Each table has its own kettle so we got to brew the tea ourselves. I know tea always comes with brewing instructions but I never really paid attention to those. However, this experience made me realize the importance of brewing tea as instructed to fully enjoy the flavors and notes each tea offers. Overall, my friend and I had a great experience.
