Team health care does a great job. Our whole family goes there and if we have any medical issue we start there. They have a very holistic approach to things and they genuinely care about their patients. 9 times out of 10, they have a therapy that will help the issue you might be having. They are also great at getting me in on short notice if something needs attention. I have had issues with plantar fasciitis, some lower back and neck issues, and a couple other things all corrected at Team Health Care with different treatments targeted for the specific issue. The chiropractors are very experienced and are good problem-solvers which is rare at any medical practice right now. I have an autistic daughter and I wanted more answers and help for her so I decided to try Team Health Care. I had to go to three separates times for 3 different assessments. I was already bringing her to a chiropractor somewhere else so we decided to do some neurological exercises with the PT but some how they thought I wasn't going to do PT even though I said I wanted to so they never asked to schedule her (I had to ask). The biochemical assessments were what I was really interested in. They are very expensive and they wanted $200 for 1/2 hour to discuss each test result. They also told me to call the insurance company to see if the fecal test was covered or not. I called the insurance company and they told me Team Health Care had to call. So I went in and told the receptionist that and she wrote a note to Julie to call me. I did not hear from her for over 3-4 days so I decided to cancel everything because of the lack of customer service and the amount of money they wanted. They asked if I wanted to talk to another lady but I said no because I was so upset. She called me anyway and left a voicemail saying that I had some questions I needed answered and to call her back. She didn't sound happy at all and never apologized (the only one that apologized was the receptionist). I can go to walk in labs anytime and not have to pay for a 200 dollar explanation of what the test results mean but I wanted to talk to a professional. I have been to other professional medical clinics for my daughter and have never had this bad of an experience. read more

Make sure before you go to Team Health Care, that their billing/Julie knows (and verifies) exactly what your insurance is and what it covers. They had info from several years ago which was not changed. They had the wrong deductible amount, and told my daughter(5 times) that she didn't owe anything because it was covered. After the first or second time, my daughter would have quit going because of the cost, but believed it was being covered. Of course, we were told it was our responsibility without any help from them. They should have worked with us on the problem. Julie took no responsibility on the errors, she blamed everyone else, even my daughter. We won't be going back to them because we are just a number, not a patient. read more

When I started going to team health about 5 years ago I had several issues, neck problem, back, stomachh, nerve pain, all sorts of problems that my medical doctor could not address. Great knowledgable staff, great atmosphere, great experience. They offer services like ozone and red light therapy that you would be hard pressed to find somewhere else. It was difficult to continue with treatment here as I was simply unable to afford it with insurance not helping (out of network), the cost per adjustment, and ozone and redlight not being covered by insurance whatsoever.
