He listened to my request for a vehicle with good pick up to get quickly onto high -speed main thoroughfares vs fuel economy being less important. He was insightful in promoting safety for my daughter being the prime concern. After our road test, he determined her driving skill and comfort level in driving the vehicle. He also perceived that I would be happy with a gently used vehicle. We are both extremely pleased with our 2,0 L used 2017 Fusion which still has 2 years bumper to bumper warranty and 4 years power train warranty. One star is to generous for this place, I have bought many Ford vehicles personally and through my company new and used for 30yrs from dealerships all across this province and I have never had a worse experience than this place. I bought a 2014 Ford Edge for my daughter just before Christmas that they had advertised on Kijiji. The vehicle looked great with the pics that were on Kijiji and I was assured by the salesman that is was, so taking their word, thinking it was a reputable dealership and trusting them I transferred the money. When I went to pic up the car on the 21 of Dec it was not as advertised, the first thing I noticed was a tear in the drivers seat (that was not on any pic advertised). I ended up agreeing to pay for 1/2 of the repair whenever that happens. Then I notice window did not pass inspection, neither did the suspension, next was the SYNC radio the touch screen did not work. How I wish I had noticed some of these reviews before I had transferred the money! I have been calling and texting pretty much everyday since I bought the car to see if they were going to stand behind it, all I ask for is some communication and and an email ensuring me that they are going to stand behind the repairs, after 2 weeks l finally got a hold of the salesman that sold me this thing, (thanks to the most polite receptionist on the planet) and he said that he would get hold of his manager. Yeah nothing, no response, no apology no nothing, zero communication. This is by for the most unprofessional place I have ever came across, so frustrating, not to mention my daughter is driving around Calgary with a car suspension that did not pass inspection and they won't even get back to me and tell me why it failed so at least I can fix that. If I could give negative stars I would. I was looking to buy 2 dodge journeys and waiting to get one of them sent over from another dealership. I was sent a text by James showing me that the person at the other dealership said no it wasn't available. Which was fine what I wasn't into was that James had wrote 'Can you try again my buddy, sorry she is raping my phone and email'. I had emailed James once to ask what was going on as I was supposed to go there at 3 to close so I didn't want to go if both cars weren't there. They weren't there so I am glad I did email him. When I called him on it he asked me not to take it the wrong way and that he was creating urgency for me by saying that. I would expect an apology instead of an excuse. When I called the manager he said that he isn't sure what I wanted from him since I had told him that I wasn't planning on doing business with them, I advised an apology would be nice. After I hung up with the manager who really didn't seem to care. I was on another call and they proceeded to call me 5 times in a 15 minute period then texting me another 5 times. If you have every had to push someone to voicemail while on a call for work twice it is pretty annoying but five times is next level. That being said I did get my apology in one of the 5 texts I was sent from James but only after I told his manager that an apology would have been nice. Bought a used Nissan Titan which desperately needed tires. We were told that the tires were within their "safety" guidelines, but even the Used Sales Manager admitted they were "bald". We made an agreement, unfortunately verbal (stupid us), that the dealership would source us out some replacements. Even take off's were fine with us, we don't put on a lot of miles. Both the salesman & the sales manager were all full of promises until after we picked up our truck. Then, no service at all. Well needless to say after numerous unreturned calls to the salesman (or promises to return calls) & an unreturned email to the Sales Manager, we still have bald tires. We finally went back into the dealer Saturday and the salesman told us we had an odd size tire and they hadn't had any luck finding any. This is over a month after we bought the truck. We got a price for new tires through their parts dept and asked if they would be willing to share some of the cost, only to be told by the sales manager "that new tires were not included with the deal!" The salesman told us they would be on the phone Monday morning with their Go Nissan dealers and other sources & would call us back Monday regarding the tires. Surprise, no call was received. They are great at talk, but never follow through. We have done all of our service with this dealership for a few years now and have bought our last 4 vehicles through Go Auto as well as a travel trailer from Go RV. My experience with Team Ford was an interesting one. I'm not going to lie, my initial interactions with the employees at Team Ford really didn't go over well. I felt I was unfairly treated which resulted in me giving them really bad reviews. However, since then the employees at Team Ford have apologized. In the end, I received the HubCaps I was promised as well as a portable GPS (since my car was sold to me with navigation yet was never installed with it.) It was a rocky experience but I believe that after it all the proper rectifications we're made. And I am satisfied with how things turned out. I also believe that the employees involved were sincere about wanting to fix the situation. I don't have time to write a long complaint about my experience with Team Ford but it wasn't pleasant or cheap. The short summary was: 1. On Go Auto website the listed price is NOT the same price that they'll give you in store. 2. Once the agreed price was established they went on to add almost $18,000 of "valuable" extras onto the price without asking if I would like them or how it would affect my monthly payment. They use deceptive tactics of making assumptions that the customer needs these extras so they can increase their bottom line and bonuses. I do not recommend Team Ford and will never go back. Our experience at Team Ford has been frustrating at best. The Internet sales manager is overloaded with work (as he told us multiple times). We have a deposit on a used truck and have been waiting for a call from 'another manager' which we were told was coming multiple times and never did. They are not at all ready to negotiate on the price even though we know what they paid for the vehicle and they are making an excellent profit on it. They do not seem to want the deal, perhaps they have a back up offer on it? In any case, they are not forthcoming or honest with us. I would not recommend this dealership as I would question their sincerity and integrity. UPDATE! Looks like they sold the truck even while we had a deposit on it. Although I've had mixed experiences here, at the end of the day, I trust the Service team at this dealership to do a good job. The drive up Service bay is really convenient, and they always have complimentary loaner vehicles if you are getting service done. The Fast Lane I've always been impressed with - I highly recommend coming here for your oil changes. We've had very mixed experiences with the Service department. Some issues we've had here in the past involve the Service Advisor not calling us back and us unable to get through for two days (this was about 4 months ago), and once we finally got through they hadn't even touched the vehicle (after sitting there for 2 days). But then earlier in the year we had exceptional service for a different repair, really great service. Then just a few weeks ago we had a vehicle back in and was told it was fixed, and when we picked it up we didn't even drive it off the lot because it was not fixed. Left it there overnight (and we emailed the Service Manager a video with the issue, and asked him to please make sure it got repaired the next day). Tried calling throughout the next day but again, difficulty getting through on the phone to Service and finally got an update at 5pm when I got through. It was fixed. Service Manager never returned our email until I left a poor review and the company addressed it. Fast forward to last week when my car suddenly leaked fluid. Although I could not get through on the phone to Service (tried several times for an hour), I drove there and they helped me right away. Took my car to a hoist, found out my water pump was leaking, gave me a complimentary loaner car, and had my car fixed the next day. So you see what I mean when I say "mixed experiences". But the common denominator here is that our vehicles do actually get fixed. My recommendation is that when you drop off your vehicle, get the Service Advisor's direct line. When I was here last week, the Service Advisor Jessica, gave me her card and wrote her number on it, letting me know I can text her anytime I need an appointment. Letter I sent to the Manager on July 17, 2015 On Sunday night I damaged my rim and tire on my 2014 Escape. Understandably your service department was closed at this time, so I left a message explaining my vehicle would be in your lot in the morning. After AMA did my tire change I went home and typed up a letter explaining why my vehicle was there. I also asked while it was there if my regular scheduled maintenance could be completed if needed and I also asked that my vehicle be taken to the body shop for some damage on my rear driver's door. I also stated in the letter I understood that I did not have an appointment and that if it took 2-3 days or more I was OK. I had addressed the letter to Dennis. Monday morning I started receiving calls from Leo, which was a shock as I thought my advisor was Dennis hence why I addressed the letter to him. I have dealt with Dennis the previous two times I had service and he was AMAZING, he was always keeping me in the loop on my progress. He even delivered my keys to my home when I forgot them at the dealership. I figured maybe Dennis was on vacation and didn't question it. I wish I had though. When I spoke to Leo on Monday afternoon he suggested that I replace my rim along with my tire to be "safe". I agreed to the purchase of a new rim. At that time I asked about my maintenance and he informed me it was completed in the morning. I also asked if the estimate was completed on my body damage, he said it hadn't been done but he would ensure it was complete by the following day when I picked up my vehicle. On Tuesday I got the call my vehicle was ready and made my way there after work. I was disappointed when I arrived and there was no quote from the body shop in my paperwork. The CSR who assisted me assured me she would email it to me 1st thing in the morning. I signed the paperwork and headed to my vehicle only to find my old rim was not in my cargo hold. I went back in and spoke to the same CSR about why my rim was missing and she told me it had to be returned to Ford. Well that is nifty because as per AMVIC a repair facility must "offer to return all parts removed from the vehicle in the course of work or repairs to the consumer and return them unless advised by the consumer that the consumer does not require the parts to be returned". When I originally filled out the drop box envelope I did not check they box 'yes' or "no" to have my parts returned because at the time I thought I only needed a tire not a rim. Regardless, when Leo sold me on a new rim he should have asked me if I wanted my old rim and/or if I wanted it disposed of. Or to be "safe" just give it back to me. The CSR advised me that there was some kind of refundable core charge on the rim that she thought was $25-$30 but that she would check with Leo in the morning regarding this. I left feeling everything would be taken care of. On Wednesday when I hadn't heard from Leo or the CSR, I called to see about my estimate. It was at this time I was told I would be transferred to Leo to discuss further. Leo advised me that he never had the estimate completed and asked me to come down again. I initially agreed to do so but the more thought I gave it I decided against it. I work Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm and I understand that your Body Shop closes at 5 pm and it is not open weekends. Why should I have to inconvenience myself and have a loss of pay to accommodate your company? You had my vehicle for TWO DAYS and I don't see any reason why the estimate was not completed as I had requested. This is completely unacceptable! This isn't something I asked for at the last minute, I put it in writing along with my other requests. There was a reason why I asked for the estimate while it was already in you dealership because I work! Then I asked about my rim and Leo told me I would have to pay the core deposit of $80-$100 for the rim but he would have to pull the paperwork to know for sure. Maybe this should have been pulled 1st thing when he was told by your CSR I was looking for the rim back? He told me I could pick up the rim that night he would stay late for me, I got my husband to call him back to make arrangements for another day. I work downtown, I take the LRT to my office, by the time I get home get my vehicle and drive to your dealership in rush hour I would have wasted most of my evening and I have better things to do with my time than try to accommodate Team Ford for their mistakes and oversights. read more

My transmission is failing and they are telling me it's spark plugs but cause it was a used vehicle I bought that, that isn't covered by warranty and would cost me $1000.00 to fix. Absolutely crazy! I would recommend avoiding this dealership. I have never dealt with a dealership that was so out of touch with their staff and their decisions and how incredibly rude they are. Despite all of the poor reviews and warning we got about Team Ford, we decided to check it out because a friend of ours was a salesman there. Initially everything appeared well, until money exchanged hands. Customer service seemed to steeply decline after that. The staff there were rude and pushy with signing financial papers and whatever our salesman seemed to say was totally different from what was actually going to happen. Our vehicle was late coming off of the truck and even though I was told to put insurance on it for a specific date, it was not ready for that time. Our 'friend' the salesman was supposed to drive our vehicle in himself on the morning of our possession. When he finally showed up in the late afternoon he came flying around the corner in front of our house so fast the SUV leaned to the side. He left us with numerous rock chips in the windshield and drove off in a hurry. Needless to say it was a fight to get the repairs done on the vehicle and when the damage was being repaired the salesman (our 'friend') was very rude and made a scene yelling at me in front of the windshield repair shop, telling me how mad he was that I sold him out to his boss what he did to the vehicle. This friend is currently slandering us on Facebook (very professional). I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and I would really reconsider giving Ford a chance if they think its acceptable to have a dealership such as this. read more

Too sad to see the degradation of this dealership!!! I bought my wifes car back in 2011 and was one of the nicest experiences buying a car i'd ever had! I went back in 2013, this time just looking to see what they had to offer, due to the same treatment, after a couple of hours i had signed for a new truck. This time is different. 2015, i get a call that they would like to offer a new truck and that they would take mine as a trade in at such a fair price that it would be almost like a trade truck for truck... obviously that sounds ridiculous so i went in and of course, "they never said that". They offered more than 10K less than black book value for my truck, excusing that they needed to make a profit! Haha now i have to "give my truck away" so that they make money!? On top of this, they offered me the new truck for 60K when the msrp was 49ish... of course, more excuses... After doing numbers they gave me "such a good" deal! When i did the math, they had increased the price but lowered the monthly payments... NO, it wasnt a higher interest rate! They just played with the numbers and months and stuff to make it sound like it was cheaper, but it wasnt. The way they put it was that they were going down on the price, but they were just playing with the payments and without saying anything, at the end of the day you were paying even more. They can do whatever they want, but they should at least be honest about it and dont try to sell it like they are doing some kind of charity almost!!! The worst part of al is that they want to make you feel like you are being rude, pretending to be ofended and raising their voice and changing their attitude, when they are the ones that should be nice, since they are selling, making money, and ripping you off! Too bad after talking to "important people" there and CS nothing has changed. I just went through the same thing last week. This is why i decided to post a review here... I bought my 2011 Ford Fiesta in October 2010 - The sales staff were fantastic .. however the finance manager we had clearly didn't appreciate the fact I didn't want any of the "add-ons" Their mechanics have been lovely to me - They seem to understand my "woman car" lingo. Then they will get you to go onto test drives and promise you the world... However in my case I was called by a so called "Customer Service Representative " "AKA... SALES MAN" I have an 09 Ford F150 XLT - witch I just bought it 2 months ago from Kentwood Ford "Please See My Review For Kentwood Ford" I told the sales man that I would not mind trading my XLT model for 2013 FX4 model... However I explained to the "CSR" "AKA.. Sales Man" that he would not be able to do with no down payment only my trader in witch I pay $400 monthly for 5 years.. As we talked back and forth he promised that he will make sure I will be able to buy this truck for the same amount... To my surprise I was intrigued so we set up an appointment for Saturday - 12/10/2013 I went and talked to him and I kept on telling him that is not doable - and it was impossible - to his persistence he said that he talked to his manager and she was able to work the number with no issue... If I could give this corporation a 0 i would! I was suckered in and bought a truck from them receiving a measly 3000 for my trade....first 2 weeks major issues so they fix it now more major issues 1.5 weeks later and they're only answer is they'll cover part or trade me into a vehicle that DOES NOT suit my needs. I walk into a dodge dealer and they tell me I can be into a 2017 dodge 107km for less than the payment I have now. Go auto will not unwind my loan nor will they fix the truck. Their only solution is to partially cover a payment to fix an undriveable truck. So now I'm a single mom 2 kids with a $700 a month truck payment for a truck I cannot drive. Yet supposedly go auto 3 month 5000km warranty is supposed to cover me. The truck was a trade in n falling apart. Our company had a diesel truck that had accidentally been filled with gas. The truck was taken to Team Ford to have them look it over and assess any required repairs. After flushing the system (for $1300), the conclusion was that we needed to replace the whole fuel system, for which they quoted $13K! We had the truck towed to another diesel mechanic for another opinion. Was surprised that they told me all that was required was to charge the battery, clean the fuel filter, and drive the truck to circulate the diesel. The truck was running fine otherwise. I can only speculate as to why the Team Ford quoted us so much unnecessary work. The cynic in me thinks it was because they saw a truck from a construction company, stuck out of town, and tried to take full advantage. Perhaps it was just gross negligence by their mechanics in assessing the required repairs. Either way, it did not leave a very good impression of Team Ford. While we will never employ their service in the future, it would be presumptuous to advise other to entirely dismiss them because of one experience. However, I would highly recommend anyone who gets an expensive repair estimate from them to seriously consider a 2nd opinion. read more

I traveled to Edmonton from out of town and lost my power steering! My car was towed to Team Ford. When I arrived I spoke to Jess. In a short time my car was up on a hoist and she sent me off with Doug in golf cart to the work bay. Doug showed me about another issue that I wouldn't have know about if he hadn't given me a view of my car from the bottom. He took photos and said I should have it looked at. In the mean time I was given a quote asked if it was okay to go ahead with the job. I asked him questions about a couple other items and he was very informative. I asked if I could get another key fob programmed at the same time. Team Ford took car of my power steering, and key fob within 2 hours while I waited in their comfortable lounge area. They had offered a courtesy car or shuttle if I need one, and washed my car. Everyone there was friendly, professional, and quick. Thank you so much for taking care of my car and I. The speedy work saved me having to stay in the city and I had time to return home 2.5 hours away in the same day! I was also signed up for a plan where I would get 10% off parts if I came back in the future. read more

When my wife went to do the financing paper work the lady was high pressure, told her that she would have an interest rate and then never changed it on the paper work and my wife signed it when I was not there and it was 2% higher, but they would do nothing about it after a couple days when I noticed. Honestly the first time we went in was absolutely awful. None of our questions where answered, they were extremely pushy, treated us like we were dumb and very slow. We didn't even get to look at the truck we wanted and the hole experience was just unprofessional. Anyone who works in customer service has some knowledge on how to act around customers but not these guys. Playing ball in the main office in front and AROUND customers, trash talking/belittling coworkers literally right in front of me and my spouse. Other customers were around us as well! They told us that the truck was on the lot but it wasn't, and we waited for a full hour for him just to come back after a 'smoke break' when he was supposed to be dealing with us. Apparently the smoke trumps the sale. He tried to put us in another vehicle not even remotely close to what we were looking for then became frustrated when we told him no. We did come back to try and give the company another chance but refused to deal with the previous employees and the experience was actually 10x better. I will give them that, Logan the finance guy was great and so was the sales person we dealt with, BUT after we got our 2014 Nissan titan things started to go back down. After a few days of owning it, we noticed large scrapes on the ruff of the truck. We had been no where near a low rise anything, let alone under any ruffed area. After it being detailed you would think that we could have got some heads up on the damage, because if it was PROPERLY DETAILED someone would have seen it. We called about the damage and got the run around and no one contacted us on what we could do to fix it. Then three months later to our current date in time: The truck has a faulty battery even though it's only a year old and we've only had it for 3 months. We played phone tag with 3 different companies, two Nissan branches and the main Go auto ford branch. Again we feel like they gave us the run around and said that we can't justify giving you a new battery. Which what ever I assume it's a policy that's fine but this hole experience has made the two of us feel like we were lied to, used and conned into this purchase. This place will never get my recommendation and I regret, REGRET shopping here. After much consideration, I decided I wanted a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport and surprisingly, one showed up as being available at Team Ford. Now I could go through the massive amounts of lies I was told, or the sheer lack of good service I received from Team Ford as well as all the stressful events and bull dung I had to endure, but the bottom line is Team Ford sold me a stolen vehicle. They could not supply me with the NVIS I needed to get the vehicle registered and I realized very early on that there was something not right with the entire transaction. They did supply me with dealer plates so I was able to drive the vehicle but I realize now it was because Team Ford wanted this vehicle off their lot and out of their hands. I requested several times that I wanted to bring this vehicle back, but was told I could not. I was told by Mr. Jasman that he had never, in his entire career, ever run into this predicament before and it was almost two months before by the vehicle could be registered. I finally contacted Hyundai Canada and told them what was going on and I was able to get the name of the individual who was supposedly refusing to hand over the NVIS (this was the story told to me by Mr. Jasman). This was only because the person at Hyundai sent a letter with all parties cc'd about my request to get the NVIS. Miraculously, only 2 hours I talked to Hyundai, Mr. Jasman had my vehicle registered and told me I could come pick up my plates. Mr. Jasman promised me that when all was said and done, we would sit down and Mr. Jasman would make it up to me and I never heard from him again. I was treated like I was crazy for believing something was wrong and dismissed without even an apology. A little over a year later I get a phone call from the Edmonton Police telling me my vehicle was actually stolen and was part of a huge fraud investigation. Luckily because of sympathetic judge, the lien on the car from the original dealership it was stolen from, was voided, otherwise I would have been arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle had I ever been stopped. Even after I informed Mr. Jamie Jasman that I was contacted by the police he denied, denied and denied. Still haven't received any apology and doubt I ever will. Went to the dealer for a car advertised, when I got to there they told me the car was not available for viewing and someone had already put a deposit down. They told me the first guys finance didn't look too great and if I put down a deposit car i would be 2nd in line to take the car. So when i went to talk price, the manager gives me a price $500 more than advertised on the website and said this the best price i can do. This wasn't even a deal and I had to point out their mistake to even lower it to advertised price. Sales rep kept telling me it was a good deal and said that he would guarantee I would get the car if I took it. Haven't even seen or driven the car to see everything works and he kept saying that if I didn't like it when it came i would get my deposit back. Pretty sure they wanted me to outbid the other guy so that they would make more profits. Anyways bad experience with the STEALership and they wouldn't even budge for the sale. Lets go back approximately 6 mos ago, my truck was in for a windshield, when I came and picked my truck up there was damage all around the truck, deep scratches on the sides, hood and bonnet of the truck, I had to point this out to the dealership. Now the dealership took responsibility of their third party windshield repair company and tried to polish out the scratches, but to no avail they were to deep. Team ford then stated that they did not want to paint as it would be to tough to match up to the factory. The next idea came from their speciality department to put on a light bar and powder coat the frame to match the truck, great idea but still disappointed that my truck would be still damaged (scratched up) due to a 3rd parties negligence. I went along with this as I could not see anyway to correct the situation or start a claim with my insurance company or legal. We now jump to this past month where the truck went in for oil change, new windshield, leak in the water pump, tire rotation, rearview mirror vibrates, front shocks squeal. Find out that they cannot do the windshield without having to remove the light bar to the tune of 440.00 each time, so you know I have a maintenance package on this vehicle that covers windshields, tire rotation , oil changes etc. It took me 2 weeks to get service to call me back because there 3rd party windshield could not do the windshield ( truck sat there all day with little done to it), another week for the service manager to call me ( and said I would call you the next day) still have not heard back from their service manager ( 6 days), truck still has a cracked windshield, leaking water pump, tires never got torqued, rearview mirror vibrates ( had to put up an elastic), front shocks still squeal. We are close to a month with nothing fixed. Not sure if this is the service that Team Ford would want advertised, but what is a person to do when you are getting nothing done, being asked to pay for something that ultimately in the end was not your fault but the dealerships vendor. We bought a 2008 F350 from Teamford/Go Auto in January 2013, to date; this vehicle has been in their repair shop 6 times in this past year. Warranty was forced on my husband for this vehicle, however each time the vehicle goes in, he is told half the repairs won't be covered under this vehicle. We have basically bought a lemon. My husband loses $1000 a day as he uses his truck for his company. Each time the vehicle goes in the repair shop, it sits there for 2 - 3 weeks for repairs to be done. If you do the math, this vehicle has lost us a lot of money by just sitting in the repair shop. We spoke with sales manager, service manager and finally Darrel Gretzkey the general manager, who all just tried to upsell my husband a brand new vehicle that would cost us additional $60,000 Finally when the vehicle went in for the 6th time, due to the turbo needing replaced, my husband finally said he would look at a newer truck. This dealership got in a 2013 F350 with 63,000km that was in pretty rough shape. We talked to Darrel about this vehicle for a trade in, not only did Darrel lower the trade in value for our truck but refused to lower the asking price of $51,000 on this 2013 when retail suggested resale value as per blackbook this truck is only valued at $42,000. When we asked Darrel to lower the value of this truck, he laughed at us and said he would rather have unsatisfied customer than lose any money. We decided that we were not going to be ripped off from this company anymore, as this has been our 4th vehicle from them. While waiting for turbo to be fixed the repair shop told us that there are cracks in the pipes and that it wont be covered under warranty and it will cost us $1200. Once again more money we spending out of our own pocket and yet another thing warranty wont cover. We asked Darrel that this should be something dealership should cover and he said no, we even talked to Casey at goauto customer service and he told us that it's only suggested that we get pipes fixed but we can still drive this truck with cracked pipes. Purchased last 2 vehicles here and tried for #3. Never again. We were not given accurate pricing on discounts and interest rates for leasing. All they were interested in was getting 10 out of 10 on the customer survey. Salesman kept running back to the "secret" office in the back to get us " the best deal ". Yeah right!! Decided to try out a non Go Auto dealership. Much better service, no BS and saved an extra $1500 with better payments. Repeat terrible service! I am a long time Ford customer. I have been to quite a few dealerships over the years and this one is by far the worst. I currently own a 2015 Escape, A 2008 Ranger and a 2015 Anniversary Mustang GT. My latest experience here has driven me to voice something. Last spring, I brought my wife's escape in for it's first service and to put the summer tires on. I booked the appointment, in person, over 2 weeks earlier. I informed them what was required and they said no problem, see you then. When I dropped off the vehicle and told the service representative what is was there for, He looked at me sorta confused and said "we have the tires?" Not thinking anything of it I said "yup, in your storage" . He told me that it was all good and will be ready to go in a couple hours and we will give you a call. Approximately 3 hours go by and I get a call saying it was finished. About an hour later, I show up to find out the car is still on the lift not complete. So I went to the waiting room. an hour later I'm told it's finished. I go to pick it up and the tires were not changed. I ask where they were and they could not tell me. They took it back in and I waited in the waiting area again. Over an hour later, it was finally done. I never received a sorry or felt a sense of care on there part. Unimpressed, I left and never said anything. A couple months later I needed a couple parts for my Ranger. The parts employee ordered them for me and said they would be in the next day after 4pm cause they were just at the Ford warehouse. I told him great, see you then. The next day I showed up after 4pm. The employee told me that they were in, they just can't find them. Unable to reorder them cause of no stock, I sat and waited for them to find them. Over an hour later they found them. I never received a sorry. Unimpressed again, I left and never said anything. Then yesterday I brought my mustang in for it's service before I want to store it for the winter. I booked the appointment in the week earlier. I dropped it off a bit before the service time. The service representative was pleasant. We spoke how we were suppose to get freezing rain and 10 to 15 cm of snow this afternoon and I felt lucky I was getting my vehicle in and should be done and home before anything happens. She said "yup, you should be good to go. We will call you in a couple hours" 7 hours go by and I haven't heard anything. Seeing as how I live relatively close, I stopped by. I asked how much longer do they figure? He was unsure. They had not even looked at it yet. I asked how long does it usually take for an oil change and tire rotation. he said approx. 2 to 3 hours. I asked when do you think it might get in? He said, not sure. So I am looking around and there is no other cars in the service bay. 1 car was just pulling in to the quick lane. I see 5-6 employees standing around and talking, but it does not appear busy. Sure, It could be busy, but this employee did not say anything, just looked at me. So, by this time its looking like my car will be there a minimum 9 to 10 hours. But probably longer. I said I had my car booked in for a 7:30am appointment and he interrupted and said "that's just a drop off time, We'll get to it whenever we can" I now look outside and it's snowing and I am starting to get slightly annoyed. He asked if I told them it was urgent? I didn't think that mattered. But we did talk about snow and how I wanted to avoid it but I guess your appointment means nothing unless you tell them its urgent. I feel I was getting bumped all day because I didn't tell them I need this urgently. With extra emphasis on the urgent. With past history in mind, I asked for the service manager. He told me that he was the manager. Now I am taken back a bit. This is the customer service I was receiving from there "top" employee. I was taken back a bit. Again, I never received a sorry or a sense of care from him. No, I'll look into it or anything. I asked what am I suppose to do and he just shrugged his shoulder's. I am now so unimpressed by this customer service I just asked for my keys back so I can go. I got my car back and in the passenger seat was a GoAuto snow brush. Now in my current state of mind, I'm not thinking this is funny. He might not have meant it to be that way, but because I just said I planned this so I would avoid the snow, I more feel like he was trying to be cleaver. I now have my car at home in the garage with an incomplete service due. It's snowing outside and we are in a severe weather warning. The more I think about the old oil in the engine, the more upset I get. I HAVE FMPP!!! I've paid for this service. I did receive a call from their manager later that evening. He did apologize but we haven't come to a mutual solution. He seemed more worried about getting a bad review then figuring out how to avoid these situations. I bought a used toyota matrix from these guys in December 2013. The guy who had owned it before me had pimped it out with tinted windows, 18" rims, and a super loud rumbly muffler. I made it very clear that my condition for buying the car was I wanted the annoying muffler sound completely gone. I'm pretty sure they even charged me extra. They were super nice and accommodating to me when I was in the process of buying the car from them. They said they fixed it. They didn't. It just took me a while to notice that the sound was just muffled somehow and that the muffler was the same one. They never replaced it like they said they did. I started calling them in March to see if they would fix it. I talked to my sales guy and he said to go get an oil change and see if that would help. I did get an oil change and it didn't. I called him back and he told me to take my car in to the shop at the new car service center the following saturday. I even asked if there was a specific time I needed to take it in. He said as long as it was before closing time. So I take it in. No one has a clue that I was coming or why the heck I was there. The guy at the service center seemed nice and said he would call my salesperson and talk to him and sort it out. Over the next two weeks I kept calling the service guy and he kept saying that my sales guy should be calling me shortly. By this time, it had been probably a month of trying to get a hold of my sales guy so I was fed up with dealing with him. Eventually, I stop hearing anything from them so I go in to to the dealership myself and talk to some other used car salesman. He then told me that my previous sales guy no longer worked there. This was news to me. He took my info and said he would get me an appointment to get my muffler changed. A few days go by, I hear nothing. I have to go in again and talk to the guy again. They finally booked me an appointment for the following monday. I drop my car off on monday, like they said. I have to call them later that week because no one even bothered to call me to tell me that my car had been fixed the next day and had been sitting in front of the dealership for a few days. Thankfully, the muffler was finally changed and it does sound so much better. But the customer service was the worst I've ever experienced. I;ve never been bounced around so much and it was obvious that since I had already bought the car from them, they didn't care at all. It was ridiculous and incredibly irritating. I started contacting them middle of march and the whole process wasn't finished until May 9th. I'll give them 2 stars strictly for the fact that the muffler was finally changed and I didn't have to pay. But the process was so painful and there are some really shady people that work there. I recently traded a vehicle to go to a smaller vehicle to save on monthly payments. This was very clear at the time of the purchase. When the deal was completed, I was asked to put a deposit down to hold the vehicle until the paperwork was done. I was advised that the deposit would be returned to me when I picked up the vehicle. When I went to get the vehicle, I was advised that the deposit had been used without my permission as a down payment and would not be returned to me. Team Ford dealership had a 2012 Honda Civic Coupe SI for sale. We were interested in this car for our son. We phone first & had 2 phone conversations with the salesperson Taj regarding the price of the car. I then received a phone call from the sales manager Cory. I informed Cory that we have a set budget & ($13,500.00) that is not flexable & asked for a price from him inclusive of GST & all costs in order for us to bother to attend to see the car. Cory informed me that he can settle for $14,000.00 incluive of all costs. We attened & tried to strike a deal with Taj. He gave us a price of $14,500.00 + GST. We then spoke with Cory about his price. Cory denied ever giving the $14,000.00 price. Upon confronting him of his lie, & after some discussions he agreed to the price he quoted. We eventually bought the car but it is clear that Cory, the sales manager will go to any lengthsincluding beinf untruthful, to lure a customer in for the purpose of a sale! No integrity at all. Cannot complain about Taj & his efforts, but he is at the mercy of his sale manger......... SERVICE REVIEW - I made an appointment for first thing Monday in advance, not knowing that they were days behind. I had to call on Tuesday as I hadn't heard anything and was told they'd get to it the next day. Heard nothing Wednesday. Called this morning and was informed it hadn't been looked at. When I went to remove my vehicle from them, it took close to 45 mins because not only was it covered in a foot of snow, it also ironically wouldn't start for them (the reason I brought it in). Leo was completely unapologetic and told me that they "can't predict the future". I can appreciate that this may be a busy time of year for them, but if they knew they were that backed up, they should at least inform the customer of such (or perhaps not be argumentative when they are in the wrong). They had my vehicle for 3 whole days, did nothing with it and didn't communicate with me at all. Not only did I waste time on my day off to bring my vehicle in but I was also 2 hours late to work today as I had to bring my car elsewhere for servicing. Terrible experience with service department ,will never return. Bought my truck from team ford two years ago and it's been serviced there ever since. Had multiple issues with the interior of my truck that was never fixed. Issues with my passenger seat rattling back and forth. Took it into the service department to have it fixed, was told flat out there was nothing they can do. And other trucks do the same thing. My passenger seat moved back and forth greater than 1/2" causing annoying sounds going over bumps not to mention a safety issue. They never tried to repair or replace any parts and instead just tried to get ride of me by making a ridiculous excuse that other brand new truck did the same thing. When I first got the truck it never did this, nor did they show me another truck that did. Contacted Ford Canada customer service and got in touch with a manager. Again same conclusion, nothing they can do and deemed normal operation. Took my vehicle to another dealership and they diagnosed my problem within a day and had the parts installed in three. They where appalled that Team Ford could not fix the issue. It a broken seat track, simple replacement part. If I were to get into a collision and something happened regarding that seat what would have happened? Not only this but the staff working in the service department seem like they hate there jobs and don't want to be there. Doesn't make me confident my truck is being taken car of properly.
