This was only one of two nearby locations for Aprila motorcycles so I popped in to take a look at…read morethe new color scheme of one of the models. It just so happened I was greeted by a new salesperson and I told him I was not in the market yet but I wanted to throw a leg of the bike to see how it felt. No pressure, no pushy sales techniques so color me impressed. I took his information and thanked him. If I were to buy a bike that day he would be the type of salesperson I could deal with. On the flip side, as I was driving away I noticed the back lot in disarray with bikes and parts crammed everywhere. This is just my personal opinion, if their organization of high value items are stored as such; do I really want to be riding 70 mph on a motorcycle that was assembled in those conditions. Just my personal thought...

Due to the 2-3 month wait period they said they would give me a new back tire as backup and a seat bracket so the seat isn't sliding around, but been 4months since and still haven't received anything. They will lie about how much the down payment is and up it when you send money for me was 1100 down then 1600. The bike in question the ecu blew and they blocked me and wont reply to my messages. P.S I probably drove the bike a total of 5hrs overall the time it wasn't going back to the shop(aka dealership), don't buy from these dumb a** people they just want to scam you. Found out as well the boss is a dick not gonna say who told me but yeah good luck if you buy from this s***hole.

Overall my experience i had in the past decade of searching for a bike, I've been in MILLIONS of…read moreplaces and none were as incredible as It was here. In every motorcycle dealership, it is clearly important by the way you approach. Sometimes just straight to the point or without not even knowing what someone wants. I made my way through very nice selection of models, cruisers, etc. I KNEW what I had in mind and the Favorable thing was that I was given straight up awesome deals, as anyplace or anyone it takes a process and it all seemed to go extremely fast, very excellent communication, and the team, all the team served very productive and excellence deal. I had an excellent experience working with Sabrina. She made the entire motorcycle buying process smooth, straightforward, and stress-free from beginning to end. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions honestly, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. On top of the all the great advice, she offered very competitive pricing that made the deal even better. I truly appreciated her professionalism, transparency, and dedication to helping me find the right motorcycle. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about her customers and makes the buying experience easy, I highly recommend private Club Powersports thanks on my first motorcycle purchase it's a dream come true

My experience with Private Club Power Sports has been nothing short of unacceptable. I purchased a…read more2023 Polaris Slingshot from them in October, only to receive a vehicle with damages that were never disclosed at the time of sale. That alone raises serious concerns about their honesty and business practices. To make matters worse, the vehicle was delivered with only one key, and I was never provided the passcode/key information. For a purchase like this, that's basic and should never be overlooked. It is now April, and I still have not received a copy of the title. This has completely delayed my ability to properly register the vehicle and has created ongoing frustration. For a dealership to drag this out for months is inexcusable. Trying to get answers has been a constant runaround. I've been passed from one person to another with no accountability, no clear communication, and no resolution. Management has been just as ineffective--slow responses, empty promises, and no real effort to fix the situation. This experience feels like once they got the money, they stopped caring entirely. Between the undisclosed damage, missing key/passcode information, failure to provide proper paperwork, and lack of professionalism, I cannot recommend this company to anyone--especially if you are purchasing from out of state. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This has been a costly and stressful mistake.

Not trust worthy sell jeeps with issues and lie to customers. These guys sell Jeeps with "Branded"…read moretitles on vehicles and do not let customers know. This means the title is not clean and will affect your insurance and if you want to get a warranty no company will approve you. Do not believe the phony and fake smiles these are con artists not business men and will take advantage of you in the end. Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable place to conduct your business. Do not make the same mistake I did and trust them "Buyer Beware". Also the Jeep had major issues including engine (they repaired it just enough so I wouldn't find out till later). Spent over $12K to get the needed repairs done some of them were the customization they did which took over 3 months just for radio, alarm, and a few other items also they charged me for a kill switch and alarm but never installed the kill switch they said it was part of the alarm but charged me separately and never refunded my money. I normally do not post reviews like this but this has been the worst experience of my life do yourself a favor and just go to Total Off Road & More. If you do not believe me ask around you will see the positive reviews you see on Google do not reflect their reputation which is horrible.

When I arrived home I noticed that there was damage done to the PPF on the roll bar. I then removed the hard top to discover that as they removed the soft top they severely gouged the paint down to bare metal. I contacted the company to notify them of the damage and they refused to take any responsibility and take action to address the damage. If anyone decides to use this shop beware of the risks involved if they damage your vehicle, because they will not take responsibility for any damage.
