He assessed our job, gave us a fair price, got the materials needed and got to work. The floding doors were removed, the old flooring was removed, the area cleaned and new linoleum installed under an hour. He worked hard and fast The results were fantastic! This was a small area, the laundry room, he removed the washing machine and dryer very carefully, then scrapped up all the old flooring, cut and installed linoleum we had left over from a previous job, then returned the washing machine and dryer back into place and hooked them up. All the time, he remained very professional and friendly. I will certainly call him for future jobs. If I could give him 10 stars, I certainly would.

He became aggressive and accused me of accusing him of trying to get over. I paid nearly $800 for him to never lay my pads or carpet. He evidently said, "I owe him mileage!" $800 for mileage. I advise everyone to run. I do not recommend his services. Very unprofessional.

He brought over a thick sample of coretec flooring that I didn't realize was glued to a piece of wood. See photo. The actual floor is a commercial thin floor which was put over a black plastic on my concrete slab. It is so thin that it doesn't meet the casing or the door jams throughout the whole house. Coretec pro if you google it says it's commercial grade. My invoice has no price per square footage. In my hallway there is some sort of lip that came through. see picture . Do your homework . When Oscar found the original product wasn't milled to spec, he stopped work right away, contacted the office, and they worked with me to find an alternative. The finished floor looks fantastic, and easily moving my studio furniture around (after decades of struggle on carpeting) is a dream come true.
