I was recommended this shop by a BMW repair shop, so i figured this shop can knock out the inline 6 no sweat. They resurfaced the deck to the smoothest finish they can and it's crazy good ready for MLS gasket. Reasonably priced for a deck resurface and oil bath after (previous shop didn't even do that). My coworker also sent his son's honda engine to this shop for full rebuild bore and hone with sourcing the oversized pistons.

That's fine, its their prerogative on what they can and will work on. But it could have been handled so much better. Someone up front with an ounce of empathy could have explained they didn't do that and made me ok with and gotten a chance to earn my business for next time. Not this guy. So I won't be back.
