The trolley is pretty quick and they're constantly moving through but don't be surprised if you have to wait a few times before you can actually fit into a trolley. Thankfully, if you board from this station you should find some seating space, at least some standing room! I believe this is a starting point for the Green Line. I primarily ride this line during Comic Con and it drops me off right at the hub! Staff were super nice and helpful every time I boarded. This station is a block away from the MTS hub and the main 12th and Imperial station. If you have any questions there's always staff around.

The Grossmobt Transit Center has been of the first that has been the intersection Station for the Green Line and the Orange Line. Grossmont transit center has been the center hub for the Fletcher Parkway Blvd the main street that drives past and services the Grossmont Transit making the center widly used by the city of Lamesa and the city of San Diego. It would drop me off at 12th & Imperial which is right next to Petco Park and the bridge which takes you to the Hilton. My Dad got us some pronto cards for the SDCC weekend as the city had a $20 deal for trolley riders. Our cards lasted the entire duration of the convention, we'd get unlimited rides. Some of the machines are a little faulty at this stop, but the instructions are pretty clear. I love that there's a coffee shop right behind this stop and it's close to several food options and markets. Note: This stop is part of the Blue Line which could take you all the way to San Ysidro or UTC, depending on where you're going. It covers a lot of ground!

After parking, it's a quick walk to the trolley. I use the pronto app on my phone and I just scan the QR code as I walk onto the platform. The TV monitors tell you when the next one is coming. There isn't a lot of seating but they come pretty often. Once on board seating can be easy or hard depending on the time as with any metro line. It seems pretty clean and people mostly keep to themselves in my experience. There was a security guard riding with us but it wasn't clear if he was with the MTS or making his way somewhere. It's a relatively quick and easy ride and transferring isn't hard if you need to. I went to the gas lamp no problem. Coming back later it was a bit dark, especially at old town where I transferred. I just stood nearer to the light. It didn't take all that long and I was back to Nobel. Security was making sure fares were payed as I tapped my phone app out upon leaving. Easy and you don't have to deal with parking, $$$ gas costs or traffic.

I had checked in online and had no luggage to check, so I went straight through the TSA precheck line (just joined in April $79.95 for 5 years, so worthwhile!) From the moment I was dropped off until I got through security was all of 12 minutes! This airport terminal is bright, clean, spacious. I had two hours to relax in the food court area--lots of natural lighting from the windows, plenty of seating. I ordered an acai bowl and enjoyed people watching and looking at planes.
