We took it in to get cleaned up after a bag installation mistake that filled the compartment with filth. I was prepared to buy a new machine. They said they could put it right and for a few hundred bucks up charge they could make it "look and function like new." I told my wife no way. She told me to get out of the way and ordered the service upgrade. She was right. They made the vacuum look and function like new. It's been a few months and the vacuum is still like new.
