Headed up by Frank Mares, Mgr... they'll eat up Lots of your time ... they'll focus on getting you invested and then they'll change the deal, or introduce new terms or conditions. My sales rep was Ron, who wasn't allowed to do anything without his floor sales manager's instruction. That meant delivering the slippery, news mostly. The best way to describe their strategy is... get the customer invested, then we'll change the deal. Think of a really sleazy car dealer, and that would begin describe what it's like to deal with these guys. Two new R1250 GSA's As we got to the end of our deal, which was for me to purchase (one of two I'm buying) 2023, BMW R 1250 (list $26k+) they start removing items from the agreed upon deal and adding new conditions to the deal. Then, late in the transaction, these sleazy guys casually mention the fuel tank of the brand new bike has a chip/dent in it ... Me, "really?" Them, "yeah, but it's no big deal, and with a tank bag on top nobody is gonna see it." Dealing with petty pickpockets - hoping you just toss your hands in the air and give up. I was in the market for a particular motorcycle; a Kawasaki KLR 650; generation 2; a dual-purpose motorcycle. I searched on CycleTrader.com and found that Mancuso Powersports at 10430 Southwest Freeway in Houston had a 2016 unit with extremely low miles. I contacted Mancuso Powersports at the 10430 Southwest Freeway location in Houston via the CycleTrader messaging system and later we communicated directly via email. I am a very serious and direct person and I asked Mancuso for a total out the door price on the unit I wanted to buy. Mancuso provided me an out the door price and in short order we came to agreement on the price. When I arrived at Mancuso I had in my hand the full payment for the bike, my driver's license and my proof of insurance; I had already put insurance on a bike I had not yet even seen....I already made up my mind I was buying the bike. I took a very thorough look at the bike and I was pleased in it's condition. They had the exact bike I wanted and it was literally brand new with only 1,200 miles on it. We finalized the deal. While the guys processed all the paperwork and did final preparations to the bike, I thoroughly looked at the inventory on hand and snooped around the dealership...I looked at all the bikes and looked at the parts section. I was impressed with what I saw; a very professional dealership all around. The location at 10430 Southwest Freeway is a huge operation. The variety of bike brands and types was impressive. Within about an hour or so my bike was loaded, the paperwork done and I was on the road again. For me it was a 12 hour round trip to Houston from rural San Antonio. I was happy with my purchase and there was not one issue or problem at all. ZERO. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Ivan and Antoine who I had previously communicated with via email. It was a pleasure to talk to Antoine very in-depth; Antoine is very personable, and he is in the right job. Before I departed the dealership, Eddie Rivera the general manager came out to thank me for my purchase with them. I have bought many new and used vehicles. My advice to prospective buyers: decide what vehicle/ motorcycle, etc. you want, do your research, get your financing in advance. The last stop in the Houston Indian motorcycle dealer t-shirt quest. No luck so far. Another multi-line dealership. Walked in and found the Indian area. A surprisingly large area, with decent supplies of bikes, accessories and clothing. But no destination t-shirts. Oh, well. Looked around a little more. Since no one had take an interest in us, out we went. A few seconds behind us was a manager. He caught up and asked if we had been assisted by anyone or if there were questions he could answer. He apologies profusely blaming staffing issues on illnesses - understood. I said no, it didn't matter because there were no dealer t-shirts. He told us that before now no one had ever thought to bring them in. He argued with upper management that some people come in just looking for tees & we just proved his point. Adding the store had placed an order a little while ago and asked us to come back in a few weeks. I explained that we were just visiting the area. His response? Get us to the parts counter, take our name and address with a promise of shirts to come. This level of customer service took a poor review to a stellar one. Great Job guys! read more

IF I COULD RATE THIS PLACE A 0 STAR I WOULD!!! My brother took his slingshot in June 9th to be serviced due to a minor accident in his slingshot. Tim told my brother that it would be ready in less than two weeks and it took about 4 months to actually get it back and running with the scrapes (from them) and USED parts they put on when using his insurance saying that it was a new sprocket. Which you will see in the pictures listed on this review. Also, they left his slingshot out in the rain UNCOVERED for however long they did since we were not aware of that and it was there for the 4 months. They messed up his lights in his slingshot (which they never fixed), had to change the battery because it was drained, changed the front bumper panel because they scratched it after they third time of picking it up, the list goes on and on with this hell hole!!! Tim was beyond rude and lied so many times. He avoided all calls and text messages. He claimed he did not like calls, so my brother texted him regarding his slingshot many times and he was ALWAYS just left on read. In October when we all finally went up there to get his slingshot it was supposed to start being worked on at 9AM to change out the used sprocket that they put in so we went out to run a few errands, came back at 4PM and the slingshot was parked in the same spot, never touched or worked on. This has been the worst customer service from Tim to Jeff to Cameron! The entire service department is a complete JOKE & will cash your insurance check without you even signing for it (TOTALLY ILLEGAL)!!!!!! My brother will be writing his review on here soon!!! He will be able to go into further detail with everything that was done here and not done here!!!!! Save yourself the stress, time, and money and go somewhere else!!!!! I really keep trying to like these guys and they keep giving me reason after reason not to. After buying my brand new bike from them, it got a nail in the tire in less than 3,000 miles. They tried to say it was out of warranty due to tread wear. I had to fight it all the way up the the store manager to get past that one. After a while, I realized they don't actually repair bikes. They don't repair anything. They only replace parts. So let's say you need to have your bike repaired and you can't deliver it to them. You call for a pick up. Two days go by. No pick up. You call the service department, "Hey you told me yesterday morning you would pick up my bike, and it's still here this afternoon." They reply, "That sounds like a great question for the service manager, I will have him call you." He doesn't call. When calling back, it's like, "Hey do you guys want my money even? Because if you can't come get the bike like you promised, I'm going somewhere else." And they reply, "You should make plans to go somewhere else." I recommend everyone go somewhere else. Would have given 1 star, but they actually did help me out in other ways. The parts department has their stuff together. And the GM is a decent guy. Service Dept is off in la la land. read more

This store has great inventory and plenty of room to walk between the bikes. However, they seem to always be under staffed on the weekends. They will have one guy for each brand, and so if you have questions, you are going to have to wait, and wait, and wait. I had one guy start helping me and in the middle of doing paperwork went and started talking to another customer. He clearly was trying to make two sales at one time. The parts I ordered came in later than I was promised, some of the parts were the wrong ones too. I gave them three stars because they did have a few good employee's who helped me out. I purchased a new Triumph Tiger Explorer from them in April 2016, with lots of extras at a heavily discounted price, working with Daniel Portanova, a great sales guy, who gave me options to consider and road tests on various BMW & Triumph bikes before I settled on the Triumph. However the after sales service did not match the sales team when Tim McKnight was there, they took forever to complete the simplest work and I spent many hours looking around their shop. Spare parts dept. was pretty good but they had to order in most items. After purchase I had issues with service quality and time taken before they announced they are no longer a Triumph dealer !! Now I have to travel to Katy and the Polaris dealership for services, they are great. A lot of effort is needed to keep loyal customers coming back after the sale, or they will switch to other brands and dealerships. I switched to Team Mancuso after BMW dealerships (Cycle Shack and Wild West Honda) stopped supporting BMW and I had nowhere local to go. Now I am in the same boat again with Triumph and Team Mancuso, and now I have to order parts on-line and DIY. read more

We informed the guys that we were buying a Honda ruckus earlier in the morning and they informed us that the paper work and assembly would be completed beforehand. We arrived at noon and waited for TWO HOURS for these guys to get everything prepared and ready to sign after knowing we were going to spend a pretty significant amount of money for the Ruckus. They didn't help load the ruckus in the back of the truck after the wait. Forgot to put the temporary license plate on the ruckus. Customer service was not up to par and I will be bringing my business elsewhere. read more

I had been shopping around for a Victory Cross Country. I was set on how much I wanted to spend, but was flexible on what model between the 8-ball and tour. I had horrible experiences at Cowboy Powersports in Beaumomt and Mancuso Powersports Gulf Freeway. I came in to Mancuso Powersports 59 and had the best experience ever. I don't like pushy sales people when I am coming in with cash and know what I want. AJ was my salesman and he took care of me and got me the deal I wanted. I have also done my 500 mile service with them and in all my dealings with the staff there I have nothing but positives to say. From the manager to the sales manager to AJ my salesman to the parts and service department, you guys are spot on. I have a 2017 Victory highball I purchased from mancuso north. Well they no longer have the equipment to do warranty work on my bike. Told me to take it to Mancuso 59. Well I did and that was two weeks ago. The throttle was sticking and through a code for a bad o2 sensor. Oh, and I needed a safety inspection. I dropped the bike off on Saturday two weeks ago and they said it on schedule to have a mechanic look at it on Tuesday. Well on Wednesday I called and was told it would be next Tuesday. I was a little let down but understood. Called that following tuesday, still hasn't made it to a mechanic. It's now Saturday, 2 weeks from when I dropped it off and still have no idea when I can get my bike back. I wojt be taking my bike back here for anything. Was looking to get a side by side for the family and I, but I now I know not to get it from these guys. This is a terrible let down. Mancuso North was simply amazing before they lost the software to work on my bike. I'm really disappointed in the service I have received here. Been told people will call me back and they don't. If I could give this business a lower rating I would. I dropped off my brand new 2019 RXT 300 to get an oil change and repair on the hull for fiberglass damage. The service department has terrible customer service and they treat their customer like crap. It's frustrating that I have to do their work for them to call back and forth with insurance and the 3rd party repair shop just to get the process started. When I asked for the estimate, nobody could give me one or kept saying the manager has it, it has been 3 weeks and 10-15 phone calls later. Still no answer and my jetski is sitting there doing nothing. I would have had better luck putting duck tape on the bottom of my jetski and riding it out. Here I am again with another review, THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!! I bought a Ducati and was told by the sales guy I'd be able to use my warranty regardless of the whether I reached the mileage markers or not even though I explained to the sales guy I don't ride much and that's why I bought 6 the services. Even the service writer communicated the same thing, come to find out they lied. TM won't honor the maintenance I paid for unless I put 15K miles on the bike. Straight out of the service manager and Allan the GM's mouth.....ride the bike more. TM won't work with you, nor will they listen to a word you say, simply put they'll lie to your face just to make a sale. I wanted to know who my sales person was and they refused to tell me his name or whether he works there anymore. The GM fails to train properly and ignores the shoddy sales tactics used by their sales team, don't take my word for it, look at the other reviews. I asked to speak to someone higher than the GM to which they hung up, called back and the service desk took my number down so someone from corporate can call me back. I don't believe a word out of their mouth. I suggest to not buy a thing from them, go some place else, these guys will straight up lie to you and will not honor what they say. read more

I've bought lots of bikes in my day and dealt with several dealerships, too. And honestly, most of my experiences have been pretty good becaues I simply left if I had a bad feeling about a dealer. With that said, this IS BY FAR the best bike shop I've ever visited. They have a real professional at ever single position--whether it be the receptionist, sales team, parts, finance, you name it. You will not spot a teenage girl working there twisting her hair and scrolling her FB account while fumbling to find an answer to your question (real story from a local dealer). No, you're going to find someone who knows what's going on. LET'S TALK ABOUT ROB! Best sales guy I've ever chatted with. I feel like he was honest and a straight shooter. Also, while I likely looked like a homeless person the day I went in there, Rob never judged. We struck a deal where Mancuso made some money and I got a good deal on a CBR1000rr. In less than an hour I had already talked to him about the bike, struck a deal, and they began to get the bike ready to go. If you are in the market for any type of bike, ROB is the guy to chat with. Now, here is where I was really impressed. At the time I purchased the bike, I really did not know anything about it. So, I asked the parts guys to order a slip on that would work on the bike without a tune and would not be the loudest thing in the neighborhood. Well, they made a mistake and ordered the loudest pipe available with an exhaust flow design that would not work on my bike without a tune. Although the store policy is no refunds on special order parts like that, they admitted to the error and made it right!!! I've had to deal with dealers in the past that just chalked things like that up to "your problem, not ours." I had the 500 mile service done there too. Again, top notch treatment and greeted by Fred, another true professional. I will definitely continue to do business there, and since the Mancuso family of dealerships sells everything under the sun, it'll be the FIRST place I go to buy my next bike. First off, my bike purchase and parts purchases have both been great, no problems there. They were always friendly and helpful and I was very satisfied. I later purchased an OEM center stand from them for my Honda Africa Twin and upon attempting to install it I couldn't quite muscle the second spring on by myself. I went to their service department and requested assistance with the spring install. The service counter guy came out to look at my bike and was confused on how it was to be installed (it's a standard double spring install that raises and holds the center stand - similar with all bikes). He asked me if I had the instructions? I told him that I was able to install the first spring, but I wasn't able pull the second spring far enough by myself since I didn't have a proper spring pulling tool, which I'm sure their motorcycle mechanic has. He remained confused stating that their mechanic may have to disassemble the center stand in order to install the springs, billing me for work that was already done. With that said, I left very dissatisfied. Due to this experience I doubt that I will be bring my bike back for any future service. If they can't figure out how to install a spring on an OEM Honda part, how can I trust them to properly service my motorcycle engine and components. Their inexperienced service counter guy truly did their dealership a disservice! Instead of telling me how he might be able to help me, he spent the majority of his time telling me how he could't help me. read more

I was looking to purchase an atv with TMP59 recently and was highly disappointed. I was greeted upon entry and my sales associate was very helpful. The experience went sour once I went into the finance room to discuss the purchase. I immediately was met with hostility and anger. Even so, I started to explain that I'm a firefighter paramedic and former military and my reason for purchasing the atv. I also proceeded to discuss a possible amount off as this was my third atv in a year with Mancuso. The finance manager then angrily stated " you aren't getting a penny off!" I then stated " can we make a deal? Maybe lower the freight fee?" He then stated " i'm not helping you!" I then ended the meeting and exited the office. I was highly disappointed with my visit and quite frankly unnerved. I was really hoping to be treated with hospitality especially since I was a returning customer. This review is of Mancuso Powersports SERVICE DEPARTMENT only. I have taken my bikes here for 4 years and have continually seen the service department go downhill. The price quoted for standard jobs (i.e. tire changes, equipment installations, factory scheduled services...) can be several hundred dollars difference between 1 employee and the next. Leading me to believe that they do not have a standard "hour+labor" charge. As of late, 2 of the 3 "boys" at the service desk looked stoned beyond belief (either that, or they REALLY need to get more rest), and haven't a clue about customer service or the job they are supposed to be doing. Most of all though, is the QUALITY OF SERVICES RENDERED. A few weeks back, I called and scheduled an appointment to have a particular service done on my bike. I was told it would be an HOUR AND A HALF JOB. IT TOOK THEM 4 HOURS!!! And no one ever came out to tell me why it took so long. After walking back and forth between the waiting area and the counter for hours, questioning if my bike was ready, it was finally delivered to me. WITH BOLTS AND WIRES STILL LOOSE!!!! I will not go into details of what all was wrong, but trust me, I was SHOCKED at the condition they expected me to ride away in. They are lucky that I saw the issues and didn't just take off down the road. It would be possibly be my death on their hands instead of a harsh review. I will not have my bike worked on by "Team" Mancuso Powersports again. Their "Team" sucks and is a danger to the biking community. read more

I called and ask if they could order a bolt for a 2008 Goldwing. My cost for the bolt was $1.60. I was told that I had to pay for it before it could be ordered. I have bought other stuff from them in the past. And found this to be strange since it was only $1.60. I ask the guy on the phone to ask his manager if he would waive this since it was not an expensive part. He came back on the phone and told me the manager said no has to be pre-paid before ordering. These people Lost a customer over $1.60. I hung up and Called Stubbs and had the part by the end of the week. Will not buy anything from Mancuso. This is the last place on the planet that I ever buy my motorcycle the reason because I purchased two bikes brand-new in last two years in 2016 I purchases suzuki Hayabusa brand new but I felt it that I made a biggest mistake of my life because at that time general manager named James he treated me like he's doing me a favor for selling me that bike for that price and in 2017 I received a call from Mancuso corporate office telling me that they have changed the whole new management and there's a new GM name David when I went to see him seems really nice person I'm finally make a deal for 2017 Suzuki and 109R boss addition I finally signed the papers and I asked him to deliver me the bike please because I do not have time to pick it up he sure did deliver it to me for no cost and I'm really thankful for that but they deliver me the dead bike it has 0.01 miles mean this bike never even tested for anything and the battery was in it was 100% dead it's been a two weeks I received my bike and still they haven't came to fix it or check what's wrong with it is it a battery or something else just because it wasn't never been tested GM David really don't care about the customer after signing the papers in my personal opinion I would not recommend this dealership to anybody 2 ugly experience 2 year in a row with two brand-new bikes I'm done with this place for good TMP59 read more
