I am very disappointed in the way that the TN office in Lake Havasu treats their customers. I had…read more6 units sprayed for pests (3 had problem, but they recommended I have all 6 sprayed) I paid an "intensive" initial service fee of $725.00 to start the service. The tech came back out to treat again within 30 days because the 3 units with problem were still seeing them. They only guarantee "temporary control of pests and a retreatment within 30 days of the "intensive initial treatment." Buyer beware, read the fine print on contract. Within 2 months, tenants reported still seeing pests here and there. I called TN, and was told that I would need to pay the service fee again to get the service started and then pay a mthly fee to maintain for 1 year. I was not sent a reminder or a phone call to inform me that I can convert to a mthly service so I would not have to pay the initial fee again. That is my fault for not reading the details of the contract, but the office manager would not budge and because I didn't agree to pay for the fee to get it started again, the rep said they won't be able to help me. This was the worst customer service and very unfair business practice and very very disappointed that they would not help a customer that had the service done and could've offered a resolution. Sorry for the long post, but I am very dissatisfied with the customer service. As for Michael, tech, he was very helpful, they have a good product, but very very disappointed in their system and how they treat their customers.

I did my rounds in attaining quotes from the big termite companies, they were very expensive and told us we had other pest issues we would have to take care of when initially we just called for termite/fumigation. Ultimately I got a recommendation for Encite. At our first meeting Mike was honest and straight forward and didn't try to sell us things we didn't need, we knew we had to take our business to them. Mike confirmed what we assumed already about the other companies that they had lied to us about issues just to upsell their services. Since the fumigation we have had no issues and have since become quarterly pest control customers with Encite. Adam has been attentive to any issues we have with pest, we used to have a lot of ant issues and we no longer have those large ant infestations we would normally always expect after rain or in the summer.
