequently back in the day because Jiffy Lube was running a "special," free wash with oil change. The old the attendant would scrutinize the free car wash coupon as though he were trying to discover a cure for cancer. When the promo ended, so did my patronage, even though they did a decent job washing my car. I drive a white Chevrolet Suburban, which is definitely NOT an easy car to wash. Also, I own two other cars that require washing on a regular basis. Regardless, I decided to give Posh another go. I noticed the gigantic "$4.99" car wash sign out front, but, just to be fair, I did not expect to pay that price because my car is so big. In fact, I personally believed that a fair price for my car would be above $15.00, which I would gladly pay for a "good" car wash. I noticed the building and grounds were spruced up. The place had changed for the better. It was clean and orderly, with well designated lanes for vacuum machines. Being the "cheap skate" that I am, I pulled in the lot and looked for a menu or a sign. The first sign I noticed in the parking lot listed the "detailing" specials, which I wasn't interested in. The second sign, at the end of the parking lot was on the far side of the lane to enter the car wash. This sign listed all of the car wash types and prices. The problem with this sign is that it was much too far to read from where I parked. I would have to either get out of my car and walk up to it or drive onto the car wash lane. This would be a bad idea if the place was busy (the time was approx 8:30 AM). I tried taking a picture of the sign and blowing it up on my phone, but that didn't work. Since it was freezing cold outside and not too busy, I drove onto the car wash lane and discovered even more signage at the entrance to the car wash itself, so I drove up. This signage also listed the types and prices of car washes. I decided to go with the "Gold" level car wash services. To make a long story short(er) I was pleasantly surprised that I was only charged a total of $14.00 ($11.99 for "Gold" service and $2.00 oversized fee). This price included the car wash, wax, tire polish AND tax. The car wash was great and the service was great. The wash only missed the usual "hard to get to" spots located behind the door handles and on the tailgate. Unfortunately, my front license plate was a slightly bent (again) by the car washing machine (it happens and sometimes can't be avoided). By the way, this time it was a different attendant who didn't even question why I took a picture of the the car wash menu. He was pleasant and engaging. I will return. Thank you. read more

Horrible experience, stay away. I had a lot of bird poop on the front of my car. I showed the guys this, prior to the car going for a wash. One of they guys informed me that i had to pay more money to get the bird poop off. Please note my car was already clean, it was just the poop. As my car came out , they acted like they did not want to dry my car with the hand towels. So, I asked one of the attendants for a towel and I dried the car myself, while they watched. These people are crooks and want you to spend more than you have to, could of did a better job myself. read more
