Under Alex's care, my arm got much better, and eventually, the pain is completely gone. I came back to Alex seven months ago, because of the pain in my left leg, and the left knee. Also, the pain in my neck was interfering with my sleep at night. Today, both my neck pain and my left leg have improved, and I can sleep soundly. We researched in advance and confirmed with BCBS PPO that they were in-network so we though it would be reasonable. We were really hoping to get help. Something here seems amiss. First we went in for a evaluation to see what was needed, consultation and x-rays. Then we had a follow up visit to get treatment. We were then asked to immediately pay ~$1100 (the remaining of our deductible) and directed that we would need at least 24 visits to help my wife's spinal situation. It was also clear that the doctor didn't want to get involved with front desk financial discussions, likely by design. Then, once we found issue with these options, they immediately offered to wipe out the $1100 "needed" charge and just schedule the 24 visits for therapy; which they knew from insurance we had available. And to add, they were very quick to try and schedule while my wife was confused with the financial gymnastics that just happened. Upon questioning their protocol, she was asked if the issue was financial. Regardless of their questionable approach, it was strange that they would waive the fee and still offer the same treatment. Had we not been savvy enough to question their practice, we would have been duped into spending this unneeded money to which I'm sure many pay unquestionably as they're in pain and desperate for help. I would highly question using this as you practitioner and seriously vet their billing techniques before committing to anything. They may be great chiropractors but their business techniques are highly questionable, cause reason for concern and encourage the need to seek alternative options. I truly wish our experience was better and wish them the best, perhaps it was just a bad day with poor advice and we're an anomaly. But we're pretty down to earth folks and something seemed quite strange. I grew up in the neighborhood across the street and value supporting local business, this was discouraging to say the least.

He has done some form of electrical therapy on my knee (no, it doesn't hurt), has helped my back recover quickly, and has helped my overall health.
