I have a background in graphic design and work as a Marketing Designer for a general construction company in Whittier. Wish I had a better experience with Mouse Graphics, especially after reading their other reviews. On December 10th I drove down to get some things printed and when I got there I was speaking to Ali and she informed that I had to submit what I needed via email to receive a quote. I didn't need much printed at all. But I did what they needed. I emailed the designs right there in their show room and then was told that I would not get a response until later that afternoon. Pretty crazy considering that I was a live paying customer standing in their conference room looking to get work done. You would figure common sense would kick in and they would not want business to walk out the front door. Nevertheless, I waited until I received the quote from Ali. The quantities were wrong in the quote so I emailed her back immediately asking for a correct version for approval. I never received a response from her, so on Dec 11 th I followed up with an email asking if she received my previous email. Still no response. On Dec 14 th, I emailed again saying we are going to take our business elsewhere (in hopes that they may actually want our business and finally respond). The unfortunate part of this whole thing is that I told Ali from the very beginning that this was very time sensitive. Now the cards we were looking to get printed may not get to their destinations by Xmas. read more
