I drove 2 hours to pick up a new Sim card this…read moremorning because my phone wasnt connecting to the network, even after resetting the network, etc the night before. I was told I needed a new Sim card by the on-line service department. I drove to the Rhinelander store and told the only employee there what I needed. He took my phone, typed away, and handed it back to me. He told me he attached an e-sim card. I asked about my husband's phone and he only replied that he was all good, even though he never touched his phone. Thinking everything was done, we left. Something bothered me about the visit so I called At&t's service department again. I explained what had happened from the time my phone didn't work til the time I was speaking with her. She said the guy at the store DID NOT add the e-sim card. He only reset the network. So, he lied. She strongly suggested that I go all the way back to the store and have them replace the Sim cards on both phones and also set up the e-sim card. This time there was 2 different guys and when I walked in and started telling him we needed new sim cards, they both started arguing and talking over me, more so the manager. He kept insisting we didnt need new ones because our phones were working. He also stated there were outages even though the outages were never verified by the on-line help or the computer when searching. The manager cut me off twice before I started raising my voice, trying to get him to shut up and listen. The manager said he wanted respect to which I replied I needed him to stop arguing and listen. I told him there were notes on our account as to what needed to be done, by technical support. They finally decided to give us new sim cards but they never added the e-sim cards that the employee on the phone told us to get. Lazy incompetent employees. This store's incompetence has cost me an additional 2 hours of driving over the 4 hours it would have taken to get to the store and back. Bottom line, useless lazy ignorant sub-standard manager and employees. Seems they only want to sit on their phones, order pizza, and collect a paycheck without working for it.

Wonderful Service! I recently took in four different items (an older tablet, a newer laptop and…read moretwo very old gaming systems) to be repaired. The owner Wayne was so incredibly kind, patient and professional and he explained everything they would attempt to do to fix the issues. I explained to Wayne that we were in a bit of a time crunch as we were leaving for the winter and he assured me they could get things done according to our schedule. He even offered to take the items to the post office and send them to us if the repairs took more time than we had available. Now that is going above and beyond! Wayne was very upfront about costs and two of the items would have cost much more to fix than to buy new. The repairs that were completed were finished quickly and by someone who was very meticulous. I should note that prior to going to Complete Cellular Repair I went to the Geek Squad at Best Buy and they didn't open up any devices rather they pronounced them DOA and told me I needed to buy new. Wayne and Stanley, his tech assistant, took a look at the same device and said it was an easy fix and went to work right away on it. The device has been working beautifully since and the cost was extremely reasonable, much less than purchasing a new laptop. It's hard to find true service in today's world especially in the world of tech. I am so impressed with Wayne at Complete Cellular Repair.
