Just had my first and last experience here. The guy that took my order wasn't wearing a mask, and there's a sign on the door saying masks required to enter. He didn't smile and had the most unenthusiastic expression and tone of voice. The guy making the drinks was wearing his mask below his nose. To top it off the drink carrier they gave me for 4 out of 5 of my drinks was so weak, one drink fell out of it right out the door. The drinks were good, but I'd rather go across town to quickly, where I know the drinks are good, customer service is always top notch, and they all wear their masks properly. First time visit turned into one and only visit. Having been to many boba tea bars I can appreciate a diverse menu. However, the service was not great from the moment we walked in the door. We weren't greeted by the older gentleman that was sitting on his laptop (which I'm assuming was the owner). Then we were approached by the little girl asking if we were going to buy anything, which at first was sweet and innocence, but we quickly became uncomfortable. The young girl was persistent about asking if I was going to buy anything from a couple of tables that were set up with random items like masks, phone rings, and toys. I responded that we were going to get some teas and that I was just browsing. Her response was "ugh I hate when people say that." A little sassy, but I ignored it because she is a child and I figured she was just being silly. The older man heard her response and preceded to tell us she bought the items with her own money. ‍ Tea review: teas we ordered were decent, ice melts very quickly if you add honey boba. So the teas weren't refreshing for a hot day at all. The price was $5.75 each for a Thai tea, Choco Horchata, and a Mango tea. Be prepared to pay in cash by forcible request by the woman at the register. We asked to use Apple Pay or contactless pay with our debit card, but were told it would be 75¢ more, with an annoyed look from the woman that we even asked to use our debit card. I have been to this location on various occasions, I will not go again. I called an order in and the person on the phone told me to come in and place my order. I have called my order in before with no problem. After telling him that I wanted to place an order for pick up he was hesitant to do it and telling me to come in and do it. I told him my wife was already on her way. He said how many orders was I wanting and when I replied that I had six orders he said "that's a lot of orders, are they complicated?" He also mentioned how they were busy. I was surprised of how the amount of time he spent asking questions and attempting to tell me to come in and place the order he could have written down the orders. I have been to this place a bunch of times and got excellent drinks and excellent service until today! Usually their is an older man or woman working in the shop and they are friendly and welcoming. I don't know who the kid is they have working in the shop today but he is rude and make some of the worst drinks I have ever tasted. I got 2Thai tea,2 hazelnut tea and 2 tropic rush drinks which is almost $40 in drinks and none of them were sweet and they all tasted watered down. We had to throw away most of it. Plus when the kids handed me one of the teas he broke the top open and acted like it was my problem he was going to have to put it in another cup and reseal it. He actually rolled his eyes at me at the suggestion he reseal it. I had to explain to him that it is like getting into the car with a drink without a lid and that irritated him even more. Then he gives me a flimsy drink carrier to put all my large drinks in and if my son wouldn't have been there to catch the bottom falling out it would have made a mess all over the store. I went back to the counter to ask for a bag and told the kids my drinks almost spilled out the bottom and he told me...good thing it didn't or you would have lost alot of money in drinks. For which I had to explain to him that of the drinks would have got all over the place he would have remade all of them. And I got another eye roll.
