Called to ask question about brake discs and the guy doesn't even let me finish asking questions before he hangs up on me. I call back to ask about prices and he says your the same guy who just called and I'm finish talking to you because I cannot help you. Sucks that this place has do many bad reviews, I was seriously going to try to purchase a cbr from them today..

I went in to buy a scooter for my son from them and they actually recommended a less expensive one. I asked about the differences and what they said made sense. They also said I should think about getting him a good helmet, which I totally forgot about. Then they made me a deal on the bike and helmet. It's rare these days to find this kind of straight shooting. I will recommend them to my friends. read more

Horrible, horrible place. My husband and I purchased a go kart here on Christmas Eve from the lady owner for $1400. Christmas Day we were so excited to surprise our sons; however, the kart would not cut on. We tried several times. At this point my sons are so upset, did I say this happened on Christmas Day. So my husband had to pull out jumper cables and try to get it going. After several tries he finally got it to start. So are you thinking what clearly I'm thinking that this should be happening one day after you purchase this kart. So we called the store on Monday after Christmas and received a message that they were on break until January 5th. So fast forward until today, January 16th. My husband loads the kart on his truck and takes it back to the store for them to replace the faulty battery, tires and headlight that was not working correctly. The owner was very rude and nasty towards my husband and refused to fix the kart. He insisted that he pay for a diagnostic and the repairs. Really?? We have not had this kart 30 days and it has NEVER operated correctly. Please stay away from this place they are awful. My husband called the police and filed a report and we will be escalating this matter further. A shame one has to go to these measures to get someone to do the right thing. read more

Never felt a need to post on Yelp until now... I bought a supposedly new electric ride-on car toy for my granddaughter from these folks. The display model was high up on a shelf and was "the only one in stock" in the color I wanted. Found it a little strange that I had to sign a release for a little electric car before they loaded it up into my car, but it was new, so I didn't think too much about it at the time - I have to do that with furniture or large items when I take them home myself and there's potential to damage them. A few days later I charged the battery before its first use and noticed the bumper on the front was loose on one end. When I lifted the front of the car to see the underside I found obvious impact damage that had broken the bumper supports, including one side that now had no support at all. When I called to simply get the toy exchanged for a new one, the person answering the phone let me know that they had four more in stock, but I'd have to speak to the owner but he wasn't there at the time. When I called later, the owner was totally calm and completely and absolutely unsupportive, mentioning during the conversation that it was Chinese manufactured with no warranty and he only made ten bucks on it anyway. Also said he wouldn't take it back or replace it because he would lose the purchase price and asked why he should be expected to do that. At most, he offered for me to bring it in and they'd see if they could fix it. What I attempted to convince him is that I bought a NEW vehicle and this wasn't in new condition. Basically he said it was my responsibility to check it before taking it, and that he didn't know what I had done with it since leaving. I asked him if I was supposed to flip the "new" car upside down to see if there's any damage before signing his release form. Absolutely ZERO support... from the owner himself! I then set about to repair it myself to avoid the 25 mile trip to his shop, and when studying it even more closely, not only did I find even more damage, but obvious signs of attemped repairs - a white caulk-like substance applied across one of the cracks and signs of glue as well. To make it even worse, I also found a broken off support for one of the two screws that hold down the seat - Eduardo at the shop had removed the seat with me standing there so that he could connect the battery to demonstrate it running around... he obviously knew it was damaged when it was sold as he had nothing to put a screw into on the right side of the seat... so he didn't! I would NEVER, EVER do business with people like this again and I very much told them so. read more

They changed my tire later I noticed it's not balanced. I took my motorcycle there again and they worked on it for one more hour and again It wasn't balanced. At this point they tell me they don't know how to fix it since it's a spokes wheel. These guys have no idea what they are doing. Their service is horrible. read more

this is the worst customer service I have ever had. First they were open 45 minutes late because everybody forgot the keys. II the two females one of which is the manager could not do anything and told me I had to wait until 12:30 or 10. I called back at 2:30 they tell me the owner came and left without telling them anything. I called back in 2 days they didn't even call me by mechanic when I was out there has been a huge miscommunication between them two. They lied to me on the phone then the manager called me back and told me to call him because I was in the store that I would have to deal with me. Further they still did not have the answer to the question one week later. I would not recommend it to anybody unless you want a world of confusion. I definitely would buy anything from them because if you do if anything goes wrong you're going to get run around. One of the worst businesses I have been to in the last 10 years read more
