We only stopped to see if we could make an appointment for the next day for service of our Highlander leaking/raining water on the front passenger side. Paul B., asst service manager heard us explaining our dilemma of being out-of-towners & volunteered to look at the car right then...he not only looked at it, he repaired it & let us know he would be available for anything else that might be needed---possible problems with carpet molding, etc. Thank God it all turned out good without needing anything else!!! TEAM TOYOTA TRIED TO SCAM ME OUT OF $600 I initially called and got a quote over the phone for a Toyota Technical Service Bulletin repair. After calling around, I went with Team Toyota since they had the best price. When scheduling, I thanked them for the decent price, and the woman I was speaking to, Leslie, asked me "out of curiosity" how much the other quotes were and I told her it was a difference of about $600. Shortly after I dropped my car off, Leslie called me saying the repair required an additional part, so my total cost would be $600 more than I was quoted. The quote requested was for a common Toyota Technical Service Bulletin, with WELL DOCUMENTED parts that are required. When I asked what additional $600 part was needed, she couldn't tell me. I was then transferred to the manager, who also couldn't tell me what part was being added to my service. He said "the mechanics sometimes find things when they start repairs". It seemed like this SCAM of adding "mystery parts" is something Team Toyota does regularly! I was familiar with the repair bulletin and the parts needed, so l told them they could stop working and have my car ready to be picked up. Much to my dismay I found myself in need of purchasing a new vehicle. Having owned Toyota and Lexus I decided to go with one of those. I called Team Toyota, Many answered, nice, polite. That changed when I went to the dealership; I was greeted by another guy who shook my hand with the weakest grip ever, like a dead fish, slimy too. I told him I wanted to see Mant; he said he was busy but he'd help me. I insisted but apparently Many was busy, although I was the only customer there. Anyway the guy said he'd get the car that I wanted to see, reluctantly I agreed. He grabbed the keys, about 15 min later, he came back w no car, he came to grab another guy and a battery charger. No prob, I understand, batteries go dead in dealerships. I waited and waited, finally after 20 min of waiting I left. Clearly there was something wrong with the car. As I left I saw from the street, the second guy was in the car while the other guy was under the hood. Ron was there to greet me and I asked about the Tacomas. After a test drive and a look under the hood I met with Kevin the sales manager who gave me an incredible amount on my trade in. Ron in financing worked with me to make my payments right, and the whole Team worked with me to iron out my final details of the deal. I can't speak to their sales department because I haven't purchased a car here but I CAN speak to their service department and it is HORRIFIC. And my recommendation is that if you don't want them to try and screw you out of money for problems that are actual lies, keep your distance. Went in today for the 10k check up. At 9am they are already 2 hours behind - not sure how that is possible if it's 9am but I brought my work computer with me so I just hung out and worked. After 2.5 hours my "Service Advisor" Jennifer says the car is almost ready but the tire was leaking and could not be patched. So I needed a new tire. They didn't have my tire size in stock so it would have to be ordered to arrive Monday and oh by the way, thats over $200. I said not happening and they put the donut on. I went to the mechanic up the road from my house that has worked on my other cars and told him what this service place said. After he laughed at the fact the dealership told me it wasn't fixable, he found the tiny nail stuck in my tire and patched it. $20 and 15 minutes is all it took. I call back to speak to Jennifer who explains to me what the service guy told her that the nail was too close to the outside of the tire and that's why he couldn't fix it. Which is a BOLD FACE LIE. If the tire was "leaking" that badly, it would have been flat long before I brought it in for service. The PSI was going up and down on the tire for almost a month. If the tire was leaking that badly, it would have been flat; not driveable for a month. No one there gives a shit about customers they just want your money. I'll take $25 over $200+ and warn everyone to STAY FAR AWAY. And the "service guy" trying to make a commission off me bc my free service wouldn't give him anything should be fired for lying to customers and trying to extort them for $200 overpriced marked up tires! I went to purchase a truck, started the paperwork, got approval from my bank and in one hour they sold it. Henry Majlesein was the dealer who then called to tell me they sold it even though my paperwork was done. I feel bamboozled. I"m getting a better vehicle as we speak but that was an awful thing for them to do. Especially claiming that you don't hold a vehicle. They weren't holding anything for me. My paperwork was done so you aren't courteous enough to email documents. It's 2024 and you can't email paperwork to complete a sale? I feel like you were hooking a buddy up. That's so not cool. As soon as I pulled up into the service area I was greeted by a smiling face and directed inside to another smiling and friendly face he was my service writer today and his name was Bailey StRomain he was very friendly, polite and knowledgable. He quickly took my name and information and like the speed of lightening he had me and my car all set up in the computer and I was off to the the waiting area to relax until my car was serviced and oil was changed and my tires balanced and rotated and everything was serviced. It took less than a hour from the time I drove in for the service department to get the oil changed and the tires rotated and everything inspected till I was driving out. The cashier was super nice and friendly as well as every Team Toyota employee that I came in contact with. I would recommend this place to anyone needed any Toyota services and I'll be back for any and all automotive needs. They have Cell Phone charging stations inside the customer service waiting lounge and lots of seating as well as a television and a small gift shop area and there is also free coffee and popcorn area with more seating and there are soda machines and a couple small candy & gum machines. The parts department and auto service cashier are all located in the same area. The woman's restroom and the men's restroom are both located near the waiting area. read more

SERVICE DEPARTMENT: EXPECT A LONG WAIT. I made an appointment to get the 10k mile service done on my 2020 Toyota Highlander. The 10k service is not much, just an oil change and tire rotation. I had to wait almost 2 hours! I wasn't a walk-in, I had made an appointment! I finally went back to the service counter and told them just to bring my car back, I would get the service done somewhere else. I like to get my cars serviced at the dealership where I made the purchase. Seems as though EVERY time I come in here they "recommend" replacing the cabin filter for $40. You buy it on Amazon for $12 and replace it yourself very easily, I keep a couple on hand since we have a Sequoia and a Tundra with the same cabin filter and air filter. Also, again, seems as though every time I come here, there is something wrong with a tire. Four months ago, my trucks front tires tread was low and they recommend replacing the tires, bought brand new ones. Last month, my truck "has a nail in the outer tread and cannot be repaired". My wife's Sequoia's right front tire is leaking from a plug in the outer tread, cannot be repaired and they recommend replacing. I have never had to plug any of the tires so, what's up with that? Given a one star because I can't go any lower. read more

I asked for a full synthetic oil change on my 2010 Camry. I got a quote for $49.50 after tax. My bill came up to $43. Great right? Wrong. They used blended synthetic oil which means now I have to bring it in at 5,000 miles instead of 10,000 and the difference in 5,000 miles was 7 f****g dollars. So basically they cheated their way into an extra oil change. I will NEVER go there again. I hate not being listened to when I pay for service. They're lucky I'm not prepared to call my lawyer or I'd be there in full beast mode. Cars cost too damn much for this crap! read more

If I could leave a zero star rating I would, this place is an absolute joke. Brought my sisters 4Runner in due to finding a damaged CV axle while installing her leveling kit. The 4Runner was parked until an appointment could be made and was trailered up there with my truck to avoid any damage to it. They immediately before ever even looking at it said oh the level caused the axle to brake, continued to argue with them and they then said the level kit was installed incorrectly and was missing drop down spindles( you need these for a lift not a level) I called rough country and they confirmed again that this level kit installed was correct and that the spindles were not needed and that the dealership mechanic was wrong. Dealership was told all of this and still refused to change the faulty axle unless we bought the spindles installed them and brought it back. I went back with a trailer and got the 4Runner back and will be swapping the axle myself, save yourself the time and headache and stay far away from these idiots. The managers at Team Toyota are completely unprofessional and will screw you over at the very first opportunity. Do not trust this dealership. There are many other decent and respectable Toyota dealerships to give your business to. I made a deal on a truck with a salesman and manager and they printed the a form out with the agreed upon purchase for me. I was in a rush and had to go do volunteer work for kids that were depending on me. I told them I would be back in three hours to sign all of the paperwork and purchase the vehicle. They gave me their word and promised me they would hold the truck for me and would be cleaning it up while I was doing my volunteer work for kids. After finishing volunteering, I drove the hour back to team toyota to buy the truck just to discover they were in the process of doing paperwork to sell it to someone who showed up while I was doing volunteer work. A spoke with a manager as well as the salesman I dealt with who both told me they were selling it to the other guy because he had bad credit and they would make a lot more money off of him because he would have to pay a very high interest rate to get it financed. So they basically told me they didn't care about their promise and agreement they had with me and they would rather screw over me an honest and hard working and trusting family man because I have good credit. Team toyota would rather make quick buck by selling a vehicle they already made a deal on with me who is a hard working honest American to a guy who will probably struggle to make the payments. Team toyota is not a dealership that deserves any honest Americans business. There are too many other dealerships around with classy management teams who want to help you find the right vehicle at a fair and honest price and won't screw you over like they did me. After speaking with a salesman, and sending an email with the cars I wanted to see-using their stock numbers, when I went to the lot, I was shown one of the cars I had wanted to see, but somehow the salesman (not the one I had been communicating with) was unable to find the other car on the lot. He said that it must have just come in, and was probably still "on the truck" but anyway, it wasn't there. He said he'd call me when he found it, but somehow, I don't think I'll here from him. I'll start by saying the car is amazing the actual trip of searching and purchasing was wonderful. Their service department however leaves much to be desired. They'll quote a price and then more than triple it for routine work. I came in with an issue that could easily be heard while driving and they adamantly denied the issue even though I could hear it as I left(loud clicking noise from the cv joints). So my problem is still unresolved and they recommended I get new front brakes and didn't quote me a price(even though they insisted they did). So I ended up paying 4x'a as much had I brought it anywhere else and the quote wasn't even remotely correct as it was under by over 300%. read more

Team Toyota service has let me down over and over again. I am currently dealing with the oil change from hell. My engine seized up after they performed an oil change, and messed up the drain plug replacement. They have been dishonest throughout the process. I made the mistake of trusting them along the way. They told me the engine would be replaced with one that was newer / better than what I had before. They continued to tell me "Trust us, we will take care of it" and "we'll make it better than it was before". After I picked up the truck I began having issues with the replacement engine. After going back for the 2nd time with engine issues, I had to beg for the VIN information of the replacement engine. Come to find out they replaced my engine with a (10,000 mile) higher mileage; (1 year) older engine from a junkyard, and tried to pass it off as a newer/lower mileage engine than my factory engine. They have continued to lie to me and pull every deceitful car mechanic trick in the bag. I will never trust them with my business again. This has been 3 months of my time wasted, and it is still unresolved. They are dishonest and untrustworthy; the GM of Team Service, Ken Cox is the worst of the bunch. read more
