THEY CAME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED -…read more pretty much complete incompetence - simple job turned into a nightmare taking 3 times longer than it should because they couldn't find the parts and then DIDN'T EVEN DO THE WORK THAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO then claimed we never told them that's what we wanted............... REALLY PATHETIC communication between mechanics... almost started my engine with NO COOLANT IN IT....... I came in with fluid leaks.... the SECOND leak the first mechanic pointed out was the FUEL PUMP was leaking BADLY..... 4 DAYS in their shop and THEY NEVER FIXED THE FUEL PUMP...... i had to put it in myself - because, again, they couldn't get the parts in time....... I paid $2500+ to have the transmission removed and an engine main seal fixed that was leaking badly. They TOLD ME the front main seal of the tranny was leaking, too. So, I told them, Okay while you have it out I want ALL THE SEALS DONE. They sent it off to local Allison dealer because I guess they couldn't do work on Allison trannys. After 4 days, tranny is back in and I go home. Next trip found fluid leaking out of the tranny - rear main seal of the transmission.... took it back to Webfoot - they claim I never told them to do BOTH seals...... REALLY??? WHO THE HELL pulls a tranny and goes through ALL THAT WORK and doesn't replace ALL THE PRIMARY SEALS....?!?!?! i'm about to get a damn lawyer..............................

During my time working with Webfoot Truck they were the kindest, most compassionate, acomodating, and caring group of mechanics I have ever encountered. They were ultimately unable to solve my problem without some help from the manufacturer which is the only reason I gave them 4 stars. But, they are everything I would want in a shop working on such expensive and complicated equipment. They are honest, reliable, and put themselves in the customers shoes. They showed extreme patience with me and my horrific situation and I am very grateful.
